The said acquisition will not have any effect on Naim's share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings, earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.

None of the directors and/or shareholders of Naim Group and/or persons connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said acquisition.

纳音首季净利翻倍

(吉隆坡28日讯)建筑领域盈收增加,带动纳音控股(NAIM,5073,主板产业股)截至3月杪首季净利,录得年增133%的佳绩。

纳音控股首季净利报9581万5000令吉,相等每股盈利40.44仙;上财年同期是4116万令吉,每股17.37仙。

文告指出,受惠于现有工程进度改善,当季建筑业务盈收达7570万令吉,较去年同期的4950万令吉增长53%。

首季营业额年增19.5%,达1亿5405万2000令吉,上财年同期为1亿2890万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

瞄准土木及工人宿舍 纳音竞标10亿RAPID 项目

(古晋14日讯)纳音控股(NAIM,5073,主板产业股)指出,已竞标柔州边佳兰炼油与石油化工综合发展计划(简称RAPID),超过10亿令吉的工程项目。

纳音控股董事经理拿督哈兹米在周五的股东大会后表示,独资子公司纳音工程竞标的是RAPID土木工程以及工人宿舍工程。

他说,公司已从早前参与的油气项目中取得经验,并掌握相关管理知识与技术。

纳音控股早前与三星工程夥拍,参与沙巴州油气终站建设计划,此外,也与日本JCC机构合作,参与砂拉越州民都鲁的大马液化天然气Train9项目。

询及巴生谷捷运计划进度时,他说公司获颁的两项捷运站配套工程目前进度良好,其中一项计划已完工35%,另一个则完成9%。

纳音控股是首家获颁捷运工程的东马公司,这两项总计4亿1200万令吉的捷运计划,预计在2016年完工。【南洋网财经】

利好傳言四起‧納因一度攀6.5%

(吉隆坡24日訊)納因控股(NAIM,5073,主板產業組)利好傳言四起,今日應聲上揚,最高一度攀升6.5%。

納因控股跳漲6仙,以4令吉零7仙報開,一路扶搖直上,輕易衝向4令吉27仙,上升6.5%或26仙,雖然面對賣盤施壓,終場仍守住16仙漲幅,收4令吉17仙。

獲新工程或為股價動力

不願具名的分析員推測,納因控股在缺少新利好下衝高,可能是即將接獲新工程。

“一般上,建築公司股價上升,原因多是獲頒新合約。”

聯昌研究則認為,該公司首季全面贖回3億令吉伊斯蘭債券後,更有餘裕釋放達洋企業(DAYANG,5141,主板貿服組)逾30%股權的投資價值,不排除將回退部份持股予股東。

一年前,該公司表明減持達洋企業股權的意願,並於2014年首季脫售了2.7%,將持股降至30.9%。

聯昌研究指出,納因控股手中達洋企業股票每股約值3令吉86仙,接近前者現有股價。按納因控股的股價折扣計算,投資者等於可以免費獲得該公司的2千600英畝土地和建築業務。

聯昌研究以16倍本益比推算建築業務價值後,估計納因控股的重估淨資產值(RNAV)高達9令吉18仙,以折價40%計算,其潛在目標價達5令吉50仙。

另外,肯納格研究表示,納因控股早前以7倍左右本益比交易,低於同儕的8至10倍,今日股價升高後,本益比也攀至約9倍,反映投資者正趁低吸納。

他們認為,該公司去年搶下5億令吉建築合約,估值不俗,維持納因控股的“跑贏大市”評級,目標價是4令吉27仙。(星洲日報/財經‧報道:王寶欽)

納因控股(NAIM,5073,主板產業組)最近業績如何?有能力發紅股嗎? 業務前景如何?

答:
截至2014年3月31日止首季,納因控股的淨利大增至9千581萬5千令吉(每股淨利40.44仙),而前期淨利為4千116萬令吉(每股淨利17.37仙)。
首季營業額為1億5千405萬2千令吉,前期為1億2千890萬4千令吉。每股資產值為4令吉54仙。

截至2014年3月31日止,股票溢價戶頭款項有8千609萬2千令吉,而保留盈利則有8億零708萬3千令吉,繳足資本則為2億5千萬令吉。從這些數據顯示,該公司是有能力派發紅股的,不過,會不會派紅股,則由高層或董事部建議與決定。

該公司旗下的產業發展業務,隨著政府從2013年採取各項打房措施,包括將產業盈利稅上調至30%,解除發展商提供的免利息計劃等,加上2015年4月開始推行6%的消費稅,從而可能推高產業成本,特別是住宅產業。

有鑒於此,屋價可能會上升,從而影響產業的需求與可承擔程度。

該公司指出,產業銷售持續獲得堅穩的市場支持,特別是在美里發展的城鎮計劃,獲得強勁的訂購率。不過,預料新推介的產品,包括古晉及民都魯的高樓共管公寓及高檔的商業單位的訂購率料放緩。

該公司將展開激進的行銷策略,以及具競爭力的定價及具吸引人的產品配套,改善訂購率。預料砂州積極發展的再生能源走廊計劃,有助推動砂州產業市場及維持市場需求。

公司的長期計劃,是積極地在大馬尋找機會收購策略性地皮,以進一步加強產業業務的成長,包括銷售額、盈利及市占率。

建築業務方面,該公司將採取多項前瞻性努力與措施,以縮緊成本及改善效率,密切監督營運成本及改善賺幅,特別是建築成本走高之際。同時,也將現有建築資源轉向產業發展領域,以取得更好賺幅及成長。

