广宇工业（PIE，7095，主板工业产品股）管理层近期曾与我们会面，我们获悉，该公司获得现有美国医疗配备客户的信赖，成为其中一个盒箱式医疗设备的承包制造商，不再仅仅是印刷电路板组装（PCBA）业者而已。

据悉，广宇工业的营收，将是从事PCBA期间的3倍，预期今年下半年开始进账。

此外，该公司也为区域其中一家付费电视台，制造卫星机顶盒（STB）。

因此，两份盒箱式产品制造合约，将推高公司2014年营业额，贡献至少7000万令吉。

广宇工业综合供应链的努力，终于带来成果；该公司成功在极具挑战的市场中，节省更多成本，并提升公司市场地位，可吸引新和现有客户颁发更多合约。

广宇工业近期开始为世界知名的大型屏幕公司，通过低成本方式，以及运用先进科技，制造触屏屏幕。

尽管目前贡献不多，每月约100万令吉，但我们相信，若成功晋身为承包制造商，将可进一步刺激公司的营业额。

业绩料双位数增长

虽然其他产品如电线和贸易商品销售没有起色，但电子制造产品需求增加，带动广宇工业2013财年营业额扬升29%。

新客户的盒箱式产品制造合约，扮演重要角色，贡献占公司2013财年营业额的10%。

至于净利，广宇工业2013年净利上升11%，受到高营运开销影响，赚幅稍微收窄。

接下来，我们相信公司营业额和净利，将可在2014财年再度录得双位数增长。

其中原由包括电子与电讯市场的周期复苏、现有客户带来更多营收，以及未来可取得更多合约。

我们认为，广宇工业还可善用母公司Foxconn网络的动力，以及管理层的领导能力。

股价跑赢隆综指

广宇工业从2013年4月迄今，股价涨升约71%，明显超越富时隆综指的7%同期涨幅。

我们认为，以公司2014年净利预期双位数增长、管理层能力、科技领域的上涨周期和母公司带来的动力，目前估值依然不算昂贵。

业绩方面，我们上调2014财年盈利预测2%。

同时，我们也上调目标价，从7.56令吉提高至9.20令吉，目前仍有约15%的上升空间。

（吉隆坡2日訊）廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主要板工業）建議派發8仙特別股息和12仙終期股息，股東大會上尋求股東同意。

廣宇科技今日向馬證交所報備，公司董事局建議派發截至上財年終期股息12仙和特別股息8仙，合計20仙股息。

根據報備文件，這項建議會在來臨的第17屆股東大會上提出，以尋求股東的同意。

然而，除權日和繳付日期還未確定，公司會在之后做出宣布。

據“彭博社”資料顯示，廣宇科技股價在去年攀高47%，並跑贏富馬隆綜指7%。

廣宇科技上升列車開跑？

檳城台資公司廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主板工業產品組）近一年來的股價表現亮眼，令不少錯失買進機會的投資者感到“走寶”。

翻看該股表現，廣宇科技過往股價都在5令吉以下水平浮沉，在2013年4月1日，其股價僅為4令吉65仙，但一年後的同一天，股價飆漲至8令吉66仙，上漲了逾86%。

該股真正展示凌厲走勢是集中在去年後期，它在2013年10月22日攀上5令吉水平後，便開始全力衝刺，一路向北，牛氣毫無停歇，短短5個月內上漲近3令吉70仙或逾70%，凌厲走勢令人驚嘆。

今年2月21日，建議以5送1比例派發紅股，進一步扶持其股價登上8令吉關口。

而在2月杪，該公司宣佈業績，儘管第四季盈利衰退，但無阻該股繼續攻頂。

在4月1日登上8令吉66仙高峰之後，該股於次日宣佈派20仙股息，投資者開始展開套利行動。

廣宇科技是在上週三表示，決定每股將分別派8仙特別息及12仙一次性單層股息。相比去年同期，該公司宣佈20仙特別息和12仙股息。

自派息消息公佈後，該股開始走軟，上週四閉市跌10仙至8令吉40仙。

廣宇科技這一輪漲勢是否有理道，這相信是見仁見智的問題。

一直唱好該股的肯納格研究就在3月25日發表報告，將廣宇科技目標價從7令吉56仙上調至9令吉20仙，因將本益比估值從10倍上調至12倍。該行認為廣宇科技的淨盈利可雙位數成長、科技領域晉上升周期以及台灣鴻海／富士康集團（Foxconn）持有其母公司20.8%股權。

肯納格研究自去年4月18日起便建議“短線買進”該股，其股價上漲了71%，而同期綜指只揚升7%，肯納格是唯一研究該股的投資銀行。此外，資本投資（ICAP，5108，主板封閉式基金組）也看好該股，持有其約5%股權。

不過，廣宇科技最新業績並不見得突出，第四季淨利下跌9.1%至1千246萬令吉，全年淨利則上漲10.72%至3千803萬令吉。

廣宇科技主要生產電子零組件、消費性電子及電腦周邊產品如電線和連接器、電路板纜，公司利基在於其為鴻海集團成員，擁有資源整合優勢。

儘管全球電子業開始回春，廣宇科技的營運和盈利短期內料無重大驚喜，該公司近日宣佈的股息也低於前期，該股能否繼續再創高峰？這將有待觀望。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資茶室：李勇堅）

（吉隆坡15讯）由于产品组合赚幅走低、库存和呆账拨备走高以及汇兑收益走低，广宇工业（PIE，7095，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季净利走低17.26%，报790万2000令吉。

