PR1MA 4 亿合约 传美德集团得标

(吉隆坡14日讯)消息指,美德集团(MEDAINC,5040,主板产业股)将获得一个马来西亚房屋计划(简称PR1MA)计划总值4亿令吉的合约。
《商业时报》引述消息人士,美德集团在去年呈交PR1MA计划投标书,以及签署了一份探讨在新山兴建PR1MA房屋可能的无约束力合约。
不过,在去年1月份上任的美德集团总执行长的林章墨(译音),拒绝回应上述传言。
“如果这件事情有进展,我们会先向马交所报备。”
林章墨表示,受委为总执行长的首要任务是重整公司股东持股架构,以提高股票流通量。
目前,美德集团首100位主要大股东持有98%股份,股票流通量极低,导致该股备受市场忽视。

(吉隆坡18日訊)報導指出,早前在商界極為活躍的拿督張成富持有大批美德集團(MEDAINC,5040,主要板房產)股權,可能重出江湖,美德集團料出現企業活動。
美德集團總執行長林贊謀在接受《商業時報》訪問時坦承,該公司面對股票流通量問題。
林贊謀不排除進行企業活動,以改善流通量。
改善流通量
“目前的股價水平並不合理,相信市場低估了我們。我們需要接觸更多投資者和券商,改善流通量。”
美德集團首百名主要股東已持有將近98%股權。其中,美德集團執行董事兼副主席拿督張成富與兩位兄弟,共持有超過三分之一的股權。
儘管美德集團面對流通量不足的問題,但在發展計劃方面,已提呈“一個大馬人民房屋計劃”(PR1MA)議案,在柔佛建設可負擔房屋,惟林贊謀拒絕透露詳情。
林贊謀說:“我們在去年向PR1MA提呈計劃,並已簽署非契約(non-binding)協議,以研究這項目的可行性。”
美德集團以80仙開市,盤中跌3仙至77仙。休市下滑1仙,掛休79仙;半日成交量達32萬2000股。

美德10送1凭单 筹5100万

(吉隆坡5日讯)美德集团(MEDAINC,5040,主板产业股)建议以10股送1凭单方式,发行最多6409万6256张免费凭单,并预计可筹集逾5100万令吉。
根据文告,每张凭单的行使价为80仙,比该股的每股50仙票面价值溢价60%,以及比其截至3月4日的5天交易量加权平均市价(每股78.4仙)溢价2.04%。
该公司指出,发行免费凭单并不能即时为其筹措任何资金。不过,一旦股东行使了凭单,该公司将把相关资金充当营运资本。
该公司说:“假如所有凭单被行使,我们预计可筹集5127万7005令吉,这将有助于加强公司的现金流。”
此外,该公司也认为,发行免费凭单是回馈股东支持的最佳管道,因为股东可把凭单转为股票,进一步增加在该公司的持股权。
针对上述建议,该公司将在6月杪举行的股东特别大会上,征求股东批准,并预计可在7月杪完成该活动。【南洋网财经】

美德2320万买地

(吉隆坡8日讯)美德集团(MEDAINC,5040,主板产业股)向马交所报备,以2320万令吉,向Ganesha私人有限公司收购占地8万3160平方米土地,以做综合发展计划。
美德集团独资子公司———Maju Puncak bumi私人有限公司宣布,今日与Ganesha签署了上述买卖合约。
根据文告,Maju Puncak bumi将通过内部融资和银行贷款,以现金支付上述永久地契土地的收购价。
公司指,已初步把上述位于马六甲的土地,规划为包含双层排屋、半独立式、独立式和店屋的综合产业发展计划,发展总值(GDV)料达1亿2000万令吉。
尽管如此,由于该建议发展计划尚未获得有关当局批核,所以将在适时宣布变动。
美德集团表示,上述土地位于马六甲市的黄金地段,符合了公司以合理价格收购土地,并加以发展来释放价值的业务发展方向。【南洋网财经】

最近公司的交易,完全都是Shares Buy Back ,六月份的股東大會,也差一個月多了,公司也會提案。
建議以10送1比例配送憑單。
建議10%的公司回收股票數量。
關於送憑單方面,也要看2014年第一季的表現,如果是虧損的第一季財報,這10送1比例配送憑單,應該不會通過股票所這一關,如果公司能順利得標 4亿元PR1MA合约(一个马来西亚人民房屋的推出是为了协助收入介于2千500令吉与7千500令吉之间的大马人民拥有一所房屋)。
所以建议书则是计划在柔佛新山拉庆(Larkin)兴建实惠房屋。

(怡保23日讯)霹州政府将打造一个涵盖霹雪接壤地区,耗资上千亿令吉的“南霹经济特区”,并于近期内向中央政府呈规划建议。
早期2012年,所收購的霹雳州和丰的土地,會否幸運之神也靠近那地方。
美德集团3月14日向马交所报备,以1300万令吉向霹雳前进(MjPerak,8141,主板产业股)收购总面积为256.04英亩、位于霹雳州和丰的土地,将用于综合房地产发展项目。
不過這頂目又是千億的工程,應該會有一點難度,因為柔佛经济特区也剛開始,也是動用了千億去打造,所以 ....... |
