（吉隆坡5日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）宣布，子公司獲房屋及地方政府部門頒發合約意向書，合約總值1億3680萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，持股51%子公司AVP工程于6月20日獲合約，向大馬消防部門提供供應、運送、安裝和測試100輛消防救援所需的交通工具。

文告指出，上述意向書中的消防通工具將附帶消防設備及配件，合約收入將貢獻至截至今年底、2014財年及2015財年收入，不過文告中並未具名合約期限。[中国报财经]

CB工業今日向馬證交所報備，子公司CB工業控股公司獲得Modipalm工程公司頒發約1237萬令吉的合約。

該合約內容為，為Modipalm工程公司的棕油廠提供持續殺菌計劃，每小時45噸至60噸。

該合約預計可為CB工業本財年截至12月底和2014財年貢獻收益；該合約不存在任何特殊風險，一切僅為公司可操控的普通風險。

近期内合约源源不绝的CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股），已提高该集团在未来两年盈利。

同时，市场也对该集团在中长期方面的前景感到乐观，并在诱人的估值之下，备受看好是种植领域的代表股项之一。

拥有良好派息记录的CB工业产品，且资产负债表强稳，该集团具有潜能派发丰厚股息的可能性。

过去1个月以来，CB工业产品陆陆续续接获不少合约令人鼓舞，大大提高该集团在今明两年的营收和可能的盈利。

翻看记录，该集团在短短的期间内，已获得6项总值超过2亿5000万令吉的合约。

这些合约分别包括：
1.通过子公司与危地马拉Naturaceities of Blvd Los Proceres签署供应协议，负责供应持续消毒棕油厂扩充所需的机械与工程，合约总值约1237万647令吉。
2.通过子公司与哥伦比亚Industrial Aceitera De Casanare Sucursal签署供应协议，负责兴建持续消毒棕油厂，合约总值约1065万9836令吉。
3.通过子公司获得房屋及地方政府部颁发合约，为消防与拯救局提供、安装、测试和调试100辆拥有水箱的原动机车，合约总值1亿3680万令吉。
4.通过子公司获得Kemabong私人有限公司颁发合约，负责建造持续灭菌棕油厂，合约总值为4050万令吉。
5.通过子公司获得Felda Palm Industries颁发合约，负责提升Lepar Hilir棕油厂的持续消毒系统的电机工程，合约总值为1584万5000令吉。
6.通过子公司获得获得Lestari Tani Teladan颁发合约，负责设计、供应、安装和调试无菌棕油提炼厂，合约总值约3500万令吉。

今年棕油业务合约上看3亿

根据丰隆研究预测，CB工业产品在棕油厂工程业务的未入账销售额，相信已提高到将近3亿9000万令吉。

该批未入账的数额，已相等于该集团核心业务之一的棕油厂工程业务、于去年营收表现的1.2倍。

在近期强劲的合约流入推动之下，估计CB工业产品在该业务的合约总值，在今年可看上3亿令吉水平。

这些正面的消息，也促使兴业研究对该集团在中、长期前景的充满信心，当中的因素也包括该集团积极扩展产能应对需求的增加。

CB工业产品的核心业务包括：
1.支援和经营棕油器材与生产工具机械和相关合约工程。
2.种植棕油和生产原棕油。
3.改造特别用途汽车。

该集团在大马和印尼的原棕油厂，拥有良好的需求前景，且特别用途汽车业务的订单已达3亿令吉，远高于去年的1亿令吉。

净利稳增估值廉宜

在业绩表现方面，CB工业产品从2009年到2012年的营收虽呈波动，但净利表现基本上稳定增长趋势。

2009年，营业额为3亿3146万8000令吉，随后跌到2亿7089万3000令吉，隔年为3亿2261万1000令吉，并在2012年创5亿2172万8000令吉。

净利一年比一年好，从2009年4038万1000令吉，提高到2010年的6632万8000令吉和2011年的1亿460万3000令吉，去年达2亿3961万9000令吉。

