（吉隆坡30日訊）本月第3家上市馬股公司億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築業），今日亮麗登場，全日漲16.5仙或30.5%，報70.5仙，盤中最高報73仙。

該股首宗交易溢價12仙或22%，報66仙，交易量在開市1小時半后就破億，高居10大上升及熱門股榜。

億鋼控股執行董事兼總執行長潘沙指出，據獨立市場研究報告，打樁和地基服務領域價值料將在2017年揚升至41億令吉。

“作為國內第2家提供打樁和地基服務掛牌馬股的億鋼控股，公司目標就是進一步推高目前達15%賺幅，並維持近13%市占率。”

訂單值近5億

該股上市開盤先揚12仙或22%至報66仙，首宗成交量高達880萬股。在投資者熱烈追捧下穩健上揚，休市時掛70仙，揚16仙或近30%，半日交投已衝破億，高達1億4141萬5000股；閉市時，億鋼控股報70.5仙，揚16.5仙2億1251萬5900股易手。

他今日在上市儀式后的記者發佈會上發表談話，其他出席者包括億鋼控股主席克里斯南、董事經理戴清榮、執行董事戴君恩、財務高級總經理卡俐添、獨立非執行董事王培華及拿督羅斯里。

潘沙說，最近公司也獲頒總值6000萬令吉房產發展合約，這帶動截至6月20日訂單數額提高至4億8000萬令吉，可供未來6至18個月執行。

“我們是在上週五獲頒幾份合約，最大的就是總值4900萬令吉的Ecosky綜合發展工程。我們將繼續競標更多有潛能合約，確保訂單總數額維持至少4億令吉。”

億綱控股今日向馬證交所報備，獲得4800萬令吉合約，為一項住宅綜合發展計劃進行打樁、土木工程和地基工程，為期12個月。

（吉隆坡1日訊）剛上市馬股不久的億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築業）子公司獲頒總值2300萬令吉的地下工程合約。

億鋼控股向馬證交所報備指出，旗下億鋼大馬私人有限公司是在昨日獲得由I-Marcom私人有限公司頒發的合約。

億鋼控股將負責為坐落在吉隆坡32區的住宅和商業房產計劃進行打樁、土木工程和地基工程等。

報備文告指出，這項工程料將在本月15日開工，並在13個月后竣工；預計是項合約能貢獻公司截至2015財年6月底的收入。【中国报财经】

億鋼控股今日向馬證交所報備，子公司億鋼大馬公司上週五（1日）獲得Instant Bonus發展私人有限公司發出的合約頒發書，內容是為一棟位于吉隆坡的公寓進行土木、打樁和架構工作，為期16個月。

“該合約為公司的主流業務，預計可積極貢獻公司2015財年和2016財年營業額和淨利。”

億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）作為國內其中一家主要打椿承包商，管理層側重高賺幅工程，每年均錄1%至2%賺幅淨增長，加上已持有及剛獲得的合約訂單總數接近10億令吉，初次評估便給于買進評級。

目前，該公司持有訂單額約6億令吉，單單是6月底上市后，即獲得3項總值1億3600萬令吉建築合約，足以應付未來6個月至18個月營運，加上國內工程不斷，該公司今年共參與總值20億令吉工程競標，今年可獲得的新合約總額料達3億2000萬令吉。

以手中持有的強勁訂單推算，截至6月底，億鋼控股本財年收入料可增長16%至3240萬令吉，並有可能在2015財年增長41%至4570萬令吉，2016財年則進一步提高至5300萬令吉。

該公司以發展建築合約為主，而非基建合約，收益賺幅亦較高，總訂單額中僅8%為基建工程，10月將完成捷運工程合約，屆時旗下將有10台至20台儀器可供參與其他建築項目。

億鋼控股擁有強勁資產負債表表現，首發股籌資部分4860萬令吉償還公司債務后，目前該公司已成為淨現金公司，每年資本開銷僅1000萬令吉至1500萬令吉，未來強勁現金流可期。

截至週一（11日），億鋼控股股價表現強勁，漲15.5仙至1.15令吉，全日交投4311萬400股，交投熱烈為最熱門股項之一。【中国报财经】

我也想知道，不过有听说9，10，11，12月不可以在买股了，因为每一年在这月份里很多国内假期，财政报告还没出，是个调整期，要忍一忍，不知这消息对不对。。

億鋼控股向馬證交所報備，旗下億鋼（大馬）私人有限公司接獲由Cipta Klasik（馬）私人有限公司頒發的合約，負責為坐落在吉隆坡史頓諾巷的服務式公寓進行打樁、土木工程和地基工程等。

根據報備文告，這項工程料在10月7日動工，並在15個月后竣工；預計該項合約能貢獻億鋼控股截至2015和2016財年6月底收入和收益。
