（吉隆坡16日訊）SMRT控股（SMRT,0117,創業板科技組）將夥同拿督何子福（譯音）在賽城設立國際學校。

售SMRES90%予Brecon Synergy

SMRT控股透過交易所發佈文告表示，建議脫售SMR教育方案解決私人有限公司（SMRES）90%股權予BreconS y n e r g y公司（該公司由何子福控管），脫售價為45萬令吉。

SMRT控股在2014年11月3日，已經獲教育局批准，在雪邦開辦賽城國際學校，惟該學校尚未投入營運。

SMRT控股表示，透過脫售上述股權，以便邀請合作夥伴經營國際學校，以降低上述教育業務風險何子福是賽城Ville產業項目發展商，產業項目包括住宅及商業單位。

Brecon負債營運國際學校，何子福及拿汀葉晴娥（譯音）是該國際學校的董事。

根據協議，雙方將會對財務及法律進行詳細的審核。

SMRT控股表示，上述脫售預期對公司並不會帶來任何財務上的影響。（星洲日報／財經）

SMRT配售10%新股

（吉隆坡3日讯）SMRT控股（SMRT,0117,创业板科技组）宣布，建议私下配售最高10%股权新股，料最高可筹得616万令吉，主要充当偿还银行贷款、及公司营运资本用途。

该公司文告指出，在包括凭单及库存股因素在内，该公司将私下配套最高3602万1725股新股。假设每股配售价为17.1仙，料可筹得最高616万令吉，其中350万令吉充当偿还银行贷款、及256万充当公司营运资本用途。

截至2015年12月31日为止，该公司股本为2602万9000令吉，一旦进行上述计划后，将增加至最高3962万4000令吉，或3亿9623万9000股的股票。

（吉隆坡19日讯）SMRT控股（SMRT Holdings Bhd）委任前亚洲城市大学（AMU）副校长Datuk Abdul Rashid Mohd Sharif为集团总执行长（CEO），即日起生效。

SMRT今日向大马交易所报备，在教育界，包括大学管理有25年的经验，年届51的Abdul Rashid将从今日起担任集团总执行长。

“他上一个职务是AMU的副校长，职责包括公共事务（企业通讯、企业监管、质量合规和学生事务）。”

“加入AMU之前，他是Hicom University私人有限公司的总营运长。”

Abdul Rashid接替在2月2日上任并在9月23日离任的Syed Mohd Muzakir Syed Hussin。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SMRT, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that SMRT, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary, SMR Education Sdn Bhd ("SESB"), had on 5 December 2016, entered into a conditional share sale agreement with ASIAMET Education Group Berhad ("AEGB") for the proposed disposal by SMRT and SESB of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of CUCMS Education Sdn Bhd ("CESB"), comprising 20,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in CESB to AEGB for a total disposal consideration of RM166.0 million.
