马联工业与游光春谈不拢
售泛马控股69%股权告吹

2016年9月14日
（吉隆坡13日讯）马联工业（MUIIND，3891，主板贸服股）宣布，经过多次展延的脱售泛马控股（PMHLDG，1287，主板酒店股）69.192%股权的计划，因无法达到先决条件而告吹。

根据文告，马联工业和买方拿督游光春，双方已同意终止该项协议，因为无法在截止日期9月12日前，达到先决条件。

一旦终止后，该项协议就无效。

马联工业预计，终止协议不会对集团截至2017年6月30日财年的净利、净资产和负债带来实际影响。

在2014年，马联工业宣布，以总值7712万4094令吉脱售泛马控股的69.192%股权给游光春。

泛马控股是一家投资控股公司，旗下子公司和联号公司主要涉及酒店和金融服务业。

不过，该项交易已多次展延。

游光春目前也是游礼发产业（YNHPROP，3158，主板产业股）的主席兼大股东。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡11日訊）市傳大馬富豪丹斯里邱繼炳有意釋放部分資產價值，旗下馬聯合工業（MUIIND，3891，主要板貿服）交投活躍，股價勁升9仙或47%至28仙，為盤中第2大熱門股項。

馬聯合工業以19仙開市，休市起3.5仙，報22.5仙。該股在午盤擴大漲幅，並以全日最高水平28仙掛收，起9仙，成交量高達2億4886萬1900股。

交易商指出，消息稱邱繼炳或脫售部分公司資產，為支付離婚的贍養費融資。同時亦有消息說，該商業帝國或出現變卦。

“目前沒有任何證實，但這已推動股價走勢。”

現年78歲的邱繼炳持有英國著名家飾品零售集團Laura Ashley及廓思酒店（Corus Hotel），近期接獲英國法院下令支付前妻蔡秀萍6400萬英鎊（約3.5億令吉）贍養費，包括現金及物業，為漫長的離婚程序畫上句點。

（吉隆坡15日讯）马联工业（MUIIND,3891,主板贸服组）主席丹斯里邱继炳的离婚案落幕，前妻将分得逾3亿令吉财产，市场谣传持有该公司47.67%股权的邱继炳将考虑脱售个人资产应对。

马联工业首当其冲

身兼马联工业主席和首席执行员职位的邱继炳，与前妻蔡秀萍离婚官司审结，蔡氏可向邱氏索得6400万英镑（约3亿5290万令吉）财产。

财经周刊《The Edge》报道，由于邱继炳私下持有其他财产，未必只考虑脱售上市资产。

无论如何，该公司近期无其他动静，市场将紧盯邱继炳随离婚案后的举动。

今年至今，马联工业节节攀高，从12仙起步，最高一度站上28仙，周五收在24.5仙，至今涨幅达12.5仙或104%。

马联工业业务多元化，包括零售、食品、产业、酒店等，其中有伦敦上市的Laura Ashley公司的35.17%股权、大马百货公司美罗再也（Metrojaya）的98.21%股权，以及巧克力制造及分销公司Network Foods International等。
