必达能源净利挫45%

（吉隆坡21日讯）起重器维修业务贡献下滑，拉低必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）截至6月杪次季净利，按年滑45.1%。
次季净利报807万1000令吉，或每股盈利2.51仙；上财年同期为1469万6000令吉，或每股盈利4.57仙。
同期营业额报1亿2737万4000令吉，上财年同期是1亿2599万6000令吉，增幅达1.1%。
合计半年，必达能源净利按年滑45.4%，跌至918万6000令吉，或每股盈利2.86仙；营业额达2亿4395万6000令吉，增11.7%。【南洋网财经】

前联邦法院法官苏隆 受委必达能源新主席

（吉隆坡28日讯）必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）委任拿督斯里苏隆为独立兼非执行董事及主席，即日生效。
今年67岁的他，为政府服务19年，在2012年成为联邦法院法官，并在去年1月退休。
同时，首相拿督斯里纳吉同意委任苏隆为司法委任委员会成员，从去年2月10日开始生效，为期2年。
目前，他是Sona石油（SONA，5241，主板特殊收购股）、帕乐兴（BRAHIMS，9474，主板贸服股）、和合建筑（HOHUP，5169，主板建筑股）和南方油脂（SAB，5134，主板工业产品股）的董事。

In 1998, he was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner of High Court Johor Bahru until his appointment as a High Court Judge of Malaya in Johor Bahru, Johor in June 2000 and in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, in July 2000. He subsequently served as a Court of Appeal Judge Malaysia from 2007 to 2012 and finally as Federal Court Judge Malaysia in 2012 until he retired in January, 2013. He is a Bencher of the Honourable Society of the prestigious Inner Temple, London.

PETRA ENERGY BHD is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, PETRA RESOURCES SDN BHD, has been awarded by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (“PCSB”) for early activation of the TOPSIDE MAJOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES (TMM) for Sabah Operation effective from 4th July 2014 until 20 May 2018.
2. VALUE AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract was first awarded on 21 May 2013 for five years (5) effective from 21 May 2013and will expire on 20 May 2018. The TMM Services was originally scheduled to commence in February 2016. However, both parties have now agreed for an early activation of the TMMServices effective from 4th July 2014 until 20 May 2018.
There is no firm contract value for the TMM Services as the Contract is on a ‘call-out’ basis whereby work orders will be issued at the discretion of the client (“PCSB”) based on the schedule of rates as set forth in the Contract.
3. RISK FACTORS
Risk factors affecting the award include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. Throughout the years, PETRA ENERGY BHD has established its track record and expertise to undertake these projects. Notwithstanding this,PETRA ENERGY BHD shall ensure strict compliance to the safety and operational procedures in the execution of contract requirements.
4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The early activation of the TMM Services will have no effect on the issued and paid-up capital of the Company or the shareholdings of the Company’s substantial shareholders. The early activation of the TMM Services also is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets and gearing of PETRA ENERGY BHD but is anticipated to contribute positively to the earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
5. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of PETRA ENERGY BHD have any direct or indirect interest, in the Contract.

国油维修合约提早执行 必达能源等待小油田合约

（吉隆坡1日讯）尽管必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）上部结构主要维修服务合约（TMM）提早执行，但投行却关注该公司是否能成功取得风险分散合约（RSC），成为另一个估值上修的利好因素。
必达能源股价今日小幅上扬，全日上涨13仙或4.59%，以2.96令吉挂收。
该公司是在去年5月，获国油颁发TMM以及连接、建筑与启动（HUCC）工程，后者已缓慢展开，而原本安排在2016年2月投入营运的TMM，则提早执行。
由于这项合约是以“随传随到”为基础（Call-out Basis），有关订单将由客户自由裁量（discretion），并且以合约认同的费率做基础。
大众投行研究表示，虽然无法确定有关合约价值，但正面看待有关合约带来的贡献，而必达能源盈利将进一步被稳固，这起消息也不会影响他们的订单预测。
由于TMM项目以“随传随到”模式进行，加上HUCC项目缓慢执行，兴业研究认为，有关合约盈利在随后才浮现。
不过，该投行仍预计，合约总值的11%将会在2014财年浮现。
两家投行皆认为，必达能源短期估值上修的因素，将视该公司能否争取另一项风险分散合约。
转型成功打造记录
兴业研究表示，该公司有可能获得国油公司颁发另一风险分散合约，这将是上修该股的利好因素。
至于大众投行研究则认为，成功争取另一风险分散合约，相信将激励该股短期内走扬。
对于必达能源和国际深海公司合作开发深海业务，大众投行研究持正面看法，该业务将以提供船只、潜水员等于油气领域为主。
兴业研究则表示，TMM项目能提早执行，以及KBM油田群成功营运，都说明必达能源成功转型，且逐渐打造不错的记录；该投行维持对该股“中和”看法，且给予3.02令吉目标价格。
大众投行研究也维持“中和”投资评级，并给予2.87令吉目标价格。

（吉隆坡21日讯）必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）在截至9月杪第3季转亏为盈，净利报1898万8000令吉，或每股盈利5.9仙。
公司在上财年同期净亏408万2000令吉，或每股1.27仙。
同期营业额年也增50.5%，至1亿7304万6000令吉；上财年同期是1亿1501万6000令吉。
首9个月，必达能源净利从上财年同期的1281万5000令吉，增至2817万4000令吉，或每股盈利8.76仙，增幅达120%。
营业额则录得4亿1700万2000令吉，较上财年同期的3亿3339万2000令吉，上涨25%。【南洋网财经】

