擬作12億產業計劃‧馬頓建築訂單料倍增

（吉隆坡4日訊）馬頓（MALTON,6181,主板產業組）建築訂單料在今年內翻倍增長，儘管產業市場放緩，依然會如期推出發展總值12億令吉產業發展計劃。
該公司企業財務董事黃子傑在特大後證實，馬頓放眼獲取白沙羅城中心（Pusat Bandar Damansara，簡稱PBD）第一期建築工程合約，價值約15億令吉，訂單料於今年內逐步釋出。
“目前還在洽談該計劃，最終數據很快會出爐，這筆訂單料在今年內逐步釋放，推動建築訂單翻倍增長。”
黃子傑補充，白沙羅城中心第一期建築工程將耗時5至6年，未來12至18個月內會摧毀現有建築後再重建，在該地段發展綜合產業計劃。
目前該公司建築訂單企於7億令吉，內部及外部訂單比例為40：60，放眼未來2至3年內達到50：50平衡水平。
根據馬頓2014財政年年報，丹斯里林曉春為其顯著股東，持有37.06%股權，他同時也擔任馬頓執行主席，白沙羅城中心為其私人資產。
今日馬頓已在特大獲股東通過關聯交易（Related Party Transaction）議題，意味未來該公司可獲取更多關連公司合約。
產業方面，儘管市場因房貸發放減速變緩，黃子傑表示，今年將如期推出3項產業發展計劃，包括武吉加里爾第二期服務式公寓、班底達南（Pantai Dalam）的Nova Pantai及Ukay Spring發展計劃。
早前，他曾在馬頓股東大會後表示，計劃在2015上半年，推出上速3項發展總值11億8千萬令吉的產業發展計劃，並看好本財政年表現將比前期好。
黃子傑透露：“市場的產業投資買氣減弱，但住宅產業需求一直都在，我們將如期推出已完成規劃的產業計劃，積極爭取真正買家市場，相信截至2015年6月30日止財政年表現可超越2014財政年。”
他指出，近期馬頓推出的產業發展計劃出售率皆在90%以上，一切如預期般朝目標前進。
目前馬頓未結賬產業銷售企於4億令吉，去年產業貢獻佔70%，30%來自建築業務貢獻。（星洲日報／財經） |

无法达成协议条件 马顿售地交易告吹
二零一五年三月十三日 晚上八时四十四分
（吉隆坡13日讯）马顿有限公司（MALTON，6181，产业组）以8367万令吉脱售在莎阿南地段的计划宣告终止，因该公司无法在截止日期前达成交易下的所有条件。
产业发展商马顿告诉大马交易所，买家Hedgeford投资私人有限公司已驳回马顿争取更多时间，以符合买卖协议下条件的要求。
上述4.8公顷（12英亩）租赁工业地段位于雪兰莪莎阿南的梳帮马来村内。
“由于协议下的条件（包括需要获得有关当局批准转移上述地段予Hedgeford投资）无法达成，使得这项协议告吹。”
“马顿全资单位Rentak Sejati私人有限公司和Hedgeford投资将卸下协议中设定的职务，同时双方都无须承担任何法律责任。”
早前，Rentak Sejati和Hedgeford投资在2014年5月签署了上述买卖协议。马顿称，脱售所得资金将用作其产业计划的营运资本。

马顿取消次批配售

（吉隆坡5日讯）马顿（MALTON，6181，主板产业股）指出，取消发售第二批的2000万股私下配售计划。
去年11月28日，该公司建议私下配售最多4000万新股，发售价为每股1令吉，筹集4000万令吉，并在12月18日完成首批2000万股的私下配售。
不过，马顿在今天向马交所报备，无意配售剩余2000万股。
换言之私下配售活动已完成。
马顿股价今天平盘，收报88仙，成交量为51万5000股。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡9日讯）尽管国家银行收紧房屋贷款条例，不过，马顿（MALTON，6181，主板产业股）无惧旗下的房产发展计划受到冲击。
该公司执行董事方礼泉相信，该公司不会遭到市场情绪的打击，因为该公司的产品与众不同。
方礼泉今日在马顿最新的武吉加里尔城（Bukit Jalil City）发展计划推介礼后，如是指出。
最新推介的武吉加里尔城，面积达50英亩，发展总值达15亿令吉。
方礼泉还透露，该公司最近推介112个单位的商务办公室已售罄。
未未进账销售13亿
此外，他说，武吉加里尔城将分成4个阶段发展，第一阶段将发展3层和5层的店铺办公室；第二阶段为豪华住宅单位；第三和第四阶段将发展购物中心、酒店或办公楼。
另一方面，截至目前，马顿未进账销售额达13亿令吉，能够支撑公司未来3年的表现。

The Board of Directors of Malton wishes to announce that on 2 July 2015, the Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department had approved the Proposed Subscription. On 8 July 2015, the Proposed Subscription has been completed upon fulfillment of the conditions precedent set out in the conditional subscription agreement. Accordingly, Macorp Sdn Bhd is now an 80% owned subsidiary of Malton.
