- Acquisition of a 50% Equity Interest in International Cartridge Supplies Sdn
Bhd by the Companys Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Jadi Imaging Technologies Sdn.
Bhd.
The Board of Directors of JADI wishes to announce that Jadi Imaging
Technologies Sdn Bhd (JITSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JADI, had, on 8
September 2009, acquired one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 in the issued and
paid-up share capital of International Cartridge Supplies Sdn Bhd (ICSSB) from
Ms Lee Huey Fen, representing a 50% equity interest in ICSSB for a total cash
consideration of RM1.00.
With the acquisition, ICSSB is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of JITSB, which in
turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JADI.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons
connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the acquisition,
and the approval of shareholders is not required.
This announcement is dated 8 September 2009.
