Description	AIRASIA GROUP BERHAD ("AirAsia" or "the Company")- Clarification on various Media Articles on the Investigations by Central Bureau of Investigation on AirAsia India office.
We refer to the query raised by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia") on 30 May 2018 pertaining to the various Media Articles on the Investigations by Central Bureau of Investigation on AirAsia India office. We have noted the allegations made through the media as well as the investigations by Central Bureau of Investigation on AirAsia India office in Bangalore. AirAsia vigorously denies all accusations and contentions, and believe that these trumped up accusations are baseless and motivated by considerations that as yet remain unknown. Allegations concerning indirect foreign control of AirAsia India Limited have been fully investigated and the Director General of Civil Aviation had effectively ruled that the operations and management of AirAsia India Limited ("AAIL") was in accordance with FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) as well as FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) Regulations. AirAsia completely denies these accusations, and will vigorously defend itself against these to the fullest extent of law. Legal action to protect AirAsia and its interests against these allegations will be taken against any person who is known to have maliciously and frivolously instigated, and or smeared the good reputation of individuals and shareholders of AAIL. This annoucement is dated 30 May 2018.

Description	AIRASIA GROUP BERHAD ("AAGB" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF AAGB'S AIRCRAFT LEASING OPERATIONS THAT INCLUDES THE PROPOSED FUTURE DISPOSALS AND PROPOSED OPTION
Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements by the Company dated 1 March 2018, 27 March 2018 and 14 May 2018 ("Announcements") and the Circular dated 27 April 2018 shall apply herein. We refer to the Announcements in relation to the proposal. The Company wishes to announce that the Herondell Disposal has been completed on 28 June 2018 following completion of the transfers of Red 1 Sale Share from AACL, a wholly owned subsidiary of AAB to Herondell Limited on 15 May 2018 and delivery of the final SLB Aircraft on 28 June 2018. The total number of aircraft under the Herondell SPA is 13 aircraft and AAGB has received gross proceeds of USD183.0 million in total from the Herondell Disposal. AAGB is currently on schedule with the planned staggered disposals of the other remaining aircraft under Incline B SPA and FLY SPA. This announcement is dated 29 June 2018.
