Description	MULTI-USAGE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("MUH" OR "THE COMPANY")-  PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF 750,000 ORDINARY SHARES REPRESENTING 100% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF MULTI-USAGE PROPERTY SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY
The Board of Directors of MUH wishes to announce that the Company had on 24 April 2024 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Lee Poh Chuan to dispose the 750,000 ordinary shares of Multi-Usage Property Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“MUPSB”), representing 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of MUPSB for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) only ("Proposed Disposal"). Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, MUPSB shall ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUH. Please refer to the attached announcement for further details. This announcement is dated 24 April 2024.
