每個月capped RM 110000 而已，就是首2200人可以拿到cash back.
基本來說，又快變廢卡一張了。
除非你能在第一天刷完全部quota 不然你刷了都不guarantee拿到cash back

8%的cap還是RM50,還限制要刷16次以上
所以算到來是RM625x8%=RM50,
每次差不多刷3，40塊錢左右刷16次才會達到。

5% 的話要拿RM50的要刷到RM1000,刷8～15次。

刷多少次都不是重點了。
重點是你第一天就好刷完，不然應該不夠其他人搶的，
然後end up你get nothing.
那我寧願刷其他卡拿少一點rebate或者至少有point.
現在這個是等於nothing.

上次的TnC有特地說明電訊公司是算在online transfer的cash back裡，
但這次沒有寫，只有在TnC裡面寫了以下的內容：

15. The following transactions shall not be included in the Total Number of Transactions:a) Balance Transfer;b) Cash Advance;c) Flexi-Credit Plans;d) Easi-Payment Plan purchases;e) Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions;f) Top-up transactions;g) Payment of annual card membership fees, interest payments, late payment fees, charges forcash withdrawals, goods and services tax and any other form of service / miscellaneous feesusing the Card; andh) Such other transactions as UOBM may determine from time to time.

16. The Cash Back under this Programme shall not be awarded for the following transactions:a) Balance Transfer;b) Cash Advance;c) Flexi-Credit Plans;d) Easi-Payment Plan purchases;e) Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions;f) Top-up transactions;g) Government transactions:i. 所以看起來電訊還是有算數的，因為沒有寫在上面。
另外它們也只限制了次數，沒有限制一次最少要刷多少金額，
看起來是可以把帳單拆開來還來賺它的次數。

看来很多cash rebate的卡已经“cut cost”了，还是用积分卡比较好。

明年 05/01/2018 就开始实行 ， 看来要拿到 full cash back ， 最少2天里 要刷 rm1000 ， 才有希望。。。

然后就假假keyin要申请，不过半路就cancel料。
哪里晓得，maybank竟然send我email申请Barcelona卡。。。

以他这样来看，是不是所有bill payment都有算，像是tnb tm unifi yes ?
