Subject Ecosway Latest News : Ecosway Pharmacy Stores
Overview:
1. Ecosway Pharmacy is targeted to be launched by the end of year 2011.
2. The first ecosway pharmacy and all future stores will be a 2 in 1 store. (Cosway Stores with Pharmacy)
3. Free stores that currently also run the redemption center will have all the redemption products removedto accommodate the conversion.
4. Cosway will set-up “Special Redemption Centre” in selected areas for the redemption of products under Redemption Section 2 since the current redemption centers will no longer carry redemption 2 products.
5. All products in the Pharmacy will be offered as redemption products. This means that customers have wider selection of redemptions items with their redemption coupons. Eg. A Sunsilk shampoo can be now redeemed with 18 RC or any prescript drugs can be redeemed with 15 RC.
6. Cosway will commit a guaranteed income of the Pharmacist based on the job market rate in respective area. Eg. If the average pay of a Pharmacist is RM 5000 monthly, the Pharmacist will earn at least RM5000 or more depending on the sales of the store. Therefore, this will give them more confidence to venture into this new business opportunity without fearing.
Terms and Conditions:
1. 2 in 1 store will be managed by 2 operators. ( Normal store operator and a qualified Pharmacist)
2. Any qualified Pharmacist can apply to be the Pharmacy operator; however the normal store operator has to be a female.
3. In the event than an applicant is awarded a store, she will have to partner with a qualified Pharmacist as a partner to run the pharmacy and vice versa if a qualified Pharmacist gets a store then he/she needs to bring in a female partner to run theCosway store.
4. All existing stores with good track record will be automatically be upgraded to a 2 in 1 store. The company defines a good track record store as a store that has continuous growth in terms of sales and ev volume.

1. Pharmacy is the most patronize shop in a commercial or residential district apart from restaurants, mini market and convenience stores.