2012年录得如此卓越的表现，主要是因该集团脱售子公司，从中取得1亿4800万令吉的获利所推高。

至于在这期间所派发的股息，从2009年起为5仙、10仙、40仙以及去年为15仙（去年3月也发送红股）。

在估值上，以2012年盈利（排除脱售子公司的获利）和周五闭市价格RM2.89计算，该股的本益比约8倍。

丰隆研究表示，该股的估值并不高，且其周息率相当不错，稍微超过5%。

净现金每股24仙

在资产负债表方面，截至今年3月，CB工业产品的总贷款为3029万5000令吉，而现金与现金等值合计达9655万9000令吉。

减去总贷款额，该集团的净现金为6626万4000令吉，或相等于每股24仙。

过去良好的派息记录，加上强稳的资产负债表，分析员相信，该集团具有潜能派发丰厚股息的可能性。

展望前景，在强劲的器材与生产工具机械和相关合约工程，以及改造特别用途汽车的合约之下，将为未来两到三年的盈利带来贡献。

至于投资在该股潜在的风险，则包括棕油提炼厂需求下滑、鲜果串的产量减少，以及获颁合约总值低于市场预测等。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡19日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）聯營公司蒙虧，加上聯號公司淨利貢獻減少，2013財年次季淨利按年猛挫89%，錄得1886萬令吉。

該公司截至6月底營業額也呈疲軟狀，按年跌4%至1億4534萬令吉；每股盈利由60.84仙減至7.11仙。

CB工業聯營公司虧損增至64%，致使首半年淨利按年大減80%，報3753萬令吉；去年同期報1億8801萬令吉。

所幸特別用途工具公司與棕油器材業務錄得改善，首半年營業額按年增11%至2億9377萬令吉。[中国报财经]

CB工业产品在文告中指出，合约由嘉隆发展（TDM，2054，主板种植股）子公司PTRafi Kamajaya Abadi颁发，Modipalm工程将负责印尼加里曼丹西部Nanga Pinoh Melawi的杀菌炼油厂项目。

CB工業獲3300萬棕油廠合約

（吉隆坡11日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）在印尼加里曼丹獲得價值3300萬令吉，建造一間棕油廠合約。

CB工業表示，旗下子公司Modipalm Engineering四人有限公司接獲PT Windu Nabatindo Abadi公司發出的意向書（LOA）。

這項合約是間每小時具有60公噸產量的持續性殺菌棕油廠。其中有約2202萬令吉配額供進口市場，另有約1098萬令吉供當地市場生產用途。

（吉隆坡16日讯）CB工业產品（CBIP，7076，主板工业股）目前获得印尼公司--PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro旗下子公司颁发，在印尼的加里曼丹中部建立持续性灭菌棕油厂的工程，总值3300万令吉。分析员对此消息，普遍抱持正面的看法。

与PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro的首次合作，可为CB工业產品开启未来再次合作的契机，因该印尼公司旗下仍有未成熟的园地。

因此，肯纳格研究分析员对於两者之间的合作抱持乐观的態度。

提高公司盈利能见度

「PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro有75%的棕油园年龄大约5年左右，意味著2年后当棕油树成熟后，將需要更多的棕油厂。」

除此之外，丰隆投行分析员指出，钢板价格上涨和棕油厂需求放缓的风险，或对该公司工程业务的盈利带来衝击；肯纳格研究分析员则认为，所贏获的棕油厂工程或许会低於预期。

CB工業進軍油氣業

（吉隆坡3日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）透過獨資子公司AVP工程擴大業務版圖，全面收購TPG油氣公司以進軍油氣業，后者主要業務為油氣貿易。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，上述收購並不會影響CB工業2014財年每股淨資產、負債與股本。

“董事局看好此次收購，TPG油氣公司繳足資本僅達50萬令吉，每股面值1令吉，從事油氣貿易相關活動。”

（吉隆坡3日讯）CB工业产品控股有限公司（CBIP，7076，工业产品组）公布，在截至2013年12月31日止财政年度，所取得的税前利润按年从1亿224万8000令吉走高至1亿2780万令吉。

