劳法applies to all，对吧
只是里面很多cases会注明applies only to 低薪的（好象不是很重要的那些）

...

劳乏原则上是 apply to all

不过很多 section 却把高新的 void 掉。。

劳工局的法庭我倒没去过。。 IRs 的我就去过很多次。。。旁听哦。。不知道咧。。我每次都去做证人的。。。

那个庭和法庭没关系的对吗？

我去过法庭旁观/听几次，包括死刑的，不过很闷……过程慢慢来，整个进度也很慢才有下文
也去过消费者什么庭的，是消费者对商家的投诉，通常是诈骗cases。

比较激烈的可能就是IR了，劳工和老板对质的！
和。。。劳工局那里的庭不同吗

基本法应该都适用于所有打工族，除了外劳吧……

性质不同的法庭咯。。。就好象 Syaria 跟 Mejestic 那样。。。

污点证人从来都不做的。。只做过控方证人而已。。

消费庭。。也就是什么仲栽庭。。这个我倒没去过。。。

劳工局的法庭说真的我还没去过。。我去过 IR 跟 Mejestic 还有 High Court 而已。。

因为近 10年来。。我们的文件都很足够。。劳工局根本不可能介入

Employment Act 1965 的 employee 定义是： 1. Any person, irrespective of his occupation, who has entered into a contract of service with an employer under which such person’s wages do not exceed two thousand ringgit a month. 2. Any person who, irrespective of the amount of wages he earns in a month, has entered into a contract of service with an employer in pursuance of which (1) he is engaged in manual labour including such labour as an artisan or apprentice; Provided that where a person is employed by one employer partly in manual labour and partly in some other capacity such person shall not be deemed to be performing manual labour unless the time during which he is required to perform manual labour in any one wage period exceeds one-half of the total time during which he is required to work to such wage period; (2) he is engaged in the operation or maintenance of any mechanically propelled vehicle operated for the transport of passengers or goods or for reward or for commercial purposes; (3) he supervises or oversees other employees engaged in manual labour employed by the same employer in and throughout the performance of their work;
(4) he is engaged in any capacity in any vessel registered in Malaysia and who: (a) is not an officer certificated under the Merchant Shipping Acts of the United Kingdom as amended from time to time; (b) is not the holder of a local certificate as defined in Part VII of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1952; or (c ) has not entered into an agreement under Part III of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1952; or	Part XII
(5) he is engaged as a domestic servant.

我想知道结果咧...

如果是这样的话，我之前的工作，notice需要3个月，我辞职，而老板给我三天后就离开，离开时候还只是写 payment voucher in term of allowance 给我，不是 salary，在那个月里只是工作10天。
吝啬的老板不要付epf等等。 我不介意serve 三个月，老板看我辞职，不喜欢我，要我早点离开，深怕我学了些技能，然后才离开。
有点像楼主情况，我不就可以告老板给我三个月人工 ，而且如果，老羊前辈说的，2.4k的话，我是在保护范围内的咧
