高美达（GLOMAC，5020，主板产业股）建议以10送1方式，派送高达7481万7531股红股，该计划预计将在今年末季完成。
派送红股的主要目的，是为了回馈股东对公司的信任与持续支持，让他们能维持股权比例同时，持有更多股票。
行家建议
派送红股后，预计高美达的股票数额将扩大10%至8亿股，我们看好该计划可改善公司股票流通量。
公司项目处策略性地点，产业销售量逐渐复苏，预计可贡献2018和2019财年更多净利。
之前，公司在2017财年末季售出价值2亿1600万令吉的产业，按季和按年分别走高77%与25%，归功于发展总值达4亿2000万令吉的双溪毛糯Saujana Perdana项目首次推出便反应不俗。
这使全年销售量推高至4亿2000万令吉，按年涨38%。
虽然管理层并没有为2018财年设定销售目标，但预计该财年销售量将按年增加，主要因为正准备在该季推出价值10亿令吉的项目。
基于红股计划不会改变公司的基本面，我们维持2018至2020财年净利预测及70仙目标价，除权后目标价为63仙。

联营搁置造成损失
高美达遭索偿1.55亿
2017年8月18日
（吉隆坡17日讯）因联营产业发展计划搁置造成损失，高美达（GLOMAC，5020，主板产业股）子公司Glomac Alliance私人有限公司（GASB），遭Score Option私人有限公司（SOSB）索偿至少1亿5480万令吉。
该公司向马交所报备，昨日收到来自SOSB修正过的诉状和索偿信，针对2003年1月17日时签下的联营协议发出诉讼。
SOSB要求GASB为地价损失赔偿1亿780万令吉，以及未明的项目开销；另外，再赔偿项目发展总值的22%或至少4700万令吉，视何者为高。
高美达指出，该索偿对公司的财务和营运影响，将取决于冲裁的结果。如果败诉，预计将损失至少1亿5480万令吉。
2011年时，相同的课题曾被带到民事法庭，但已被高庭和上诉庭驳回。
根据文告，GASB的事务律师正申请撤销该诉讼，案件已定在本月21日进行案件管理。【e南洋】

- un specified amount of loss of expenses of the project; and
- 22% of GDV of the project or a minimum of RM47,000,000.00, whichever the higher.
EFFECTS OF MATERIAL LITIGATION The financial and operational impact of the pending litigation on the Group is dependent on the outcome. The expected losses, if any, arising from this case is RM154,800,000.00, or more.
In 2011, similar issues were brought up in a civil suit where it has been struck off by the high court and court of appeal. The Plaintiff and its directors have been declared insolvent.
GASB will file a Memorandum of Appearance in due course and our Solicitor is applying to strike out the suit.
The case is fixed for case management on 21 August 2017.

高美达首季净利暴跌97.5% 因缺少售地收益

（吉隆坡27日讯）高美达（Glomac Bhd）2018财政年首季净利按年暴跌97.5%至210万令吉，同期净赚高达8554万令吉，归咎于缺少同期录得的一次性售地收益，因而导致营业额下跌。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至2017年7月31日止的财年首季（2018财年首季）营业额按年萎缩61.2%至9749万令吉，同期报2亿5142万令吉。
高美达上财年首季以1亿4560万令吉，将位于雪兰莪州蕉赖约16.9082公顷的永久地契地段，脱售予一个大马人民房屋机构（Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia），并从中获益8360万令吉。
该集团在文告中指出，过去两年以“更为谨慎”的步调推介产业项目，这也是2018财年首季盈利表现疲软的部分原因。
因此，该集团正计划在2018财年加快推介新产业项目的步调，目标是在今年推出价值约8亿1000万令吉的新项目。
不过，董事部认为，未来的营运环境依然艰巨。
“即便现财年已计划未来的产业推介，但本集团截至2018年4月30日止的财年（2018财年）业绩表现依然极具挑战。”

