（吉隆坡18日讯）税务拨备减少，伟特机构（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）截至9月杪第3季，取得1587万3000令吉净利，与上财年的1572万4000令吉净利，几乎持平。

同时，公司也宣布派息每股2.5仙，除权日与派息日将另作公布。

而机械视觉系统（MVS）、自动板检测（ABI），与电子通信系统（ECS）业务的收入走高，伟特机构营业额从4005万8000令吉，提高至5764万7000令吉。

合计首9个月，净利按年扬31.11%，报4589万1000令吉；营业额较上财年同期的1亿1223万1000令吉，涨51.76%至1亿7031万8000令吉。

展望乐观

展望未来，伟特机构董事称，对2016财年业务展望表示乐观。另外，将继续专注扩充市场、建立与消费者之间的关系，以及打造创新产品。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡8日訊）VITROX機構（0097，主要板科技）與檳城發展機構簽署買賣協議，以350萬令吉收購土地。

該公司向馬證交所報備，通過持有35%股權的投資單位PAC私人有限公司，購置上述土地。

至于有關聯營合作，主要用于建立國內供應鏈生態系統、為發展融資，以及管理供應鏈生態系統。根據協議，PAC將收購房產並用以發展和管理中小產業集群。

VITROX機構可藉此在國內建立供應鏈生態系統，支撐公司長期成長策略，提供全球更廣闊的高級自動化檢測設備。

這些自動化集群將在2017年下半年開始建築，料耗時2年發展，已批準的投資價值為2300萬令吉。不過，目前尚在初步規劃階段，未來或有變動。【中国报财经】

累计全年，净利激增46.6%，达6495万3000令吉；营业额扩大46%，报2亿3402万6000令吉。

伟特机构今日向马交所报备，当季营业额走高，是因为自动板检测（ABI）的营业额扬升51%，归功于客户规模扩大后，需求增加。

也带动当季税前盈利攀44%，录得1878万令吉。

该公司指出，净利走高主要是因为国际贸易与工业部（MITI）所颁发的新兴工业地位，让其享有较低的税务拨备。

（吉隆坡18日讯）伟特机构（ViTrox Corp Bhd）2017财政年首季（截至2017年3月31日止）净利按年增长19%至1857万令吉，或每股7.91仙，上财年同季净赚1560万令吉，或每股6.68仙。

伟特机构今日向大马交易所发文告报备，并将盈利增加归功于更为广泛的客户群需求增多，因而推高营业额上涨。

首季营业额也从上财年首季的5603万令吉，扩增24%至6961万令吉，主要是因为自动板检测（ABI）业务的营收增加，ABI也是伟特机构四大核心业务之一。

伟特机构表示，乐观看待今年的业务前景，并继续着重在市场扩展活动、建立客户关系和产品创新，以进一步拓展业务。

亮眼业绩带动股价　伟特盘中飆涨36仙

（吉隆坡19日讯）伟特科技（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）亮眼的2017財政年首季业绩，超出分析员和市场的预测，带动该公司股价今日应声上扬，盘中涨36仙或5.98%，至全天最高水平6.38令吉。

闭市时，该股稍微回吐涨幅，以6.26令吉闭市，全天上涨24仙或3.99%，位居全场第8大上升股，成交量为39万6300股。

伟特科技2017財政年首季（截至3月31日止）净利为1857万令吉，按年上涨19.04%；营业额也按年成长24.23%，至6961万令吉。

马银行投行分析员表示，儘管面对季节性疲软，伟特科技首季营业额依然创下歷史新高水平的7000万令吉，核心净利为1900万令吉，佔分析员和市场全年预测的30%。

该分析员也指出，自动X光检测（AXI）业务强劲的需求，促使他將2017至2019財政年的净利预测，分別调高23%到48%。

核心净利超预期

同时，丰隆投行分析员也说，伟特科技首季核心净利2050万令吉，超越预期，占他和市场全年预测的32.9%和31.6%。

良好的业绩表现，归功于自动化电路板检测（ABI）和托盘类机器视觉系统（MVS-T）较高的贡献。

他称，伟特科技的管理层乐观看待2017財政年的业务前景，公司將专注在拓展市场活动、建立客户关係和產品创新。

丰隆投行分析员指出，国际半导体產业协会（SEMI）称，今年3月（平均3个月计算）半导体的全球出货额达20亿3000万美元，按季和按年分別增涨2.6%及69.2%。

