答：
富達置地虧損有改善
富達置地的園坵主要是坐落在沙巴州，總共有1萬1千978公頃的種植土地。
截至2010年6月30日止，有關土地的淨賬面值為3億1千900萬令吉，若以此為據，它每公頃平均賬面值為2萬6千632令吉。
略為瞭解其最新業績表現以供參考。截至2013年3月31日止第三季，該公司淨虧損542萬3千令吉，前期淨虧損795萬7千令吉。第三季營業額1千443萬1千令吉，前期為1千468萬令吉。每股淨虧損為0.86仙。
同期間首9個月，富達置地的淨虧損為1千558萬4千令吉，前期淨虧損則為758萬令吉；營業額跌至4千448萬3千令吉，前期為7千804萬令吉。首9個月的每股淨虧損為2.52仙。每股資產值為1令吉26仙。能否作投資，近年來沒有證券研究對該公司給予研究剖析及買賣建議。

（吉隆坡7日訊）富達置地（DUTALND，3948，主板種植組）以3千500萬令吉現金，脫售奧林匹亞大廈有限公司的70%有效股權。
該公司文告指出，以5千萬令吉現金將奧林匹亞大廈的100%股權，脫售給Melody Hallmark有限公司，惟由於該公司也持有後者的30%股權，使該公司脫售的有效股權為70%，涉及售價為3千500萬令吉。
該公司將從上述脫售資產行動，取得約4千800萬令吉的淨利，以便充當降低公司貸款及利息成本用途。（星洲網） |

Duta股本 增持富达置地
二零一四年一月十四日 晚上七时六分
（吉隆坡14日讯）随着最近收购富达置地有限公司（DUTALND，种植组）的1690万5000股股票后，Duta股本私人有限公司（Duta Equities Sdn Bhd）在该公司所持有的股票增至8651万股或拥有10.22%股权。
该公司向大马交易所提呈的备报显示出，该批股票是于1月9日购进的。

沙土地局强购土地 富达置地获赔4950万

（吉隆坡4日讯）富达置地（DUTALND，3948，主板种植股）接受沙巴土地测量局强制收购土地，获得总额4950万令吉的赔偿。
富达置地向马交所报备，沙巴土地测量局需强制收购公司位于沙巴亚庇的5英亩地段。
公司在2007年4月，以890万令吉收购这批土地，原本规划为酒店发展用途。有关地段的净账面价值是760万令吉。
沙巴政府强制收购土地，是为了扩展亚庇的丹绒亚鲁城镇计划。
富达置地表示，接受沙巴政府的强制收购，可释放投资价值，并且不影响截至今年6月的净资产和负债率。
同时，公司可净赚约3600万令吉，将充作营运资本，以及偿还贷款。【南洋网财经】
