我的 Parkson (当时是liondiv)买入价少过RM5.00，即使以目前的prospective earning 来说，实在买不下手。

各位大大可有研究报告，希望各位分享，以说服自己大胆买入。

很开心这儿那么多Parkson kaki。

目前的 P／NTA 为 17.4-22.8 间。


Strong price performance. Parkson’s share price has risen 12% since our last update on
26 Nov 07 or just three weeks ago. The stock has more than doubled since the beginning
of the year, outperforming the Hang Seng Index by 77%. We attribute the strong
performance to a good set of 9M07 results (net profit up 51.4% yoy) and speculation over
the injection of more stores by its parent company.
Fundamentals still good... We expect Parkson to rack up an FD EPS CAGR of 39% for
FY07-09 on the back of 31% revenue CAGR and unification of the income tax rate on 1
Jan 08. The revenue growth is driven by our anticipation of 17% same-store sales growth
and the opening of four new stores per year.
…but valuations are stretched. Parkson is one of the most expensive retail stocks in our
universe, trading at a CY09 P/E of 33.6x. Even with our high forecast FD EPS CAGR of
39%, PEG based on FY07 P/E is high at 1.67x.
Valuation and recommendation
Target price maintained at HK$68.00; downgrade to UNDERPERFORM. We continue
to peg our target price to the DCF value of HK$55.00 (WACC 10.2%, TG 2%) plus a
HK$13.00 premium for the potential value enhancement from future acquisitions. In our
calculation of the potential value enhancement, we assume that five stores will be acquired
every year. Even after factoring in optimistic assumptions for future acquisitions, our target
price is 16.8% lower than the current price. We think the stock is overvalued. Downgrade
from neutral to UNDERPERFORM.

为什么不和我讲，我带你去 KLCC 买 Prada上衣, Burberry包包, Emporio Armani 花裙 。。荷包薄薄不用紧，你的citi卡很好用。。
