料1个半月内完成重组 Vintage更专注建筑业务

（吉隆坡8日讯）Vintage（VINTAGE，7595，主板工业产品股）董事经理拿督马汉坤指出，在重组计划于1个半月内完成后，将更专注于建筑业务发展，同时寻找进军产业发展的机会。

易名ML环球

马汉坤在特大后表示，重组计划进度顺利，有望在1个月至1个半月内完成。

“我们今天也得到了股东点头，换名为‘ML环球’，象征公司有的新开始。日后，我们将更专注于建筑业务，争取更大规模的订单。”

Vintage原本的核心业务为生产屋顶瓦片、屋顶及钢铁，此外，也有涉足建筑行业。

“过去，建筑业务较为小型，多数是屋顶瓦片订单的附加收入。

我们希望，建筑业务将成为未来主要收入来源。”

他指出，正在竞标总值1亿令吉的多份建筑合约，有望在今年率先获得其中一至两份。

“我们对夺标有信心。每份合约大概有50%以上的夺标几率。”

伺机进军产业发展

另一方面，马汉坤也透露，该公司将寻找合适的地皮，进军产业发展领域。

“我们希望，最终能够发展自己的产业计划，但不会激进。一旦寻获合适土地，我们就会着手筹备进军产业发展领域。”

估计明年转亏为盈

此外，马汉坤也对公司前景充满信心，估计可在明年转亏为盈。

“凭着正在竞投1亿令吉的合约，加上附加股发售计划，将为我们筹资发展资金，一旦完成重组和恢复交易后，就会逐渐看见合约收益入账，预计可在明年顺利转亏为盈。”

Vintage自2012年4月10日开始暂停交易，直到今年11月完成重组计划为止。

林木生集团（LBS，5789，主板产业股）在今年7月，宣布参与Vintage的重组计划，以每股50仙认购Vintage的800万股配售股，并以每两股配售股送1凭单比例，获得400万免费凭单，进而持有后者21.9%股权，成为策略性投资者。

林木生集团也借此多元业务至屋顶瓦片、屋顶及钢铁相关产品制造和贸易业务，以缓冲建筑材料供应短缺带来的影响。

林木生集团增持言之过早

针对林木生集团会否增持Vintage的股权，林木生集团董事经理拿督斯里林福山表示，目前还言之过早。

“一切都言之过早，我们现在把所有注意力，放在如何为股东创造更多价值，而Vintage更换名字，则是一个很好的象征。”

也是Vintage非独立非执行董事的他表示，林木生集团目前在Vintage董事部扮演的角色仅为大股东。

“我们的角色只是股东，虽然有委任一些林木生集团的高层代表加入董事部，但也是为了确保Vintage发展顺利，并且提供一些意见和想法。”

问及林木生集团和Vintage会否成立联营公司，共同发展产业和建筑业务？马汉坤虽表示不排除发展潜能，但目前没有任何类似计划。

今年8月初，林木生集团以大股东身分，委任数名高层和代表，出任Vintage董事和管理层人员，如在林木生集团负责行政和产业管理工作的周炜雄出任总执行长，以及执行董事拿督林福源为非执行董事等。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡2日訊）配合執行業務合理化計劃，停牌多年的ML環球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主要板工業，前稱VTI VINTAGE）今日復牌漲勢如虹，高漲30仙或3倍至40仙。

該股全日交投量雖不多，但卻以高價完成，早盤一直維持在開市的價位即報40仙，勁揚30仙，休市僅有8萬2800股易手；截至下午4時半，該股報40仙，漲30仙，成交量12萬7100股。

同樣的該股的附加股認購權證首日上市表現活躍，ML環球-OR（MLGLOBAL-OR，7595OR，主要板工業）開市大漲11仙至11.5仙，漲幅不斷擴大至休市時漲19.5仙，暫掛20仙，交投比母股旺盛共有106萬 6900股易手。

截至下午4時半，該認購權證報27.5仙，漲27仙，成交量286萬4400股；兩者皆名列十大上升股榜。

擬發附加股集資

ML環球的前身是VTI VINTAGE公司，早在2011年因不符合上市條例遭列入PN17行列，此后便開始停牌交易，直至今年進行連串業務合理化計劃，並改名至ML環球重新面市。

