REDTONE TO VENTURE INTO HOTEL INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY ("ICT") SOLUTION IN CHINA The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subdisidiaries, VMS Technology Limited and REDtone Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("RTC") are in the advanced stage of discussion with Hotgate Technology (M) Sdn Bhd and Beijing Sino Zhaotong Public Information Network Development Co. Ltd. in relation to REDtone's intention to form a consortium to enter into Hotel ICT solution in China by partnering with China Network Communications Group Corporation. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of REDtone and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or substantial shareholders, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above-mentioned transaction.