SEMI也说，自2001年3月以来，今年3月份的出货是最强劲的水平。

此外，根据SEMI去年9月的报告显示，全球半导体设备市场有望在2017年强劲反弹，按年或提高9.6%，至415亿美元。

综合上述因素，马银行投行分析员维持伟特科技的「买进」投资评级，目標价则为7.20令吉。

股价倍涨或遭套利‧伟特2年盈利可期

（吉隆坡5日讯）伟特机构（VITROX,0097,主板科技组）开年至今已经上涨了逾1倍，尽管马银行研究认为，该公司有“好戏在后头”，前景依旧可期，但市场可能对该公司套利，慎重起见，马银行决定下砍评级。

马银行表示，归功于半导体需求及电子制造迎来一阵新的周期性，不少智能设备需要更多的组件，进而提振相关需求，进而带动股价上扬。

根据全球半导体销售，按年对比，今年首4月销售走高17%至1232亿美元（约5293亿令吉），首5个月的电子设备销售则按年成长54%至103亿美元（约442亿令吉）。

马银行表示，从该公司过往4年的业绩来看，首季表现较为疲弱，但该公司2017财政年首季营业额却取得正面惊喜，且3月份及5月份的订单出货比分别为1.44倍及1.47倍，相信接下来的营业额仍可创纪录。

评级下调

长远而言，马银行相信，该公司未来2年的盈利仍可期，因该公司正在替客户处理相关设备。此外，该公司将于今年第四季搬迁至新的工业区，有望支撑盈利表现。

尽管，马银行对该公司展望正面，但基于股价表现超越了原有预测，预期市场将会涌现些许套利活动，因此将评级从“买进”下调至“守住”，目标价则维持在7令吉20仙不变。

自从我们在2月28日上调伟特机构（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）评级后，该股在业绩标青、管理层执行能力卓越、领域前景利好、美元走强及送红股支撑下，股价已上涨115%。

今年4月，伟特机构的订单出货比例，依然处于健康状态，达1.39。

行家建议：

伟特机构2017财年首季的营业额及核心净利，创下历史新高后，预计次季再破顶。

我们预料，公司次季营业将达7500至7800万令吉，而核心净利则为2000至2300万令吉。

次季主要由MVS-S及自动板检测（ABI）所推动，另外，东南亚及中国客户，准备在年底推出主要产品，预计MVS-T将在2017财年下半年强劲复苏。

（吉隆坡17日讯）伟特机构（Vitrox Corporation Bhd）2017财政年次季净利劲扬48%至2134万令吉，同期仅净赚1442万令吉，因机器视觉系统和自动板检查产品的客户订单量较多所提振。

每股盈利也从上财年同季的6.17仙，扩增至2017财年次季的9.09仙。

截至2017年6月30日止的财年次季（2017财年次季）营业额按年增长37%至7762万令吉，同期录得5664万令吉。

该集团今日通过大马交易所发文告报备，盈利扩增归因于更广泛客户群的需求增加，以及产品接受度呈正面。

总结上半年的业绩表现，伟特机构的净利涨33%至3991万令吉，同期净赚3002万令吉。累计两季营业额报1亿4723万令吉，同期则为1亿1267万令吉，涨幅达31%。

