亿马建筑首季净利飙93%

(吉隆坡23日讯)受惠于铁路项目的贡献,即将挂牌的建筑公司亿马建筑集团(Ikhmas Jaya),首季净利激增93.4%,至849万4000令吉。
截至3月31日首季,该公司营业额涨35.9%,报7634万2000令吉。
根据文告,亿马建筑集团首季的税前赚幅企于14.85%,去年同期则是9.88%。
如无意外,公司相信,随着国内打桩和地基服务市场不断增长,2015财年的表现将有所改善。
下周一上市
亿马建筑集团上市日预定为下周一(27日),4大核心业务分别是地基和打桩、桥梁工程、建筑工程,以及制造和安装建筑预制构件,目前手持3亿4640万令吉的合约订单。【南洋网财经】

週一上市主要板 億馬今年收益或增30%

(吉隆坡24日訊)即將上市的億馬建築(Ikhmas Jaya),預計在強勁訂單推動下今年收益可取得30%成長。
大馬投資研究報告說,以20%淨利作為股息派發的政策計算,預計未來3年每股股息為1.2仙至1.5仙,回酬率2%至3%。
將于下週一(27日)上市馬股主要板的億馬建築,是一家專門從事打樁和基礎、橋樑、建造工程和預製建築系統的建築公司。
“我們的投資理論在于該公司在打樁市場處在領先地位,除了打樁,公司還有涉及其他如橋樑建造工程,收入多元化。3億4600萬令吉強勁訂單將積極推動收益,公司也在競標近30億令吉項目,我們估計未來3年可獲得3億令吉至3.3億令吉補充訂單。”
在強勁訂單支撐下,估計今年收益可取得40%成長至3000萬令吉,公司90%合約將在今年底完成。30億令吉正在競標的合約當中,管理層預計今年底可取得10億令吉至20億令吉。
億馬建築股息政策是將淨利20%作為股息派發,預計2015財年至2017財年每股派息1.2仙至1.5仙,以首發股價格計算,回酬率為2%至3%。
通過這次的上市計劃,公司可籌得7180萬令吉,其中51%將用于擴展建築產能和預製建築系統業務,17%償還貸款,若以首發股價格57仙計算,該公司市值為2億9600萬令吉。

(吉隆坡27日讯)甫于今日于大马交易所粉墨登场的亿马建筑集团有限公司(IKHMAS,5268,建筑组)来势汹汹,上市首日即飙涨25仙或43.86%,成为马交所最热门的股项。
亿马建筑集团盘中一度从57仙的首次公开募股发售价,劲扬至78.5仙。
截至闭市时,该股以全天最高价82仙挂收,起25仙,成交量为1亿7158万900股。该股是马交所最热门的股项,以及排名第7的上升股。
亿马建筑集团的募股活动涉及公开发行1亿8200万股,其中1亿2600万新股供公众认购,以及献售5600万股。
这家孔桩和桥梁专业建造公司的集团董事经理拿督洪振相透露,在大马交易所挂牌,将让该集团拥有一个更强稳的平台,以加强其业务和建立一个更强大的企业形象。
“今天是我们新企业旅程的新开始,并且迈进我们下一阶段的成长。”
他今日在此间上市仪式后的记者招待会上说,该集团预料持续其成长动力,并预料2015财政年在其现有企于3亿4600万令吉的强大订单扶持下,创下双位数成长。
洪振相表示,该集团将继续投标更多建筑工程,尤其是符合其专业的领域,它也将在年杪之前参与另外2项竞标。
他补充,虽然私人领域的建筑工程展望欠佳,惟公共领域的基建计划仍然非常强劲,这将为公司带来许多的商机。
该公司拥有公平的机会争取一些投标,尤其是相关捷运的计划,因它是孔桩领域的专家,而且这个领域也面对业者的短缺。
他说,国内拥有约100家孔桩承包商,其中只有10家属于大型业者。

