大紅花石油 挪威勘探未有收獲

（吉隆坡23日訊）大紅花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主要板工業）旗下聯號公司挪威Lime石油確認，在挪威海PL591勘探井進行首次勘探未有尋獲油氣。
挪威Lime石油是大紅花石油、Rex國際控股和Schroder and Co Banque的聯營公司，大紅花石油持有執照25%股權。
該公司向馬證交所報備，目標侏羅紀上層並沒有儲層砂岩，因此也沒有找到油氣庫存。
“勘探工作停在Fangst集團侏羅紀中部海底2875米處，大紅花石油在這個勘探井持股權的成本，料達110萬美元（約412萬令吉）。”
不過，位于北海PL616的Haribo已在6月21日，使用跨洋搜索者（Transocean Searcher）半潛式鑽井平台開鑽。

We have been informed by Lime Norway that the operator, Tullow Oil Norge AS (“Tullow Oil”) is currently completing drilling of the exploration well 6507/11-11 on the Zumba prospect. The target Upper Jurassic reservoir sandstones were not encountered and therefore the anticipated hydrocarbon accumulations were not found.
The well, approximately 14 kilometres south-east of the Heidrun Field in water depth of 272 metres, was drilled using the semi-submersible rig Leiv Eiriksson. Drilling was stopped at 2,875 metres below sea level in the Middle Jurassic Fangst Group. The estimated cost of Hibiscus’ net interest in this well is USD1.1 million.
Partners in the license are Tullow Oil with 60% interest, North Energy ASA (“North Energy”) holding 15%, and Lime Norway with the remaining 25%.
In parallel, the Haribo prospect at PL616 in the North Sea was spudded on 21 June 2015 using the semi-submersible drilling rig Transocean Searcher. The well is designated as 2/11-11 and drilling is expected to take 45 days to reach a depth of 3,350 metres. The Haribo prospect has reworked chalk on the west flank of the Valhall-Hod ridge as reservoir target. The exploration potential is estimated by Edison Norge AS (operator) at some 150 million barrels of oil (unrisked) with the geological chance of success at 25%. The license further contains two small oil/gas discoveries in the northern part. Broadband 3D seismic has been reprocessed to evaluate that part of the license.
The parties in the PL616 license comprise of Edison Norge AS with 25%, Noreco Norway AS with 20%, Concedo ASA having 20%, North Energy holding 15%, Skagen44 AS (Skagen44) with 5% and Lime Norway holding the remaining 15% (pending regulatory approval following the execution of an agreement with Skagen44 to acquire 10% interest in April 2015).

大红花石油 停止挪威油田勘探
二零一五年七月二十二日 晚上六时四十七分
（吉隆坡22日讯）大红花石油有限公司(HIBISCS，5199，工业产品组)宣布，无法在位于挪威北海的PL616油田Haribo勘探活动中发现石油。
该公司向大马交易所宣布，由于探油失败，该油井将被填平并废弃。
该公司持有该油井50万美元（191万令吉）的利益。
“Transocean Searcher半潜式钻井平台，已在6月16日移至钻探地点，水深70米。而该油井距离挪威北海南部的Valhall平台约10公里远。
“有关钻探工作进行到海平面3388公尺以下水平便停止。该油井将被填平和废弃，因为无法找到高孔隙度白垩储层。”

The licence further contains two small oil/gas discoveries in the northern part. Broadband 3D seismic has been reprocessed to evaluate the discoveries and associated upside potential.

大红花获埃及油田开采权

（吉隆坡4日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）在埃及获颁合约，赢得South East Ras ElUsh（简称Block2）油田的开采权。
根据文告，子公司Gulf大红花是和PacificOil有限公司联营，竞标埃及石油部旗下的Ganoub El-Wadi石油控股公司的合约。
大红花石油表示，Pacific Oil可在埃及的管理团队拥有丰富经验，因此将扮演该特许经营权的营运商角色。
Block2位于苏伊士湾南部，是埃及境内产量最高的油田，覆盖范围为68平方公里，水深达75米。
该盆地拥有超过1900个钻井及123块油田，每年可产出约1.8亿桶石油。
另外，Block2的范围还包括阿什拉菲西部油田，该公司有可能会与附近现有的岸上基建合作。
Lime购2油田50%
文告指出，在前四年首期勘探阶段，Gulf大红花最低投资额预计为800万美元（约3076万令吉）。
为了配合上述宣布，大红花石油从今早10点42分开始暂停交易，并将在明天（周三）早上9时恢复交易。停牌前该股报86.5仙。
另一方面，大红花石油所持有的Lime挪威，在昨日也完成收购两个油田的50%股权。

