应该可以。
Base on your pictures, the higher area can be demolished and make good as the existing slope.
If i am not wrong, this area before tiling is a turfing area .
The one thing need to be attention are ;
(i) To check the water inlet pipe level . When renovation time, It may hack the water pipe.
(ii) The Bin bin center wall is attach to your neighbor side. Hacking work may affected their side too.
I can't see any electrical meter at that area. It should be ok ... |

sorry not so sure. coz i am doing arcitectural & structure design only .advise you looking tiling man to quoting the price.
You can provide material and they supply labour will be cheaper .
I use to do iy myself .
