我想知道的是只有这个2.85%而已吗? 有没有其他的? 好像一年一次的 extra bonus?

Group Agency Manager : 4.15%

Indirect Commission

PUBLIC MUTUAL UNIT TRUST CONSULTANT BENEFITS



1.
Who is entitled to Career Benefit (CB)?
All active agents of Public Mutual are entitled to CB.
2.
How is CB calculated?
Calculation of CB will be based on
fundholders’ NAV.

3.
When will CB be paid?
CB will be paid to agents twice a year. CB accrued for the first half of the year will be paid in December the said year. CB accrued for the second half of the year will be paid in June the following year.
4.
Are Bond funds entitled to CB?
CB is also paid based on NAV of Public Bond fund and Public Islamic Bond fund.


Note: Payment of Group CB is based on overriding concept.

Who is entitled to Year-End-Bonus (YEB)?
All active agents who achieved Personal Net Sales (PNS) and Group Net Sales (GNS) quota are entitled to YEB.

What funds are not entitled to YEB?
a) Public Bond Fund
b) Public Islamic Bond Fund
c) Public Institutional Bond Fund

Who is entitled to Breakaway Bonus (BB)?
Breakaway bonus is given to a MFGAM as the Recruiter / upline when his/her downline is promoted to the rank of MFGAM.
2.
Can an upline be entitled to BB if he/she is not the recruiter?
MFGAM will be entitled to BB if downlines were transferred to the MFGAM during MFA or MFAS level and recruiter has ceased to be an agent of the company.

Who is entitled to Equalization Bonus (EB)?
EB is given to the tier of MFAS & above (recruiter / upline) when his downline is promoted to the same tier as the recruiter / upline.
2.
How is EB calculated?
For MFAS, MFAM & MFGAM, if equalized upline's Total Sales is equal to or MORE THAN 50% of equalized downline's Total Sales, equalized upline will enjoy fully the equalized downline' s Total Sales.

If equalized upline's Total Sales is LESS THAN 50% of equalized downline's Total Sales, then the equalized upline will enjoy the EB that is based on his own Total Sales.
3.
How do we calculate EB for MFGAM if the downline was not recruited by the MFGAM?
For agents transferred to MFGAM at MFA & MFAS level, MFGAM can enjoy 100% of the EB (provided if the recruiter has ceased to be an agent of the company). For agents transferred to MFGAM at MFAM level, MFGAM WILL NOT ENJOY ANY EB.

Can an agent invest at Buying Price, and how?
An agent can purchase Personal Initial Investment (PII) and Personal Additional Investment (PAI) at buying price under Agent's Personal Plan.
Agent can complete the fund application form and obtain verification from Senior Branch Manager/Branch Manager indicating the "agent" status before submission.
2.
How much can an agent invest under Agent's Personal Plan ?
Agents are eligible to purchase different amount based on their tier (at the time of purchase)

How is PAI processed?
Personal Additional Investment (PAI) will be deducted from the agent’s monthly sales commission and processed on the 15th of the following month. For PAI under Agent’s Personal Plan, agents are required to complete the Agent's Personal Plan Standing Instruction form for monthly deduction.
4.
Can an agent invest through EPF scheme under Agent's Personal Plan?
Agents may invest through EPF Scheme, provided agents have fulfilled the minimum / maximum Agent’s Personal Plan requirement. In the event, the minimum / maximum requirement is not met, the investment will automatically be processed as normal sales at selling price.
5.
Can an agent have a joint holder under Agent' s Personal Plan?
Joint holder is not allowed for Agent's Personal Plan.

个人意见,只要代理的服务好,而你又赚到钱,佣金已经不重要了。蓝海政策吗,双赢。

嗯,我也是有同感,服务好就ok了,保险的佣金好像还多,可以连续抽几年的,可是我的AGENT的态度很好,我时不时去烦他叫他再解释多一遍给我听我的保单,问他要加这个要多少多少然后又没有买,他也没有说发脾气还是不听电话,所以我就介绍我的朋友和同事跟他买,所以我觉得佣金嘛,是看那个人赚的心不心安吧了,赚了后又服务就心安理得了

是lor,楼上几位我顶你们,实在不明白有些人做么那样介意人家赚多少,因为太会算了,算到自己有亏就不爽,人家有赚就不爽,不爽就不帮人,不帮人就缩小自己圈子,圈子小了就淹没了该有机会,这种人成不了有钱人的。

买东西是为了给自己好,还是去看人家赚多少才买?一个一个去survey找赚得最少的人买meh? 酱的话不如去问看福利局有卖投资产品不,最好找的到0%佣金,然后买了还free几个unit或者premium free boost那种的!!!
这种人真的购力,如果你觉得对方是好的, service一流,还不给人家赚啊?你看不顺眼人家赚钱啊?你不买只因为对方赚得多阿?最后找到赚的少的代理(给discount的)又要嫌service差。。。够力!!


如果打算跟一个人买了还要对方discount 5% commision出来,你不如不买,都打算给人家生意做了,又不痛快让人家赚完. 做人有必要酱cheapskate没有?叫鸡就是要自己爽ma,我还真看过有些人为了要花完40分钟每一秒,要射了又拔出来休息,再一次要射又拔出来休息,你不辛苦你的lj都辛苦啦。。。永远都搞不明白一鼓作气的道理,明白道理的朋友既使5分钟射出来都是幸福的...有些鸟人小便不一次小完,流几滴给下一间toilet用,有这种思想酱kiam siap永远不明白的啦。。。

这是以前的,当时服务费6.5%,的确代理的佣金是2.85%。

现在services  charge 5.5% agent 的commision 也没那么高了, 好像是2.75%而已...其实我觉得unit trust 的收费算是很低了...而且是charge 一次而已...你一天没有卖....你的agent 都要去serve 你.... 如果我才买1000块....我十年都不卖...我的agent 就要看我脸色十年.... 他才拿我不到30块的commision... 所以说...你看别人好...但不知道别人背后的辛苦.....