3. 大红花石油斥近2亿 购英油田区50%股权
二零一五年八月七日 晚上八时三十八分
（吉隆坡7日讯）大红花石油有限公司（HIBISCS，5199，工业产品组）以5250万美元（约1亿9910万令吉），收购英国蚬壳（Shell UK Ltd）、蚬壳EP岸外投资（Shell EP Offshore Ventures Ltd），以及埃索开采与生产（英国）（Esso Exploration and Production UK Ltd）在Anasuria油田区的50%股权。
大红花石油与Ping石油有限公司达成有条件买卖协议，前者将以上述价码，向Ping石油收购上述公司在Anasuria油田区的50%股权，收购计划已于今年1月1日生效。
Ping石油是一家独立上游公司，专注于发掘东南亚浅滩岸外产油和发展商机。根据大红花石油和Ping石油联合发布的文告，Anasuria油田区座落于英国中部北海亚伯丁（Aberdeen）以西约175公里处，该油田区涵盖3个名为Teal、Teal South、Guillemot A的产油田（100%股权）及Cook产油田（38.65%股权），以及油田相关的设施。

Call option agreement between HiRex Petroleum Sdn Bhd (“HiRex Malaysia”) (a joint-venture company of Hibiscus Petroleum via Orient Hibiscus Sdn Bhd) and Carnarvon Hibiscus Pty Ltd (“CHPL”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hibiscus Petroleum via Oceania Hibiscus Sdn Bhd), whereby HiRex Malaysia has agreed to grant CHPL a call option to acquire 100% of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of HiRex (Australia) Pty Ltd (“HiRex Australia”), which is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of HiRex Malaysia for a call option price of USD1.00 (“Proposed Call Option”)
On behalf of Hibiscus Petroleum, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that HiRex Malaysia had on 14 August 2015, entered into a call option agreement with CHPL in relation to the Proposed Call Option. CHPL had also on the same day exercised the call option.

大红花石油入股 北海PL410 油田30%

（吉隆坡20日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）持股的Lime挪威公司，向挪威Lundin公司购买北海PL410油田的30%股权，预期明年底展开采油活动。
文告指出，一旦完成交易，Lime挪威公司将持有该油田的30%股权，其他股东包括挪威Lundin公司与Statoil石油公司，两者各持52.35%与17.65%股权。
PL410油田的数个钻油地点，正在进行评估，预计明年底可开始采油。
Lime挪威公司是Lime石油公司的独资子公司，而大红花石油则持有Lime石油公司的35%股权。【南洋网财经】

筹2亿融资新旧计划 大红花拟配售新股

（吉隆坡14日讯）大红花石油有限公司（HIBISCS，5199，工业产品组）建议着手私下股票配售，基于每股63.6仙参阅献售价，放眼筹集约2亿790万令吉新资本。
根据致给大马交易所的文件，大红花石油说，建议中配售将涉及配售高达3亿2690万新股，相等于该公司高达25%扩大后缴足股票资本。
鉴于现有市场环境和投资者购兴，建议中配售可能在获得大马交易所批准后6个月，或股票交易所可能批准的任何延长期限内，分多个阶段进行。
因此，它指出，它也将胥视各阶段建议配售股票数额和时间点，分别定下不同的价格。
“建议中配售将让该公司筹集合适资金，以局部或全面融资一些进行中计划，以及未来发展或投资，同时也充作集团营运资本用途。”
其中约1亿500万令吉资金有意拨于支持该集团和联营个体进行中计划，包括在澳洲维多利亚州Gippsland盆地的西海马油田发展。
如果最终进行中计划的数额少于预测数字，差额将会拨为营运资本等用途。

完成收购英国油田 大红花石油冀明年有收入

（吉隆坡14日讯）完成收购英国北海中部ANASURIA油田的50%股权后，大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）预计明年会有现金流贡献。
大红花石油主席再努拉兴莫哈末再因，昨天在股东特大结束后对媒体表示，假设油价不再下跌，ANA SURIA油田能在明年贡献营业额和现金。
另外，董事经理肯尼思佩雷拉预计，上述收购可在明年首季完成。
“ANASURIA油田每天可产7000桶石油，根据股权，我们可享有其中的50%。”
虽然该公司在澳洲、挪威和中东均有资产，但目前尚未有任何产油的油田。
再努补充，公司目前唯一的营业额，源自为Lime石油提供技术服务，而这无法支撑开销。
股东批准私下配售
他坦言，公司向银行借贷的确面临一些困难，因早前澳洲West Seahorse油田的开发出现延误。
大红花石油早前的私下配售建议，在特大上获得股东放行，预计可筹得2亿790万令吉。
“我们尽量不去加重原有股东的负担，因此，我们放眼寻求新股东投资在公司内。”
针对公司迄今的表现，再努称，上游环境一直对公司不利，而且，要找到资金支持生意也很困难。
展望未来，大红花石油将更专注于创造营业额、生产和开发资产。

大红花將开钻Sea Lion-1油田

（吉隆坡16日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业股）宣布，West Telesto钻机將转移至独资子公司--Carnarvon大红花私人有限公司，预计会从本月25日开钻Sea Lion-1油田。

Lime Norway today informed us that drilling of the well commenced on 15 October 2015.