(吉隆坡28日訊)億馬建築集團(IKHMAS,5268,主要板建築)上市首日即衝破券商目標價,該股今日回軟,一度跌9.5仙至72.5仙,但仍比目標價70仙來得高。
億馬建築集團今日開市平盤報82仙,隨后微揚1.5仙至83.5仙,較后該股開始下滑,跌5.5仙至76.5仙。休市時,該股報77仙,跌5仙,半日易手4917萬2500股。
午盤間,該股跌9.5仙至72.5仙。閉市時,該股報74仙,跌8仙,成交量6785萬2000股,為十大熱門股之一。
億馬建築集團昨日報到馬股,以82仙全日最高掛收,勁漲25仙或44%,超過大馬投資研究早前給予的70仙目標價,該股首發股價格為57仙。儘管如此,券商並未因此做出任何更新和調整。
在這次上市活動中,該公司計劃籌得7200萬令吉,3182萬令吉用于購買建築機械工具、500萬令吉用來購買機械設備、1200萬令吉用于償還債務,1800萬令吉作為營運資本,剩余500萬令吉則是上市經費。 |

亿马获1.6亿马资源合约

(吉隆坡20日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)宣佈,其独资子公司--Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司,获MRCB Builders私人有限公司颁发价值1亿6112万令吉的下部结构工程合约。
这项合约內容为在八打灵再也进行下部结构工程,以进行综合型发展用途。此外,这项合约为期20个月,预计將在2017年7月19日完成。
该公司表示,这將对其2016財政年的盈利及净资產带来正面影响。
与此同时,亿马建筑公佈2015財政年第3季(截至9月30日止)业绩,净利为744万令吉,按年上扬6.35%,去年同期为700万令吉。而营业额则由去年同期的7184万令吉,下跌11.58%,至6352万令吉。

亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)获MRCBBuilder私人有限公司,颁发总值1.61亿令吉的地下层结构工程合约。
根据合约,公司将负责为雪州八打灵再也一项综合发展项目,进行地下层结构工程。
另外,亿马建筑截至9月30日第三季,净利按年涨6.35%至743万9000令吉,但营业额却跌11.58%,至6351万8000令吉。
首9个月净利按年上扬45%,至2288万2000令吉;营业额则涨幅2.89%,报2亿427万9000令吉。
行家建议
亿马建筑首9个月净利符合我们的预测,占全年预测的92%,主要归功于Skypark工程的赚幅理想。
我们估计,公司能够维持现有赚幅水平直到Skypark工程结束,此外,我们也乐观地认为,公司能够继续获得赚幅优渥的合约,因为该公司在竞标时向来精挑细选。
包含了最新合约,该公司现有订单达3.6亿令吉,相等于2014财年盈利的1.5倍,假设赚幅为9%,则盈利展望相当明朗。
我们把2015至2017财年的盈利预测,上修6%至20%,反映更佳的赚幅,目标价格也从81仙,提高至90仙。

承建49樓服務公寓 億馬建築獲1.7億合約

(吉隆坡28日訊)億馬建築(IKHMAS,5268,主要板建築)宣佈,子公司獲頒總值1億7350萬令吉合約,受委為吉隆坡49層樓服務式公寓的主要承包商。
億馬建築向馬證交所報備,獨資子公司億馬建築私人有限公司獲Gallimont發展私人有限公司頒發總值1億7350萬令吉工程意向書(LOA)。
該工程為期40個月,將始于今年4月15日,並于2019年8月15日竣工。
億馬建築指出,是項工程預計貢獻公司12月底2016財年末的盈利與淨資產。【中国报财经】

行家建议
假设这项合约的净赚幅为12%,预计可在2016至2019财年,每年贡献520万令吉的净利。
这项计划预计可获得更佳的赚幅,因为工程范围包括顶部和底部的建筑构造。
在纳入这项合约后,亿马建筑今年以来获得的新合约增至4亿520万令吉,超越了我们之前预测的3.3亿令吉。
因此,上修对该公司的今年新订单目标至5亿令吉。
同时,亿马建筑在2016至2018财年的每股净利也上修16%至23%,净利赚幅则维持在11%。
