接近3个月的时间= 回报率9% ，普普通通
现在期望bonus share 拿到手，同时股票到达 ...

有赚就好. 我2年的回酬是7.5%.

Offer for Sale

Offer for sale of 168,151,302 provisional rights to allotment of warrants by
Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad ("Aseambankers") and United Overseas Bank
(Malaysia) Bhd to the existing shareholders of S P Setia Berhad ("S P Setia")
on a renounceable rights basis of one (1) warrant ("Warrant") for every four
(4) existing ordinary shares of RM0.75 each held in S P Setia ("S P Setia
Shares") at an offer price of RM0.30 per Warrant ("Offer for Sale").
(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the
same meaning as defined in the Prospectus dated 21 December 2007).

On behalf of the Board of Directors of S P Setia, Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad
is pleased to announce that as at the close of acceptances and payment for the
Offer for Sale at 5.00 p.m. on 11 January 2008, the total acceptances and
excess applications received for the Allotment Rights was 437,486,660. This
represents an over subscription of 269,335,358 Allotment Rights or
approximately 160.17% over the total number of 168,151,302 Allotment Rights
available for subscription under the Offer for Sale.

The details of acceptances and excess Allotment Rights applications received
are set out in Table 1 below.

Out of the total number of 168,151,302 Allotment Rights available for
subscription, 4,676,972 Allotment Rights were not subscribed by the entitled
shareholders. As such, the Board of Directors of S P Setia has determined the
basis of allocation for the excess Allotment Rights applications in the
following manner:

(i)       firstly, to minimise the incidence of odd lots;

(ii)       secondly, for allocation to shareholders who applied to subcribe
for additional Warrants under excess Allotment Rights application on a pro-rata
basis, calculated based on the quantum of additional Allotment Rights applied
for and rounded to the nearest board lot; and

(iii)    to allocate the remaining Allotment Rights equally to each of the
five (5) warrant holders with the highest application for excess Allotment
Rights.

A total of 4,663,961 Allotment Rights were allocated for (i) and (ii) above,
whereas a total of 13,011 Allotment Rights were allocated in respect of (iii)
above.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants are "SPSETIA-WB", "8664WB" and "MYL8664WBN19" respectively.