提振销售和业绩
高美达将推8亿房产

（吉隆坡27日讯）高美达（GLOMAC，5020，主板产业股）将在7月31日截止的2018财年，推出发展总值8亿1000万的房产项目，寄望借此提振新销售及业绩。
高美达董事经理兼总执行长拿督斯里依斯干达指出，过去2年，该公司共推出发展总值5亿6400万令吉项目。
他说，本财年推出的房产发展总值，比过去2年还多，主要是为了推动业绩。
伊斯干达今日在公司股东大会后，对媒体发表谈话。
他说，公司将会在今年10月与11月，以及农历新年时期，推出新房产项目。
“在佳节期间，有许多买家会来到我们的销售展览厅，这就是销售展览厅在农历新年及开斋节期间依然照常营业的原因。”
“我们发现，许多居住在国外的家庭成员，在回国庆祝佳节时，也会前来销售展览厅购买房产。”
依斯干达也说，高美达依然对市场需要保持敏感，并认为公司在合适的地点，拥有合适的房产。
高美达打算推介的房产，包括湖滨花园（Lakeside Residences）、Saujana KLIA、Saujana Perdana、Saujana Utama 5、Saujana Rawang，及柔佛古来的Saujana Jaya。
未入账销售5.7亿
房屋类型，包含可负担公寓、商业店铺、半独立式房屋、服务式公寓及排屋。
截至目前，高美达的未入账销售达5亿7000万令吉，预计可支撑未来2年的盈利表现。
另外，也有发展总值超过90亿令吉的地库。
另一方面，同时也是马来西亚房地产发展商会（REHDA）会长的依斯干达表示：“我们发现今年上半年，市场上所推出的房产及认购率略有改善。”
他希望这个势头能够持续。
出席今天记者会者，包括独立非执行董事朱姗、非独立非执行董事拿督斯里佐汉阿都拉、高级独立非执行董事拿督伊万沙林、执行副主席拿督冯隆得、独立非执行董事拿督阿里，及执行主席丹斯里莫哈末曼苏。
首季净利挫98%
基于比较基础高，高美达截至7月31日首季，净利暴跌97.5%至210万4000令吉；营业额锐减61.2%至9748万6000令吉。
高美达向交易所报备，当季营业额滑落，归咎于比较基础高，因去年同期有个卖地活动，总值1.456亿令吉。
根据文告，首季的营业额。主要是由吉隆坡国际机场Saujana、Saujana Perdana及Lakeside Residence所贡献。
而净利锐减，也是因为去年卖地有一笔单次的脱售收益所致。
不过，每股净资产则是从去年同期的1.49令吉，改善至1.50令吉。

由于去年同期有一笔单次的脱售收益，造成较高的比较基础，高美达（GLOMAC，5020，主板产业股）首季净利暴跌97.5%至210万4000令吉。
同时，当季营业额锐减61.2%至9748万6000令吉。
行家建议：
高美达的首季业绩表现，大大低于我们和市场预期，分别仅占4.6%和3.6%，主要是入账进度比预期慢，加上产业赚幅更弱。
不过，若是将去年同期的1亿4560万令吉土地出售所得排除，首季净利的跌幅不会如此严重。
该公司首季取得2000万令吉的新销售，按年跌35.5%，按季也少了90.7%。而且，这仅占我们5亿销售预估的5%，归咎于当季没有推出新的产业。
因此，截至7月的未入账销售，也从前一季的5亿5600万令吉，放缓至4亿8800万令吉，不足以支撑1年的业绩。
我们将2018至2020财年的净利下调12至16%，因为我们将这三年的新销售预估，从原本的5亿至7亿5000万令吉，下调到4亿3500万至6亿7000万令吉。
同时，预计这三年的赚幅，也会比原先预期的16.3至17.1%低，仅15.6至16%。

（吉隆坡27日讯）高美达（GLOMAC，5020，主板产业股）截至10月杪次季，净利按年暴跌92.3%至140万6000令吉，或每股盈利0.19仙。
公司向马交所报备，上财年同期净利为1824万8000令吉，或每股净利2.53仙。
不过，营业额则按年涨30.89%至1亿993万2000令吉，去年同期为8398万5000令吉。
高美达发表文告指，当季营业额的主要来源，分别是Saujana KLIA项目、蒲种湖滨花园（Lakeside Residences）和Saujana Perdana项目。
累计首半年，高美达净利按年猛挫96.62%至351万令吉，而营业额也急跌38.16%至2亿741万8000令吉。
展望未来，高美达董事认为，未来的营运环境充满挑战，预计2018财年净利表现不过不失。【e南洋】
