Further to the announcement dated 30 September 2016, the Board of Ikhmas wishes to announce that Mesra Consult, being the Company's consultant on the project had informed the Company that it is still in the midst of resolving the matters raised by Jabatan Alam Sekitar Negeri Selangor, which are expected to be resolved by 31 May 2017. In view of the aforementioned delay, and subject to the relevant approvals from various authorities, the Company expects the Certificate of Completion and Compliance to be obtained by end-February 2018.

亿马建筑获3381万合约

2017年4月15日
(吉隆坡14日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)独资子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司(IJSB)获得意向书(LOI),为莎阿南商业大楼发展计划,进行打桩和地下结构工程,合约总值为3381万4250令吉。

该公司向交易所报备,根据该项意向书,IJSB将会为14层楼的658个小型家庭办公室(SOHO)单位,以及1层楼的5个商铺单位及相关设施的商业大楼,进行打桩和地下结构工程。

该合约为期12个月,工程暂定从明天开始进行。

此外,预计该工程所带来的净利和净资产贡献,将会反映在亿马建筑截至今年12月杪的财年上。【e南洋】

1. Introduction
IKHMAS is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn Bhd (IJSB),  has on 13 April 2017 accepted the terms and conditions of the Letter of Intent dated 31 March 2017 from Jack-(In) Pile (M) Sdn Bhd to award to IJSB the construction and completion of piling and Substructure Works for “Cadangan Pembangunan Perniagaan berstrata bagi 14 tingkat 658 unit ‘SOHO’ dan 1 tingkat 5 unit kedai berserta kemudahan dan serah balik sebahagian tanah di bawah Seksyen 200 Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN) di atas PT 38522, di no. 3 Jalan Uranus U5/125A, Subang Pelangi, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan” (the Project) for Pantai Berkat Sdn. Bhd.

The Letter of Intent shall come into force as of the date of acceptance to the conditions set out herein and will continue to be in force and effect until the formal Letter of Award is issued.   A further announcement will be made upon the execution of the Letter of Award.

2. The Sub-Contract Value
The sub-contract value of shall be lump sum fixed price (Nett) of RM33,814,250.00 (Ringgit Malaysia : Thirty Three Million Eight Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Only), exclusive of 6% Goods and Services Tax.

3. The Duration of the Project
The contract work is for a period of 12 months from the Date of Commencement which is tentatively fixed on 15 April 2017.

4. The effect on Net Assets and Earnings of the Group
The abovementioned Project is expected to contribute positively to IKHMAS’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.

5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest
None of the Directors or Major Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.
As at the date of this announcement, the aggregate value of contract secured by IKHMAS amounted to RM47,664,250 exclusive of 6% Goods and Services Tax since the last announcement on contract secured on 4 January 2017.

亿马建筑获7500万和解金

(吉隆坡17日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑组)获7500万令吉和解金,以和解一项子公司涉及的工程债务纠纷。

该公司旗下的亿马私人有限公司(IJSB,承包商/债权人)与D.J Design & Suppliers公司(DJ,雇主/欠债人)和SOLID PROMENADE公司(业主)达成协议,清除法律纠纷,DJ将以现金及产业方式,支付积欠IJSB的工程款,总额达7500万令吉。

IJSB在2012年获DJ Damai 88承包工程,但完工后未获付款。

亿马建筑发文告表示,DJ将以现金2874万6000令吉及价值4625万4000令吉的23单位Damai 88服务公寓赔偿给IJSB。亿马建筑预期今年杪前可获上述赔偿。

该公司今日向交易所报备,将为PHB一项位于登加楼的混合发展项目,进行土木和打桩工程。

亿马建筑包揽BBCC逾1.8亿结构工程

(吉隆坡5日讯)亿马建筑集团(Ikhmas Jaya Group Bhd)获总值1亿8860万令吉的合约,为武吉免登商业中心(BBCC)进行土方工程、打桩、隔水墙和钢筋混凝土工程。

BBCC是坐落于汉都亚路(Jalan Hang Tuah)/ 半山芭路(Jalan Pudu),即前半山芭监狱所在地的综合发展项目。

亿马建筑今日向大马交易所报备,独资子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司已收到BBCC Development私人有限公司的决标信。

该合约包括一座8层娱乐中心、一个多层停车场、一个多层地下室、一座43层办公楼、一间359房的27层酒店、两座连接行人桥、一座拥393个单位的47层公寓,以及一座273个单位的35层公寓。

工程预计从6月8日起的24个月内完成。

“这预计为亿马建筑截至12月31日止2017至2019财政年的盈利和净资产作出贡献。”

亿马建筑在另一份文告指出,这是该集团今年赢得的第五项合约,使迄今未完成订单达8亿8150万令吉。仅今年就获得3亿3330万令吉的合约。

集团董事经理拿督洪振相表示:“我们很荣幸有机会参与由绿盛世(Eco World Development Group Bhd)、城市发展控股公司(UDA Holdings Bhd)和雇员公积金局(EPF)共同发展,享有盛名的这个项目。我们要感谢客户对我们的信心。”