而营业额则由前期的5亿2172万8000令吉扬升至5亿7988万1000令吉。

另一方面，在第4季度中，该集团的税前利润按年从2307万6000令吉飙涨近1.4倍至5501万1000令吉。

至于营业额由前期的1亿4813万3000令吉提高至1亿5002万令吉。

它致函马交所说，业绩较佳主要是拜棕油设备业务和特别用途工具的整体收入和税前利润增加所赐。

CB工業獲4601萬合約

（吉隆坡17日訊）CB工業（CBIP，7076，主要板工業）獲頒4601萬令吉合約巴布亞新幾內亞（Papua New Guinea）的油棕廠房合約。

CB工業向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Modipalm Engineering私人有限公司，獲Gilford有限公司頒發，2項位于巴布亞新幾內亞的油棕廠房計劃合約，總值4601萬5825令吉。

該公司取得1209萬9800萬美元（約3962萬6845令吉）工程，包括設計、製造，以及供應服務。

同時，該公司也獲得491萬4600巴布亞新幾內亞基那（約638萬8980令吉）合約，以安裝、測試，以及擔保機電工程。

CB工业新合约陆续有来

(吉隆坡18日讯)CB工业產品（CBIP，7076，主板工业股）获得在巴布亚新几內亚兴建棕油厂合约的消息，激励股价走高，分析员普遍认为这是一个好的开端，更多的合约將陆续有来。       

CB工业產品今日一度上涨至4.43令吉，最终收在4.40令吉，上涨11仙，或2.56%，是今日第23大上升股，全天成交量达77万9700股。

CB工业產品获得常青（PNG）集团子公司Gilford有限公司，颁发一项价值4600万令吉，在巴布亚新几內亚兴建每小时60公吨持续杀酵的棕油厂。

肯纳格研究分析员指出，这是CB工业產品获得来自常青集团的第一项工厂合约。由于常青集团旗下还有其他已经成熟的园丘，因此，更多的合约相信將陆续有来。

假设这项计划的息税前赚幅是23%，有关合约將为CB工业產品带来970万令吉的净利。分析员认为，以CB工业產品的棕油厂製造业务，在2013財政年的25.7%赚幅而言，23%的赚幅预测相信仍是保守的。

提升订单总额

分析员指出，这项合约將提升CB工业產品的订单总额，估计约为4亿8000万令吉。这也表示，其棕油厂製造业务至2015年第3季的净利都已经有著落。

而丰隆投行分析员则指出，由于种植土地规模扩大，兴建棕油厂的需求也隨之增加，因此，获得这项新合约是在市场的预期之中，他也指出，这项4600万令吉的合约，预计將在2014及2015財政年陆续认列。

至今为止，CB工业產品已经公佈的合约，预计將提高该公司棕油厂工程部门的未入账销售至4亿8570万令吉，相等于该部门在2013年营业额的1.53倍。

丰隆投行分析员將CB工业產品2014及2015財政年的净利预测上调1-14%，以反映该公司將获得更多的合约，以及特別用途工具部门更高的息税前赚幅。

分析员预计该公司2 0 1 4 及2015財政年可获得的合约，分別达到4亿令吉，及3亿5000万令吉。

而肯纳格研究分析员维持2014及2015財政年的核心净利预测，分別在9800万及1亿令吉。

分析员相信，CB工业產品在2014年將可获得更多棕油厂的建筑合约，而赚幅相信也將会进一步改善。

分析员维持「超越大市」的评级以及4.42令吉的目標价，並指出，由于该股目前的市值已经超越11亿令吉，因此，近期內有望吸引更大型基金的投资。此外，棕油价格走势是影响该公司表现关键因素。

丰隆投行分析员则將该股的目標价上调19.6%，至4.48令吉，以反映该公司更高的净利预测，以及印尼种植地更高的估值。分析员指出，CB工业產品的优势是，盈利可见度高及有强稳的资產负债表。但由于股价今年以来已经上涨33.2%，因此，进一步上涨的空间有限，分析员维持「守住」建议。【东方网财经】
