Tadmax 发凭单上诉驳回

（吉隆坡1日讯）大马交易所驳回Tadmax（Tadmax，4022，主板工业产品股）限售新凭单计划的上诉申请。
马交所2月28日致函Tadmax，表明拒绝公司上诉申请。
马交所早前拒绝Tadmax以两个A凭单配1新凭单的方式，限制性发售5518万3334个新凭单，予未兑现的A凭单持有人，每单位发售价为1仙。
马交所指出，上述限制发售凭单计划是不利和差别对待原本凭单持有人，而且不符合主板上市条例第6.55条文。[南洋网财经]

TADMAX資源是在2008年與越南胡志明市天然資源與環境部和交通與城市公共工程部門簽署備忘錄，以參與固體廢料處理廠和多祿-氏安（Nhieu Loc-Thi Nghe）河道廢水處理廠計劃，但胥視可行性研究結果。（星洲網）

（吉隆坡10日訊）TADMAX資源（TADMAX，4022，主板工業產品組）建議以4千835萬1千600令吉脫售一塊位於巴生的60英畝租賃地，後把所得資金用於償還債務。
該公司發文告說，上述地庫目前空置，脫售活動料讓公司賺取1千300萬令吉一次性盈利，並且趁機釋放多餘資產的價值，及降低公司負債。（星洲網）

TADMAX專注棕油木材業務

（吉隆坡11日訊）TADMAX資源（TADMAX，4022，主板工業產品組）計劃續脫售土地與非核心業務資產，以籌措資金來削減債務、資助營運開銷與收購現成棕油園地，並放眼專注較高賺益的棕油與木材業務，推動公司成長。
售資產料獲4.2億淨現金
該公司董事經理兼首席執行員拿督法依查在特別股東大會表示，估計可從脫售土地與非核心業務資產估計能讓公司獲得4億2千萬令吉的淨現金流入。
“脫售資產所獲得的資金有2億2千萬令吉用以削減債務，其餘的將資助營運開銷以增加棕油業務活動，以及購買已種植油棕的園地。＂
法依查稱，未來公司將專注於棕油與木材這兩大主要業務，雖然該業務的資本開銷龐大，但賺益也相對較高，讓公司可更好地成長。
此外，他表示，利用部份資金收購現成油棕園可以直接為公司帶來現金收入，目前他們正積極尋找相關購買機會。
在印尼設綜合木桐處理中心
TADMAX資源在印尼巴布亞擁有80公頃土地，公司計劃脫售其中40公頃土地，但保留該地的林木使用權，因此公司仍可維持木桐收成。
由於印尼條例規定不能將木桐出口或運輸出該區，法依查表示，將在該區發展木桐下游業務，以處理木桐收成。
“公司將設立綜合木桐處理中心（Integrated Timber Complex），預料可在今年9月獲得執照，並在第四季可開始營運及生產。＂
他也說，公司目前在該區的林木特許執照已經到期，惟因設立綜合木桐處理中心的事務使更新有所延誤。
“儘管如此，我們預料可以在今年第三季獲得執照更新，但收成的工作或以較緩的步伐進行。＂
TADMAX資源日前已售出在巴生的60畝土地，法依查稱，其餘的319畝土地也計劃售出，而他們目前正與2買協商，預期售價不低於每平方呎18令吉50仙。（星洲日報／財經）
洽售英达岛和印尼土地 Tadmax将转亏为盈

（吉隆坡11日讯）Tadmax（Tadmax，4022，主板工业产品股）董事经理兼总执行长拿督法依扎阿都拉表示，有信心透过脱售土地在今年内转亏为盈。
法依扎阿都拉今日结束股东特别大会后，向记者表上述谈话。
“几天前，我们以4835万令吉脱售巴生英达岛一块60英亩土地，相等于每平方尺18.50令吉。目前，我们还持有该岛319英亩土地，也正在与数买家洽售买卖细节。”
尽管如此，法依扎阿都拉以买卖尚未落实而拒绝透露更多具体详情，仅表示占地319英亩土地脱售价不会低于每平方尺18.50令吉。
“我们绝对不会以低于每平方尺18.50令吉的价钱脱售，最少都要20令吉。”
他预测，今年内将能完成上述土地买卖并转亏为盈。
专注木材油棕业
“如果英达岛和印尼巴布亚土地顺利今年内售出，我几乎可以肯定，Tadmax将转亏为盈，而且成为净现金公司。”
法依扎阿都拉透露，Tadmax将脱售旗下位于印尼巴布亚一块占地40英亩的木材种植地。
“因为还在洽谈，我们不便透露更多。我只能够说对方对我们的种植地很感兴趣，而且也进一步探讨细节，希望今年内会有定案。”
他进一步暗示，能够一次性收购大片种植土地的公司会有一定的财务实力。
“我只能说，对方是一家在大马上市的公司。”
放眼未来，法依扎说，Tadmax将注重在木材和油棕种植业务。

Tadmax 献议2000 万 售重庆梁山威特嘉食品

（吉隆坡30日讯）Tadmax（Tadmax，4022，主板工业产品股）献议以2000万令吉，脱售旗下重庆梁山威特嘉食品有限公司所有股权。
根据文告，由于重庆梁山威特嘉食品面临营运困难和常年亏损，且非属于公司非核心业务，因此Tadmax决定在今日签署股权买卖合约，脱售后者100%股权。
全购Arus环球
“在脱售活动完成后，公司将在截至今年12月杪的财年内，录得约30万令吉的净利，每股净资产和每股盈利均将提高0.1%。”
另一方面，Tadmax也向新威再也私人有限公司，收购Arus环球私人有限公司所有股权。
Arus环球为新威再也独资子公司，也是Tadmax持股45%的联号公司。
“Arus环球的采石、岩石和花岗石供应业务，符合Tadmax的企业方针，希望借此将之转变成独资子公司。”[南洋网财经]