最新进展:

亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)获得总值1亿8858万3705令吉合约,为武吉免登城市中心(BBCC)进行结构工程。

这项合约包括为2个项目进行土方工程、打桩、地下钢筋混凝土墙及钢筋混凝土工程。

行家建议:

合约为期24个月,预计会在本周四(8日)开工,相信能在2017财年末季开始贡献盈利。

今年至今,公司成功获得总值3亿3330万令吉的合约,占我们全年4亿令吉新增订单目标的83.2%。

连加新订单,未完成订单达8亿8150万令吉,假设净利赚幅为8%,预计所带来的盈利是2015财年盈利的2.8倍。

我们维持对今明财年的盈利预测,因新的合约符合我们全年4亿令吉新订单目标内。

同时,我们维持“买入”评级,以及目标价76仙,且打桩和基础工程市场依旧活跃,乐观看待公司前景,相信更多政府大型工程所带来的建筑合约,推动公司回到增长轨迹。

冀私人公共工程比重占半
亿马建筑竞标27亿合约


2017年6月23日
(吉隆坡23日讯)已持有8.68亿令吉订单的亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股),还在积极竞标总值27亿令吉的合约。

董事经理拿督洪振相指出,手上的订单足以让公司忙碌2年半。

他今天出席常年股东大会后表示,今年刚获得的3.33亿令吉合约,年底前估计可达5亿令吉。

“政府正积极发展与投资建筑工程,如捷运(MRT)、轻快铁(LRT)、东海岸铁路(ECRL)等,而我们的专长是打桩工程,很有优势,所以预见前景良好。”

虽然目前私人领域比重较大,但他希望未来,从私人界和公共领域的工程合约各可占半。

亿马建筑也放眼竞标金马士-新山双线电动火车和东海岸铁路(ECRL)工程,主攻桥梁建造部分。

洪振相指出,捷运工程赚幅较低,风险较高,今年没有标到相关工程,但维持次级与打桩承包商。

“为了减低风险,我们选择工程时会更加谨慎,寻找适合公司专长的工程。”

业绩料胜去年

他相信,本财年业绩,会更胜去年:“根据目前总值8.68亿令吉的合约,我们拟定了7%至9%的净利赚幅目标。”

询及是否受原材料价格影响,他解释,公司大多采用本地建材,只有钢铁根据全球定价,所以业务受美元影响不大。

“根据客观的手持订单数量,放眼今年营业额取得双位数成长。”

3年后扩展海外业务

洪振相表示,有意扩展海外业务,但现在并不是好时机;可能在2至3年后才开始。

“这几年来,本地的地基和打桩市场蓬勃,所以目前会先全力专注本地,没必要扩张到海外。”

亿马建筑是国内主要地基和打桩工程公司,曾参与承建多项大型工程。

当中包括总值2亿7210万令吉的KL Eco City C与D区的地基工程、5280万令吉的八打灵再也佰乐泰广场(Paradigm Mall)地基工程等等。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡28日讯)亿马建筑集团(Ikhmas Jaya Group Bhd)一项价值3600万令吉的合约,承建坐落于雪兰莪州的实达城购物广场(Setia City Mall)第二期零售发展工程。

亿马建筑集团今日向大马交易所发文告报备,子公司已接获由Greenhill Resources私人有限公司发出的决标信(LoA),负责为这项工程进行清理、土方工程、打桩和桩帽、地面和辅助工程。

Greenhill Resources是实达集团(SP Setia Bhd)和亚洲零售投资基金(Asian Retail Investment Fund)合组的联营公司,也是实达城购物广场的发展商。

亿马建筑表示,这项工程预计在2017年8月9日动工,估计在2018年4月11日完工。

该集团预估,这项工程料将在截至2017年和2018年12月31日止的财政年盈利和净资产,带来进账。

与此同时,亿马建筑在另一则文告中指出,该集团的未完成订单总额企于近9亿390万令吉。

今年迄今,该集团已标得价值共计3亿6920万令吉的合约。

亿马建筑集团董事经理拿督洪振相表示:“将这项新合约囊括在内后,我们也离今年所定下的项目投标额5亿令吉更近一步。我们有信心,现有的未完成订单将在未来的财年为集团带来进账。”

1. Introduction
IKHMAS is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn. Bhd. has today agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of the Letter of Award from Greenhill Resources Sdn Bhd, to carry out site clearance, earthworks, piling and pile caps, ground slab and ancillary works for the Proposed Setia City Mall Phase 2 Retail Development at No. 7, Persiaran Setia Dagang, Bandar Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“the Project”).

2. The Contract Value
The contract value of the Project is RM36,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Six Million) only excluding 6% Goods and Services Tax.

3. The Duration of the Project
The contract works are expected to commence on 9 August  2017 and complete by 11 April 2018.