反觀認購權證ML環球-OR（MLGLOBAL-OR，7595OR，主要板工業）卻陷跌勢，閉市滑落11仙至19仙，成交量359萬8500股。

ML環球今早甫開市挑高22仙，以62仙迎市，發行附加股集資推動業務計劃受落，短短10分鐘內暴漲30%或75%至70仙，觸及漲停板水平，較后漲幅雖收窄，但都在60仙水平線上遊走。

休市時，該股掛在62仙，起22仙，半日易手88萬2300股，閉市則起20仙收在60仙，成交量112萬800股。

竞标7亿建筑工程 ML环球料获5000万合约

（吉隆坡10日讯）易名后复牌以新形象出发的ML环球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主板工业产品股），计划竞标价值7亿令吉的建筑工程项目，并相信会获得当中的4000万至5000万令吉合约。

ML环球董事经理拿督马汉坤在股东特别大会后向记者指出，公司竞标的项目为高楼建筑工程，有信心在近期内获得部分合约。

他说，公司在1、2年前已与北京建工国际（BCEG）签署合作合约，将在未来结合双方的优势，在本地联手竞标建筑项目。

携手北京建工竞标

“北京建工国际，已在本地运作20多年，并负责许多大型工程，如高楼和治水设施建设。”

列席者还包括公司主席拿督阿都玛吉、执行董事林金河，以及公司董事兼林木生集团（LBS，5789，主板产业股）董事经理拿督斯里林福山。

前身为Vintage的ML环球，获林木生集团入股后，目前正在进行业务重组，并计划多元化业务至建筑和房地产发展领域。

他表示，重组计划已来到尾声，股权认购与相关的企业活动本月底就可完成。

询及房地产发展计划时，他说，目前正在物色地皮，未来或与地主联营发展。

林木生不注入地皮

针对会否与林木生集团联营合作时，林福山表示，不会注入地皮到ML环球，但后者可以依照正常程序，竞标林木生集团的房屋发展项目。

至于建材业务发展，马汉坤说，汝来的屋瓦及建材生产业务照常运作，相信可负担房产需求增加，有利于建材业务增长。

谈到消费税对公司的影响时，他指出，公司主要生产基本建材如屋瓦，预算案新措施和消费税开跑，并不会影响建材生产业务的运作。

林福山：高档房产趋缓

林木生集团董事经理拿督斯里林福山认为，房屋贷款难度提升，市场对于投资类型房产的需求开始降温，未来一年高档房产销售增长料趋缓。

“尽管高档房产需求出现下降趋势，但市场对于可负担房产需求仍然旺盛，公司未来将迎合市场需求，推介更多可负担房产计划。”

房价续看涨

他表示，可负担房产价位胥视各个地点的生活水平，没有一定标准，这类型的房产较贴近市场需求。

他指出，以公司近期在太子城（Bandar Saujana Putera）推介的BSBSkypark计划，认购率已达95%。

“大部分买家多为年轻受薪族，他们都是购屋自住，投资者不多，毕竟现在不易申请到贷款。”

虽然一些房产种类需求下滑，但他认为，这并不意味着价格将下降，因油价与建材价格均走扬，在高成本推动下，未来房价仍然继续攀高。【南洋网财经】

附加股認購率只達90.75%的ML環球，今早開市就下跌4仙或9%至43仙，過后持續走跌，休市該股平盤報47仙，半日交易量只有5000股。
　
截至下午4時半，ML環球跌2仙報45仙，成交量6萬7400股。

ML環球昨日向馬證交所報備，一共接獲3312萬1841股附加股申請，對比3649萬7200股附加股發行總額，認購率只達90.75%。

ML環球是在10日建議發行3649萬7200股可棄權附加股集資約1825萬令吉，每股價格50仙，每持有1股現有股可認購1股附加股；亦發行1824萬8600萬單位憑單，每持有2股附加股可獲1單位免費憑單。

An application will be submitted to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of the PN17 status of ML Global upon the Company recording 2 consecutive quarterly results of net profits immediately after the completion of the implementation of the Regularisation Plan. For information, the earliest 2 financial quarters after the completion of the Regularisation Plan of ML Global on 31 October 2014 will fall in the 3-months financial period ending 31 March 2015 and 30 June 2015.