納英真德拉 次季淨利漲2倍

(吉隆坡21日訊)納英真德拉(NAIM,5073,主要板房產)核心業務穩健,帶動截至6月底次季淨利勁起逾2倍,從908萬令吉增至2876萬令吉;首半年淨利按年增1.5倍至1億2458萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備,早前脫售聯營公司部分股權獲利6170萬令吉,另外核心業務的建築與房地產也持續錄得改善,帶動整體表現。

不過,次季營業額按年減少14.5%至1億5811萬令吉;首半年營業額微跌0.5%至3億1216萬令吉。【中国报财经】

產業市場放緩‧納因財測下修

(吉隆坡25日訊)納因控股(NAIM,5073,主板產業組)建築臂膀在去年錄取2千710萬令吉虧損,加上產業市場放緩,分析員對該公司前景看法謹慎,並調低2015至2017年財測4.8至15%不等。

分析員出席該公司匯報會後指出,儘管納因控股面對的利空主要已反映在股價上,但上升空間同樣受到業務展望謹慎的限制,尤其是產業和油氣業務。

肯納格研究指出,納因控股去年第四季因為捷運(MRT)工程撥備而意外蒙虧,儘管管理層聲明不會再有進一步撥備,一切將於今年正常化。

持13億合約

“納因控股目前持有13億令吉建築訂單,並放眼今年再攫獲額外2億至3億令吉新訂單,我們認為這是可達成的目標,因該公司今年至今已拿下價值1億令吉的新合約。”

另外,納因控股產業業務去年共錄取2億令吉銷售額,較前年下滑39.3%,管理層坦言開始感受到產業市場放緩壓力,並預料趨勢將延續至今年,因此將今年產業銷售目標設在更低的1億至1億5千萬令吉。

納因控股目前的未入賬銷售為1億7千770萬令吉,低於產業臂膀在2014年寫下的2億4千720萬令吉營業額。

有感管理層語調謹慎,肯納格研究調低2015和2016年財測9.3%和4.8%。

達證券則透露,納因控股已撥出2億令吉的購地預算,放眼在砂拉越甚至巴生谷流域地區購買新地庫。

“配合管理層的指引,我們也將2015年的6億令吉建築訂單填補預估調低至3億令吉,產業銷售預估則從2億令吉調低至1億5千萬令吉。”

配合上述變動,達證券下修納因控股2015至2017財政年財測11.1至15%不等。

占缴足资本10% 纳音发股奖励员工

(吉隆坡1日讯)纳音控股(NAIM,5073,主板产业股)将会通过长期奖励计划(LTIP),发出新股回馈给表现出色的高层和雇员。

该公司股东日前在特大上,通过该项计划,这涉及发出占缴足资本高达10%比重的股票。

LTIP包括根据集团执行董事和高层表现,每年派发的绩效股票,以及发出限制性股票给达到目标的特定雇员。

此外,股东也通过发出高达250万股给董事经理拿督哈兹米,以及高达90万股给副董事经理黄冰瑛(译音)的议案。

哈兹米也是集团的大股东,持有大约5710万股或24.1%股权。

他在特大结束后指出:“派发绩效股票的准则,比限制性股票更严厉。绩效股票计划将根据两项准则而定,分别是集团每年营运盈利和投资回酬。”

明年执行

他补充,限制性股票则是以表现而定,包括考虑到雇员主要表现指数和其他准则。

预计LTIP将从明年执行,哈兹米表示,这些奖励是为了推动员工发挥出最佳表现。

“在通过持有集团股权下,他们会认真看待接班计划。”

积极寻地库

纳音控股去年售出总值2亿令吉的433个住宅和商业产业单位,低于2013年的3亿3100万令吉。

哈兹米表示,在整体产业市场放缓下,集团采取的新营销策略,包括买家找买主(Buyer-Get-Buyer)计划,有助推高销量。

不过,政府打房措施、银行贷款条例收紧,以及执行消费税,已打击买家情绪。

此外,他表示,纳音控股正积极在砂拉越、沙巴和大马半岛寻购地皮的机会,这将是集团的长期计划。

不过,他却不愿透露任何潜在的购地目标。

目前,集团在砂拉越主要城市,古晋、民都鲁(Bintulu)和美里(Miri),拥有超过1012公顷的地皮。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡10日讯)消息透露,砂查也马特(CMSB,2852,主板工业产品股)和纳音控股(NAIM,5073,主板产业股),将争夺一项总值4亿令吉的发电厂工程。

两家公司各自成立的财团,正在竞标砂拉越民都鲁兴建一座350至400兆瓦的联合循环燃气涡轮电力(CCGT)工程。

砂查也马特组成的财团,预计是该项发电厂———Kidurong工程招标活动的领跑者。

《The Edge》引述消息人士指,预计很快会颁发该项合约,而纳音控股在竞标上也紧追在后。

目前,共有4家财团竞标发电厂工程,分别是砂查也马特与中国的CTCI机构、纳音控股与大马西门子私人有限公司、日本三菱重工业与中国机械工程机构,以及中国水电建设集团国际工程公司与阿尔斯通公司。

值得注意的是,该项招标工程仅包括工程采购和兴建发电厂而已,并不是特许经营权;而砂拉越能源则拥有发电厂的持有权和经营权。

此外,砂查也马特和纳音控股仅提供土建和海事工程,而合作伙伴则会负责技术工程。

该项工程首阶段的商业营运日期,预计落在明年首季,而第二阶段则在2017年首季。【南洋网财经】