4. The effect on Net Assets and Earnings of the Group
The abovementioned Project is expected to contribute positively to IKHMAS’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending 31 December 2017 and 31 December 2018.

5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest
None of the Directors or Major Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.

亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)获得总值3600万令吉的土木工程合约,为实达城市购物中心(Setia City Mall)第二阶段的零售发展项目,负责多项工程。

亿马建筑通过子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司,获得Greenhill资源私人有限公司颁发合约,负责为上述发展项目,提供场地清理、土木工程、堆垛和桩帽、地板和辅助工程。

为期7个月,该项目料在8月9日动工,预计明年4月11日竣工。

行家建议

预计上述合约将会在2017财年末季起,为亿马建筑带来净利。

年初至今,该公司成功获得总值3亿6930万令吉的合约,这占我们2017财年4亿令吉新增订单预测中的92.3%。

包括这新获得的合约,亿马建筑目前拥有9亿1750万令吉的未完成订单。

我们维持2017及2018财年的净利预测,因为该新合约已在2017财年4亿令吉的新订单的预测之内。

净利预测的主要风险,是意外事故耽误施工进度。

我们依然看好亿马建筑,因为打桩工程前景明朗。

亿马拟私配筹3380万

2017年7月18日
(吉隆坡17日讯)为了筹集营运资本,亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)建议私下配售最多5200万股或10%股权给第三方,预计可筹得3380万令吉。

该公司今日向交易所报备,假设配售价为每股65仙,将筹得3380万令吉。其中65%将用于支付供应商、25%支付分包商、8%为营运开销,其余是私配相关开销。

董事部相信,私配是融资的最佳方案,因为该公司无需承担利息,并可尽快获得额外资金,而扩大股本可改善股票流通量。

该公司还未寻得投资者,但不会是亿马建筑或母公司董事、大股东或总执行长或有关联人士。

获得相关批准后,董事部会决定配售价,不会低于定价日前5天交易量加权均价(VWAP)折低超过10%。

若无意外,亿马建筑放眼在第三季或之前完成私配活动。【e南洋】

增长势头持续

最新进展:

为了筹集营运资本,亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)建议私下配售最多5200万股或10%股权给第三方,预计可筹得3380万令吉。

获得相关批准后,董事部会决定配售价,不会低于定价日前5天交易量加权均价(VWAP)超过10%的折价。

行家建议:

我们“中和”看待亿马建筑的私配活动,完成私配后,已发行股票数量将增至5亿7200万股,而每股净利将被稀释6%至5.53仙。

另外,我们上调2017财年新增订单目标至5亿令吉,同时也上修2017和2018财年盈利预测,增幅分别为3%及14%。

新增订单目标原为4亿令吉,但该公司年初至今已取得3亿6930万令吉合约,占目标的92.3%。

纳入私配及股本扩大的因素,我们维持“买入”评级,目标价从76仙,提高至80仙。

我们看好公司前景,因为打桩和基建工程热络,且大马经济转型执行方案(ETP)、公共交通主导发展(TOD)和走廊与城市转型计划将带来商机,相信本财年可延续增长势头。

亿马建筑料攫更多打桩合约.可抵销配售利空

(吉隆坡19日讯)尽管亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑组)透过私下配售方式募资,将稀释6%每股盈利,但分析员看好该公司可从巨型工程攫取更多打桩合约,并上调该公司目标价。

配售导致盈利稀释

亿马建筑将私下配售5200万新股,每股作价65仙,从中募资3300万令吉资金,充作营运资本。

大马投行研究估计,上述私下配售新股,将稀释该公司每股净利,从6.13仙减少至5.79仙。

艾毕斯研究表示,上述私下配售募集的新股,将支付予供应商、二手承包商及营运开销,并可从中节省约4%的成本。届时,该公司每股净资产将从38仙走高至40仙,净负债比从0.5倍降低至0.43倍。

尽管该公司进行私下配售,但艾毕斯预期该公司2017财政年攫取合约的目标从4亿令吉调高至5亿令吉。

目前,该公司已经攫取3亿6930万令吉合约,相等于艾毕斯早前预测的92.3%。

大马投行认为,该公司是巨型基建工程打桩的代理公司之一,目前,该公司正在履行的打桩工程包括捷运2线、泛婆罗洲大道、新街场—淡江高架大道(SUKE)、白沙罗-沙亚南大道(DASH)。

此外,捷运三线工程、东海岸衔接铁道计划(ECRL)及隆新高铁合约也即将浮出。

手握9.4亿合约

大马投行补充,该公司手握9亿390万令吉合约,可供未来忙碌12个月至24个月。

艾毕斯认为盈利仍有成长空间,且政府的经济转型计划(ETP)及运输导向发展(TOD)项目,有望为亿马建筑带来更多机会,因此决定上调2017及2018财政年的盈利预测,幅度介于3%至14%。
