MMSV成立于2004年3月29日为一家私营有限责任公司。过后被转换成为大马上市公司，于2004年10月19日。其IPO上市价格为发行每股27sen。

MMSV成立为MMSV集团上市在大马的ACE交易场所。（前名为MESDAQ交易场所）。目前，MMSV有2个子公司名为Micro Modular System Sdn Bhd ("MMS") and Evolusys Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("Evolusys")。 MMS是设计和制造工业自动化，以及设计精密模具套，夹具及固定装置。 Evolusys正在开发的硬件和软件自动化和测试解决方案。

美元走強‧MMS創投受惠

（吉隆坡12日訊）發光二極管（LED）及智能設備市場前景看俏，加上美元走強，料帶動MMS創投（MMSV，0113，創業板科技組）盈利。

MMS創投核心業務是為LED及半導體製造商提供設計及自動化方案。根據LEDinside調查顯示，LED燈具未來4年的市場價值，每年可獲得18%複合成長率（CAGR）至2018年。

據管理層對分析員表示，有信心今年公司營業額可成長20%。

截至2014年，該公司沒有背負任何債務，且手握1千570萬令吉現金。此外，該公司70%的營業額及20%的原材料是以美元計價，因此可以受惠於美元的強勁。

肯納格分析員認為，該公司除息稅折舊攤銷前盈利（EBITDA）賺幅達28%，且沒有負債，給予“短線買進”評級，合理價為95仙。

汽车领域推动 MMS创投销售看增20%

（乔治市6日讯）MMS创投（MMSV，0113，创业板）乐观看待上半年销售能取得20%增长，主要由汽车领域推动。

MMS创投主席兼总执行长谢德杰（译音）日前股东大会结束后，对媒体表示，虽然首季表现疲软，但公司仍预计可从汽车领域取得较高的贡献。

“我们刚好取得合适的汽车领域客户，相信今年的增长动力会源自这领域。”

他说，公司旗下有30%产品卖给汽车领域，另外30%卖给智能手机领域，其余则是卖给一般的照明业者。

“迄今，公司已交付了15个单位的高赚幅设备，总值600万令吉，另有10个单位，则预计会在6月杪交付。”

目前，MMS创投的订单企于1800万令吉，至少能支撑至今年7月。

新智能手机激励业务

然而，谢德杰表示，年杪市场将推出新的智能手机，届时可以激励旗下的智能手机业务。

该公司有60%的产品供出口，特别是欧美国家，其余份额则是迎合国内跨国企业的需求。

未来，公司将以半导体和LED配件机械一站式解决方案供应商的身分，继续搭乘该领域的增长势头。【南洋网财经】
