洽购油棕园 Tadmax 积极转盈

（吉隆坡17日讯）Tadmax（TADMAX，4022，主板工业产品股）放眼收购一片已开发油棕园，作为集团转亏为盈的政策之一。
Tadmax董事经理拿督法依扎阿都拉在日前股东特大后向媒体表示，已锁定数片种植地，分别位于沙巴、砂拉越、印尼加里曼丹和苏门答腊。
不过，上述收购将取决于早前310英亩雪州英达岛（Pulau Indah）的地皮脱售活动何时结束。
该公司早前以3亿1733万令吉，将上述地皮脱售给一个大马发展有限公司（1MDB）的子公司———Ivory Merge私人有限公司。
脱售收益或达1亿4800万令吉，有助于摆脱蒙亏窘境。
“我们会使用部分现金，支付初期的收购费，其余的将会通过贷款完成。”
料获可负担房屋项目Tadmax执行董事艾迪兰表示，房产项目也是该公司转亏为盈的计划之一，有望在年杪赢得一项纳闽的可负担房屋项目。
他补充，项目仍在洽谈初期，估计占地41.5英亩，发展总值达5亿令吉。
随着木材采伐将在明年次季开始，加上一些建设项目，该公司明年有能力获合理盈利。
Tadmax在2013财年的亏损扩大至4467万2000令吉。

多元发展提升获利 Tadmax 购房产和能源公司

（吉隆坡20日讯）Tadmax（TADMAX，4022，主板工业产品股）收购房地产发展与能源公司股权，拟有意多元化业务发展。
该公司近期以3亿1730万令吉，将巴生土地脱售予一个马来西亚发展有限公司（简称1MDB）后，在昨日签署两项股权买卖协议。
Tadmax的第一项协议，是与Maxcorp发展，签署股权买卖协议，以2令吉购下后者全数股权。
Maxcorp发展在4月间，以700万令吉向纳闽机构购下位于纳闽一块16.8公顷土地，计划进行可负担房屋发展计划。
若Tadmax有意购下相关土地，则需要支付733万令吉予Maxcorp或纳闽机构。
Tadmax的第2项协议，是向旗下Tadmax能源公司的3名股东，购下后者持有的全数股权。
在这3名股东中，其中一名是Tadmax能源执行董事，以及主要股东的儿子。

发股给副主席 Tadmax 偿还3678万债务

（吉隆坡18日讯）Tadmax（TADMAX，4022，主板工业产品股）献议发行7200万新股，予副主席拿督法依扎阿都拉，偿还拖欠后者的3678万令吉债务，预计每股发售价50仙。
同时，公司也建议私配3727万5744股新股，相等缴足资本的10%，若发售价同样为每股50仙，预计可筹资1860万令吉。
次季净亏352万筹资所得将用在购地、产业发展开支、偿还银行贷款和营运资本。
完成上述两项活动后，缴足股本将扩大至4亿8203万3190股。
截至6月30日次季，净亏幅度收窄至351万5000令吉，或每股0.94仙，归功于脱售蒙亏联号公司和外汇盈利。
根据文告，去年同期的净亏为1824万2000令吉，或每股5.02仙；当季营收则为844万6000令吉，来自工业供应业务的贡献；去年所获得的20万令吉营收，实则来自公司已脱售的农业业务。
首半年净亏也从2654万9000令吉，收窄至848万9000令吉，或每股2.28仙；营收则从12万4000令吉，涨92倍至1155万令吉。【南洋网财经】

1MDB 3.17億購地三度展延

（吉隆坡14日訊）一個大馬發展有限公司（1MDB）建議以3億1千730萬令吉向TADMAX資源（TADMAX,4022,主板工業產品組）收購雪蘭莪巴生土地的計劃，第三次展延。
TADMAX資源昨日發表文告說，脫售TADMAX POWER公司予1MDB獨資子公司IVORY MERGE的計劃，至上週五（10日）仍未完成協議，因此將再延期。
“IVORY MERGE要求將期限從10月10日延至10月31日，我們正為此與該公司洽商。”
TADMAX資源補充，仍有多項問題須向IVORY MERGE釐清，將在隨後適時發出文告。
TADMAX資源2月20日與IVORY MERGE簽署售股協議，以3億1千730萬令吉賣出TADMAX POWER公司。
TADMAX POWER公司在雪蘭莪巴生英丹島擁有310英畝空置租賃土地。
IVORY MERGE隸屬IVORY POINT公司，後者大股東為1MDB。

3.1億能源資產售一馬發展 TADMAX資源冀儘快完成

（吉隆坡20日訊）TADMAX資源（TADMAX，4022，主要板工業）總執行長拿莫哈默立札爾希望可儘快完成以3億1730萬令吉，出售Tadmax能源私人有限公司予一個大馬發展有限公司（簡稱1MDB）建議。
Tadmax能源是巴生英達島約124公頃土地地主，TADMAX資源和1MDB在今年2月20日簽署買賣協議。
莫哈默立札爾指該交易或在10月31日完成。
“身為賣主，我們很著急並希望能儘快完成交易。”
他在股東大會后指出：“我關注1MDB內部問題，他們只要求更多時間，但未有提供任何進展，只能等到10月31日，希望之后就能完成交易。”
這項交易對TADMAX資源而言十分關鍵，有助公司降低貸款，加強現金儲備供未來收購活動。至于潛在收購項目包括地庫供房產發展。
“我們的方向是會尋求房產發展工程，現已在納閩有一項工程，將從中建立基礎。”
TADMAX資源通夠收購 Ganggarak發展私人有限公司，在納閩持有16.6公頃土地，供住宅和商業發展，具5億7000萬令吉發展總值。

| We refer to our announcements dated 18 August 2014 and 26 September 2014 in relation to the Proposed Capitalisation ("Announcements").
All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the Announcements, except where the context otherwise requires or where otherwise defined herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB is pleased to announce that the Board (save for DF) has resolved to fix the issue price at RM0.50 per Settlement Share, being the par value of Tadmax Shares for the issuance and allotment of up to 72,000,000 Settlement Shares, in respect of the Proposed Capitalisation.
This announcement is dated 28 October 2014. |

Tadmax 总执行长呈辞 阿诺亚受委董事经理

（吉隆坡31日讯）Tadmax（TADMAX，4022，主板工业产品股）宣布，总执行长莫哈末礼扎辞职，同时委任阿诺亚当为董事经理。
根据文告，51岁的莫哈末礼扎是以“从商”为由递上辞呈。
而新上任的阿诺亚当，今年69岁，是Tadmax执行董事艾迪兰阿诺的父亲。
他曾把自身经验带到塞舌尔（Seychelles，马达加斯加北部岛国）、斯里兰卡和乌拉圭。不过在2009年时，为了转换工作环境，而回到国内工作。
同时，该公司也宣布将非执行董事诺尔约翰，调任为执行董事。【南洋网财经】

In 2009, seeking a change in business environment, he exited Pakistan to pursue opportunities closer to home.
