诺申今年盈利看涨逾20%

（吉隆坡3日讯）消费者电子业务新订单推高诺申集团（NOTION，0083，主板科技股）表现，预计今年营业额和盈利增幅将超过20%，明年更是介于30%至40%！

该公司执行主席杜照华日前接受彭博社访问时说，未来消费者电子领域将做出最大的贡献，紧接着是硬盘和汽车领域。

他称，该公司计划耗资3000万令吉，增加100架金属加工机械，以加快产量。目前，诺申集团拥有1500架金属加工机械。

同时，诺申集团也进行研发活动，放眼进军航空领域机翼和门制造业。

杜照华也强调，诺申集团过去出现“信心危机”，目前正在弥补，因此，必须向投资者证明表现依然稳健。

该公司股价从年初至今涨逾160%，是马交所表现最佳的科技股之一。【e南洋】

诺申次季净利增41%

（吉隆坡23日讯）随着旗下所有业务营业额皆增加，诺申集团（NOTION，0083，主板科技股）截至3月31日次季，净利按年增加40.77%。

该公司次季净赚443万7000令吉，或每股净利1.65仙，上财年同季为315万2000令吉，或每股1.17仙。

同时，次季营业额从5659万3000令吉，按年提高21.02%至6849万令吉。

该公司的硬盘驱动器（HDD）、汽车业务，以及工程产品皆取得增长，这些业务营业额分别上涨7%、29%和37%。

合计上半年，净利按年激增73.59%至1087万7000令吉，或每股4.05仙，而营业额则升16.08%至1亿3657万令吉。

董事部看好公司营业额和盈利表现，将会在2017财年有好转。

同时，该公司也宣布派发每股1.5仙股息，这包括每股0.75仙的第二次中期免税股息，以及每股0.75仙的特别股息，皆在6月16日除权。【e南洋】

1. 之前净利主要的起伏是由于 USD/MYR 的Hedging Contract 的亏损，营运盈利仍属于健康。最新的季报也没再出现 Hedging Contract所带来的冲击。
2. 公司的业务主要与美金/马币兑换率挂钩。
3. Automotive 的贡献逐渐提高，减少了对HDD 和 Camera 在营业额贡献上的压力。
4. 净现金逐渐提高，也开始恢复派息。
5. 展望未来，管理层觉得2017 财政年会是不错的一年。

诺申第三季转盈277万

（吉隆坡18日讯）诺申集团（NOTION，0083，主板科技股）截至6月杪第三季，净利达276万9000令吉，或每股净利0.84仙，相较上财年同季净亏550万令吉，或每股2.05仙，按年转亏为盈；同时宣布派发0.75仙股息。

同时，第3季营业额从5312万4000令吉，按年提高27.58%至6777万8000令吉。

累计9个月，净利按年暴增1681.46%至1364万6000令吉，营业额则升19.66%，录得2亿434万4000令吉。

公司宣布派发每股0.75仙的第3次免税中期股息，除权日和支付日，分别落在9月5日和21日。

诺申集团文告指出，该季净利相比上季走低，因设立柔佛工厂，并提升巴生汽车业务工厂的机械设备，预计未来几个季度销售额将增加。

展望未来，相机业务还会继续下滑，但预计工程产品将从2018财年开始成为主要推动力，目前正处于准备批量生产的前期，并可能在南部区域增加设施。【e南洋】

第三季财报疲弱．NOTION设备升级明年看好

（吉隆坡22日讯）NOTION集团（NOTION，0083，主板科技组）2017财政年第三季财报疲弱，但分析员对集团业务前景趋向乐观，主要是管理层在现财政年积极投资，看好总体业务将在2018财政年首季开花结果。

值得一提的是，NOTION集团营运现金流持续改善，从去年的1650万令吉增至4090万令吉，若扣除货币对冲，净现金将达8510万令吉或每股26仙，肯纳格研究说，假设集团2018财政年资本开销为3000万令吉，预见2870万令吉的自由现金流将足以支付2018财政年1320万令吉或每股4仙股息目标。

硬碟业务将改善

肯纳格表示，NOTION集团2017财政年第三季财报逊色，主要受新厂整修和设备迁移等设置成本攀升，以及泰国硬碟业务传统淡季，但相信随着设置成本不再，加上硬碟业务转好，第四季盈利表现将趋向正常化。

与此同时，在新客户加持下，NOTION集团汽车电子煞车系统（EBS）零件业务蒸蒸日上，肯纳格相信随着集团明年投资至少20架电脑数值控制（CNC）机械，汽车零件业务未来2年销售量复合年均增长率有望达到至少30%。