展望未来，伟特机构表示，该集团将着重于市场扩张活动、客户关系建设，以及产品创新，以期在新一财年进一步拓展业务。

该集团也指出，已采取措施尽量减少货币资产，以减轻货币波动对集团造成的财务影响。

（吉隆坡16日讯）有自动板检测（ABI）和机械视觉系统（MVS）业务激励，伟特机构（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）截至9月杪第三季，取得2241万令吉净利，比上财年的1587万3000令吉增41.2%。

该公司向马交所报备， 营业额也从上财年的5764万7000令吉，扬46.34%至8436万3000令吉。

根据文告，ABI和MVS的营业额在第三季按年分别各增55%和30%，可归功于需求走高和产品收获的正面回响。

首九月净利涨36%

合计首九个月，净利按年扬35.8%，报6232万1000令吉；营业额较上财年同期的1亿7031万8000令吉，涨35.98%至2亿3159万5000令吉。

展望未来，伟特机构将继续专注扩充市场、建立与消费者之间的关系，以及打造创新产品。

根据SEMI组织预测，全球半导体制造设备的销量，今年料按年涨19.8%至494亿美元（约2056亿令吉），超越2000年时期的477亿美元（1986亿令吉）；明年料增7.7%至532亿美元（2215亿令吉）。

凭着在机械检测科技领域的领先地位，特别是3D-AOI和光学检测系统技术上，伟特机构正准备赢得更多市占率。

不过，旗下另一产品MVS-S的销售则高度依赖单一客户，且大部分销售是非经常性的。

另外，该公司也正受惠于美元走强的利好。

营收净利齐创新高　伟特后续看法两极

（吉隆坡17日讯）伟特科技（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）2017財政年第3季营业额和净利皆写下单季新高，但分析员对该公司末季能否延续涨势出现意见分歧。

伟特科技2017財政年第3季净利按年激增41.18%，至2241万令吉；营业额也按年大起46.34%，至8436万令吉。该公司首9个月净利和营业额，也各按年上涨35.80%和35.98%，至6232万令吉和2亿3160万令吉。

伟特科技首9个月核心净利符合丰隆投行分析员全年预测，却稍微低于马银行投行的预测。

马银行投行分析员称，这主要是零件供应缺乏和生產过程紧凑，拉高零件成本，导致该公司税前盈利赚幅按季缩减1.2%所致。

该分析员认为，零件供应短缺的状况和季节性因素造成的疲软订单出货比，或使伟特科技营业额按季下滑的局面將延续至末季。

与此同时，他补充，令吉兑美元匯率走强，亦影响出口公司包括伟特科技的盈利表现。

面临4挑战

丰隆投行分析员则认为，伟特科技第3季营业额和净利皆写下季度歷史新高纪录，末季业绩料將维持在该水平，但无可否认，该公司依旧面临原材料供应、生產空间有限、季节性停业和迁移至峇都加湾的挑战。

「长期来说，伟特科技可凭著其在机器检测方面的科技，尤其是三维自动光学检测（3D-AOI）和先进三维X射线检测系统（AXI）科技，在成长的全球半导体市场中，夺得更多的市佔率，同时受惠于美元走强。」

根据国际半导体產业协会（SEMI），9月份全球订单虽按月减少7%，但按年却上涨36%。

该协会预期，2017年全球半导体製造设备料按年增长19.8%，至494亿美元，超过2000年高峰期的477亿美元，而2018年料进一步上升7.7%，至532亿美元，再刷新纪录。

有鉴于调整令吉兑美元匯率预测，马银行投行分析员预期，伟特科技2018財政年盈利年涨幅將从2017財政年的34%，放缓至20%。

因此，该分析员把伟特科技2017至2019財政年的核心净利预测，各下修2%、3%和3%。

他认为，伟特科技股价已反映利好因素，所以维持该股「卖出」投资评级。

儘管把目標价从4.20令吉，调高至4.68令吉，但该股仍有约16%的下跌空间。

另外，丰隆投行分析员维持「守住」投资评级和目標价4.54令吉，等待管理层在匯报会上提供更多的指引。【东方网财经】
