我上网看了hdb,过了MOP后PR好像也不能买,可以多解释吗 Q: I own a non-subsidised flat, and I intend to buy a private property. Can I do so? - A:
- You can buy a private property if your HDB flat has met its Minimum Occupation Period (MOP). However, *Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) households will have to dispose of their HDB flats within 6 months of buying the private residential property. Find out more about the MOP for your flat.
*SPR households refer to those with no Singapore Citizen owner. All SPR owners and essential occupiers will have to wait 3 years from the date of obtaining SPR status before they can buy a resale flat.
