(“GMI”) for the purpose of setting forth a framework for the consultation and exchange of information and technology.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that MCEIB and GMI had mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with effect from 21 December 2018.
No definitive or cooperative agreement has been entered into by MCEIB with GMI pursuant to the MOU. Notwithstanding the termination, both parties will continue to explore cooperation opportunities as and when such opportunities arises.
