马来西亚籍和外籍配偶的孩子能够拥有2本护照（国籍）？

请问有谁清楚，如果马来西亚公民的孩子，能够拥有2本不同护照（国籍）吗？
就是如果配偶是外国人，那么好像有听说是能的
就是说等孩子到了21岁时，就要自己选择放弃其中一个
请问谁能confirm?
之前问过一个马航机师朋友，因为他太太是日本的
所以他们的孩子就申请了2国的护照
我的问题比较复杂一点，就是因为到时候得帮孩子申请PR， 就不懂如果拥有2本护照（国籍），因为OK吧？
**前提是，ICA 会查得到孩子的多少本护照？（如果我们没申报的话）
希望有“专家” 能够解答及给予意见，谢

小孩到21岁之前能有双国籍，21岁服完兵役后就要决定是新加坡还是马来西亚人了。 |

根据马来西亚联邦宪法第三章第二节第二十四条第一款与第二款
(1) If the Federal Government is satisfied that any citizen has acquired by registration, naturalization or other voluntary and formal act (other than marriage) the citizenship of any country outside the Federation, the Federal Government may by order deprive that person of his citizenship.
第一款 如果联邦政府确信任何公民已经以登记、入籍或其它故意及正式之行动（婚姻除外）获取外国公民权，则联邦政府可下令剥夺此人之公民权
(2) If the Federal Government is satisfied that any citizen has voluntarily claimed and exercised in any country, being rights accorded exclusively to its citizens, the Federal Government may by order deprive that person of his citizenship.
第二款 如果联邦政府确信任何公民已经故意向外国申请及行使任何包含在该国法律、相当于公民所专有之权利，则联邦政府可下令剥夺此人之公民权。
上面是一般的情况。。refer to JPN的website。。双国籍可以暂时保留到21岁法定年龄后就要选择放弃其中一个国籍了。。
APPLICATION FOR RENUNCIATION OF CITIZENSHIP UNDER ARTICLE 23 OF THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION
REASON FOR APPLICATION
Any citizen aged twenty-one years and above and of sound mind and who already is, or is about to become a citizen of another country may renounce his/her Malaysian citizenship. Age will not be taken into account if the woman is married.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
1 The applicant must be aged 21 and above.
2. The applicant is of sound mind.
3.The applicant has or will soon obtain foreign citizenship.

基本上应该是这样。有错的话不要骂我。。我不是专业的。。哈哈
另外说一下。。日本和新加坡也是不允许双重国籍的。。。

大人都有四本護照，何況小孩。。。
Pauline Chai...
The couple married in December 1970 and separated on Valentine's Day 2013. A decree nisi was pronounced in January this year and is due to be made absolute later this month.
The family lived in Malaysia until 1980, when they moved to Australia and the wife took up Australian citizenship. In 1989 they moved to Canada, where Ms Chai also obtained Canadian citizenship.

我朋友就是楼主孩子的情况，英国护照+香港护照，不过他只用英国身份进出新加坡和拿pr，香港没有申报。楼主千万记得要consistent只填写和使用其中一个国家的国籍护照进出和填表，另外一本永远收住，不要傻傻的去问或declare有哪些国籍，这样肯定不行，因为以后你孩子要转新加坡国籍的话一定会要他放掉你自己申报过的所有国籍身份，白白浪费另一个的国籍。不要酱直和蠢。 |
