（吉隆坡28日訊）丹斯里葉永松增持富達置地（DUTALND，3948，主板貿服組）的1千688萬1千股。

根據文告，葉永松上週三（22日）透過公開市場買進上述股權，目前間接持有該公司的3億7千613萬8千647股或44.45%股權，直接持股則是2萬5千600股。（星洲網）

The Grand Duta Hyatt酒店‧傳富達置地重新啟動

（吉隆坡8日訊）消息指出，富達置地（DUTALND,3948,主板貿服組）子公司――富達Grand Hotels私人有限公司，已向吉隆坡市政局（DBKL）提呈申請，以重新啟動位於安邦路和蘇丹依斯邁路交接處，擱置已久的The Grand Duta Hyatt酒店原址計劃。

擱置多年

digitaledge週刊指出，新申請將是富達置地重啟相關工程的第四次嘗試，但集團是否選擇現在重啟，還是嘗試尋找策略夥伴仍不明朗。

不過，相關工地近來已有些許動作，有人目睹工人進出，並在年初將部份的安全網移除，觀察人士認為，這可能是建築工程重啟前的清理工作，以及安置新安全網。

受到1997-98年亞洲金融風暴影響，佔地2.36英畝的TheGrand Duta Hyatt酒店發展計劃宣告喊停。

報告指出，有關工程曾在2003年復工，但最終落空。隨後，前吉隆坡市長拿督斯里阿末法依斯邁稱市政府局已在2009年批准發展工程，可是卻遲遲未有動工。

在2012年8月，富達置地再向吉隆坡市政局提呈計劃書，但最後也不了了之。

根據原本藍圖，富達置地將興建內含酒店、零售單位、辦公樓和服務公寓的52層建築，但市場人士相信發展商可能考慮將樓層增多，甚至可能達到60層，主要是審批單位現已允許在市中心興建更高的大樓。

但富達置地並未對此作出回應。（星洲日報‧財經）