广宇工业在上财年同期的净利为955万1000令吉。

受电子制造营收走扬，以及电线（rawwires）和电缆需求提振，次季营业额从1亿833万2000令吉，攀升6.36%，报1亿1522万8000令吉。

该公司表示，线束（Wire harness）需求走低，将部分营业额增长抵消。

广宇工业首半年净利增长12.81%，报1702万令吉；营业额则扬升43.52%，报2亿7259万5000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡17日訊）向來豪爽派息的廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主要板工業）本財年首3季派息卻比上財年同期少12仙，上週五公布業績未振奮市場，投資者不給力，今早甫開市股項即挫入十大下跌股榜。

廣宇科技今早開市即滑15仙至7令吉，不過此價位卻是全天最高水平，過后股價不斷下陷，休市時跌幅擴大至30仙，掛6.85令吉；午盤該股走勢沒有好轉，股價持續下滑，盤中一度挫54仙至6.61令吉，閉市時跌31仙至6.84令吉，交投僅8萬2800股。

該公司向來以豪派股息著稱，儘管第3季向來不派息，不過若以今年前3季總派息額比較，上財年同期共派息32仙，本財年至第3季僅派息20仙，相差整整12仙。

該公司雖極力保持業務增長，營業額按年增加，卻阻止不了淨利下滑趨勢；廣宇科技淨利從本財年次季起已承受壓力，產品組合賺幅減、未履約貸款及營運開銷增加，是壓縮淨利的主因。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡3日訊）廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主要板工業）建議派發共25仙股息，大方派息推動該股大起12仙至6.80令吉，榮登十大上升股榜。

廣宇科技昨日建議派發特別股息和終期股息合計每股25仙，刺激該股開盤時先起12仙至6.80令吉，隨后一直維持在該水平至休市，半日成交量錄得1萬2500股。

閉市時，該股起12仙至6.80令吉，成交量1萬3100股。

根據昨日報導，該公司建議為截至12月底2014財年派發每股13仙特別股息，及每股12仙終期股息，合計每股25仙，這項建議將在來臨的股東大會上提出，以尋求股東們同意。

上述建議股息比該公司2013財年派發的每股20仙高出5仙，不過這批股息的過戶日與支戶日還未敲定，一旦敲定后將對外宣佈。

廣宇科技安吉雅寫新高 科技工業類股獲追捧

（吉隆坡29日訊）投資者追捧科技、半導體工業相關股項，廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主要板工業）、安吉雅（AJIYA，7609，主要板工業）等股項今日在購興支撐下節節走高，高居10大上升股榜內，且雙雙刷新52週新高！

廣宇科技股價在無新消息宣佈下，自昨日開始攀升，今日再勁漲50仙至7.55令吉，寫下超過52週新高，為馬股10大上升股之首。

廣宇科技今早開市起5仙，以7.10令吉迎市，但漲勢凌人，近休市前勁漲50仙至7.55令吉，不但刷新之前寫下的7.27令吉52週新高，也是去年6月拆股以來最高價位。

休市時，廣宇科技漲45仙至7.50令吉，成交量僅28萬6300股。

2000年上市馬股的廣宇科技，股價曾于去年4月時攀上最高的8.68令吉，同年6月拆股后股價經調整至7令吉以下水平。

閉市時，廣宇科技報7.45令吉，漲40仙，成交量37萬4800股。

整合后拥强大能力 广宇科技冀再创纪录

（乔治市3日讯）受垂直整合商业模式提振，槟城电子制造服务（EMS）供应商广宇科技股份有限公司（PIE，7095，工业产品组）有望在截至12月杪的本财年（2015财年）缔造新的增长纪录。

董事经理梅重明接受《The Edge》财经日报专访时说：“我们拥有强大的内部能力，从原丝和电缆制造，以及线束至塑料成型和表面贴装技术。我们已经成功整合我们的能力，以使广宇科技股份成为EMS行业的一站式解决方案供应商。”

该集团在2014财年取得5亿6173万令吉的营业额，较2013财年的4亿4904万令吉增长25%。不过，净利从3803万令吉，微增至3851万令吉。

截至今年6月30日止的首半年，净利增16.3%至1980万令吉，同期为1702万令吉。营业额则跌9.2%至2亿4742万令吉，同期为2亿7260万令吉。

梅重明表示：“我们打算收获垂直整合过程的成果，我们相信2015财年的净利和营业额将是创纪录的一年。”

“至于2016财年，我们放眼营业额和净利双双增长超过10%。这是明年关键绩效指标的一部分。”

带动2015财年表现的另一主要因素是善用台湾鸿海精密工业股份有限公司，即富士康科技集团的技能。

富士康持有台湾上市公司广宇科技（Pan-International Industrial Corp）30%股权，而后者通过Pan Global Holding Co Ltd持有广宇科技股份51.42%股权。

梅重明透露：“我们从富士康获得良好的技术支援。举例说，如果我们没有某领域的专业知识，它们将派出团队全方面协助我们，如流程和设备制造。它们也有一个强大的自动化和机器人团队，帮助我们自动化流程。”

该集团也受益于富士康的强大购买力。

“自2000年以来，富士康一直是我们最终控股公司的股东，但仅在5年前，我们发现可以利用它们的购买力，让我们可为原料争取更具吸引力的价格。这是至关重要的，以确保我们的定价在EMS行业保持竞争优势。”

从地区市场来看，广宇科技股份的主要市场是美国、欧洲和日本。

虽然受惠于令吉走强，因销售主要以美元计价，但梅重明称，这被美元交易的原料价格所抵消。

他还指出，广宇科技股份打算继续壮大作为EMS供应商。目前，该集团80%营业额来自EMS，余下20%是原丝和电缆制造业务。

“我们打算在未来两年内扩大EMS业务，专注于多品种、小批量产品、善用富士康和内部垂直整合与自动化。”【光华日报财经】