營收淨利齊揚‧必達能源財測上調

（吉隆坡24日訊）必達能源（PENERGY,5133,主板貿服組）營收與淨利雙雙成長，分析員上調財測，並認為油價大跌導致該公司估值下跌至被低估的水平。
因泛馬訂單延誤，因此分析員修正2014財政年財測，認為泛馬訂單貢獻將會反映在2015財政年。
興業研究因海事岸外支援業務訂單強勁，上調2014年財測10%，但維持2015年財測不變。大眾研究維持財測不變。
興業認為，該公司的核心淨利達分析員財測的85%，主要受惠於建築和運作（HUCC）及上部結構主要維修服務（TMM）。而製造、製造、供應和安裝業務蒙受420萬令吉虧損。
大眾研究說，該公司早前在沙巴獲得PCSB維修服務（TMM）項目，在今年7月4日開始營運，直至2018年結束，該筆營收預料將反映在2015財政年次季。該公司與泛馬油田尚有一艘工作船及駁船的訂單。現有的岸外支援船（OSV）已經全數使用。
該公司在KBM採油區每天可產量約2千萬桶，並在2015年可達到100%的產能。該筆營收預料將反映在2015財政年第三季。根據油田風險服務合約（RSC），該公司在過渡期內，不會因國際油價低迷而影響營收。

携手塔里斯曼滨海能源 传必达能源竞标国油合约

（吉隆坡31日讯）市场传必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股），连同塔里斯曼能源（Talisman Energy）和滨海能源（Coastal Energy）建立伙伴关系，冀望获得国家石油（Petronas）颁发登嘉楼岸外PM9油田的强化采油（EOR）合约。
媒体引述消息报道，必达能源联同滨海能源竞标石油相关的部分，塔里斯曼能源则锁定天然气相关的部分，合约价值“非常可观”。
创新高后跌55%
三方与国油仍处于洽商阶段，该合约原本预计在去年底敲定，但受到国际油价暴跌的影响，导致协商结果迟迟未能出炉。
消息指出，必达能源与滨海能源在2012年联营的Kapal-Banang-Meranti（KBM）集群油田的风险服务合约，以少于原定开销且提早完成合约的出色表现，获得国油青睐，并在竞标过程中大大加分。
若顺利竞得该合约，有望为必达能源的盈利捎来正面贡献。

必达能源获国油勘探合约

（吉隆坡17日讯）必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）今日宣布，通过旗下独资子公司--必达资源有限公司（Petra Resources Sdn Bnd）获得国油勘探（Petronas Carigali）颁发的合约，负责提供后者在大马的现货租船船舶服务。
根据文告，该项合约为期2年，从2015年1月29日至2017年1月28日。
合约结束后，国油勘探享有延长1年合约的权利。这项合约预料將对公司的盈利贡献和净资產带来正面贡献。
另外，该合约將不只是必达资源有限公司一家独家获得。
该项合约將根据服务的次数，来决定必达能源所能获取的金额。
该合约风险包括，人力资源的供给数量、原料价格的变动和经济环境的影响。

- AWARD OF UMBRELLA CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SPOT CHARTER MARINE VESSEL SERVICES FOR PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN. BHD. FROM 2015 TO 2017 ("CONTRACT") | 1. INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of PEB (“Board”) wishes to announce that Petra Resources Sdn. Bhd. (“PRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PEB has been awarded an umbrella contract by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (“PCSB”) on 29 January 2015 for the provision of Spot Charter Marine Vessel Services from 2015 to 2017 on non-exclusive basis (“Services”). This Services covers PCSB’s operations in Malaysia for spot charter.
2. VALUE AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT There is no firm contract value stated in the Letter of Award as the Services is on a call out basis whereby the fees and rates will be based on the quotation at the requirement point of time i.e. during each Work Order bidding. The duration of the Contract is two (2) years effective from 29 January 2015 and will expire on 28 January 2017 with an extension option of one (1) year exercisable by PCSB from expiry date.
3. RISK FACTORS Risk factors affecting the award include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. Throughout the years, PEB has established its track record and expertise to undertake these projects. Notwithstanding this, PEB shall ensure strict compliance to the safety and operational procedures in the execution of contract requirements.
4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The Contract will not have any effect on the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital and the shareholdings of the Company’s substantial shareholders. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of PEB for the duration of the Contract.
5. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors, major shareholders of PEB or its subsidiaries and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect on the Contract.
6. DIRECTORS' STATEMENT
The Board of PEB is of the opinion that the acceptance of the Contract is in the best interest of the Company.

国油颁5900万合约 必达能源前景看高一线

（吉隆坡23日讯）必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）获国油勘探合约，提供短期出租船服务，为期两年，分析员预计该公司可继续受惠于国油勘探的油气活动。
根据文告，必达能源独资子公司必达资源所获的这项合约，直至2017年1月28日，负责国油勘探在马的短期租约营运，并有1年的延长选择权。
必达资源的服务收费，将按照竞标的租率来计算。
大众投行分析员指出，这项合约以“随传随到”为基础，租金必须以当时的租率计算，而且不肯定何时会有工程竞标，所以合约价值难以估算。

该投行预计今年支援船的使用率可达70%，并期待与国际深海公司（ISC）的联营可在明年带来贡献。
分析员表示，该公司今年的增长动力有商部结构主要维修服务合约（TMM）、“随传随到”合约的盈利料可在2015财年第二季贡献、忙碌的泛马工作订单还有KBM油田的风险分散合约（RSC）。