其他业务也有好转迹象，该公司管理层预见第三方订单，甚至是采用氦气填充封装硬碟将驱动领域趋缓的增势，而相机主导的新工程产品环节赚益低迷情况则有望在2018年首季量产的高赚益新产品扭转。

综合以上因素，肯纳格维持NOTION集团2017至2018财政年盈利目标，“超越大市”评级和1令吉55仙目标价不变。

（吉隆坡20日讯）诺申集团（NOTION，0083，主板科技股）主要制造厂房失火，暂时无法确定损失。

该公司今日向交易所报备，该厂房位于巴生中路，属于独资子公司Notion Venture私人有限公司（NVSB），是在今日下午2时许失火。

诺申集团解释，该意外影响3家独资子公司，包括NVSB、Kaiten Precision私人有限公司和Autic Mekki私人有限公司。

消防局与保险代表正调查失火原因，目前该公司未能确定该意外导致的财务、营运影响以及后果。

不过，诺申集团强调，所有资产均有充足的保险，同时也有为生意间接损失投保。

配合上述宣布，诺申集团在今日下午3时42分起暂停交易，直到下周一（23日）早上9时才恢复交易。

浅谈火灾对公司的影响  - NOTION集团

昨天马股的NOTION集团发生火灾，结果股价一度跌停30仙，不过后来出现逢低买盘扶持股价，管理层亦在下午宣布暂停交易，好让股东们冷静。

火灾对一家公司影响有多大？当然也要视乎火灾带来的损失程度和修复的时间。有人惊慌抛售，有人认为市场过度惊慌，所以昨天即使跌停30仙后，也出现逢低买盘扶持，亦有人说之前的LCTITAN也是发生火灾，股价也只不过短暂低迷而已吗？

笔者对NOTION的实际基本面不太了解，只是略有所闻，毕竟今年NOTION股价一度大起200%以上，净利也转亏为盈，笔者就当作这是一家基本面不错的公司，此文章主要是为大家探讨火灾后现在会是逢低买进的好时机吗？还是应该要远离这只股？

在研究NOTION的案例之前，先看看其他公司之前的案例吧。就先从近期的LCTITAN的火灾事件谈起吧！

LCTITAN
于9月20日发生火灾，既一个月之前。誒？昨天的股价还比9月21日的股价还要微高哦！

那当然啦，此火灾预计带来RM50000的损失，对市值123亿的LCTITAN来说根本不算什么大事，所以股价是近乎零影响也是理所当然的。

COMFORT
再看笔者比较熟悉的案例，那就是COMFORT 2016年3月4日的火灾。当时的报导言损失不详，但不会对财务和运作带来重大的影响，也未有影响生产线。当日的股价跌5.5仙（6.3%），过后的股价也相当低迷，6月23日公布涉及火灾事件的季报后，火灾损失核算为RM12million，股价也一度跌至最低61仙左右，较未发生火灾前跌幅为30%左右！

一般上公司都会投保火险的，所以接下来的季度COMFORT就获得约RM12million左右的赔偿，股价才慢慢回稳起来。

NOTION
好了，再谈谈主角NOTION，不查都不知道原来NOTION之前也曾发生过火灾呀!（风险管理是不是逊了点呢?）

2012年12月31日，一间占集团营业额10%的工厂发生火患，损失预估为RM50million左右，最后获得保险赔偿。下图可看到发生火患后，股价在2013年没有太多幅度的下滑。2014年后的股价下滑相信更多因为是财务表现不佳，而非该工厂火患的影响。

不过昨天发生的火患，影响更大，预估损失1.5亿令吉，500架机器受损，重点是9个月才能恢复正常运作！！！目前公司还有2个月的存货，也有备用的空间和200架机器来应付生产线中断的问题。但是，笔者相信公司接下来的几个季度的营业额还是会受到重大的影响。
  

就如NOTION集团主席杜照华说的，火灾损失大小不太重要，因为最后可获保险赔偿。所以，最重要的是对生产运作影响程度，接下来就是公司财务的影响如现金流等，因为即使获得保险全额赔偿也需时间。

现在在未确实公司的损失程度和影响就想逢低买进，是一场博弈。另外，火灾一定会让公司的成长放缓，不过成长缓慢将会放映在股价上，就如COMFORT的案例，投资者的确有机会捞低买进，但是不急，至少等多半年在看看吧，笔者先把这只股加入个人watchlist。

最后，火灾是一个无论基本面或技术面为主的投资者无法预料的风险，而我们能做的就是无论对任何一支股有多么信心，也不能把所有鸡蛋放在一个篮子，需要好好管理投资组合。
