webe续亏．UniFi营收高．马电讯盈利前景分歧

（吉隆坡23日讯）马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服组）全年净利扬10.82%至7亿7603万令吉符合预期，webe料继续成今后两年或中期缰绊，UniFi则潜在获更高营收，分析员对盈利前景看法不一，但下调财测居多。

财测多被调低

马银行研究预测webe今明两个财政年仍保持营运亏损，惟亏损将收窄，因此调低2017和2018财政年财测5%和14%。

回教银行研究基于更高直接成本、人事成本与行销开支，调低2017和2018两年财测3.1%与3.8%，来到9亿零400万令吉和9亿4200万令吉。

丰隆研究表示，数码汇流是具远见理想，webe中期仍形成缰绊。

联昌研究预测Unifi速度提升不冲击2017和2018年营收，预测盈利各增长3.6%与8.2%，主要受固线宽频与企业户头烘托，预测webe从减注销中收窄亏损。2019财政年，配合政府的宽频“提速一倍、减价一半”措施，预测盈利会跌5.6%。

马电讯2016财政年总共斥资占营收27.5%的33亿1500万令吉资本开销，2017财政年占总营收30%将是支出最高峰，多用于高速宽频服务二期（HSBB2）和城郊宽频（SUBB），以扩展覆盖和为大马提供高质宽频。

大众研究维持2017与2018财政年财测，对启动数码汇流看法正面，不过预计近期内不会转化为强劲盈利增长。

兴业研究预期核心净利3年可有4.2%复合平均增长率，主要是汇流的流动服务长远制造更高每用户平均收费（ARPU）；调低2017、2018和2019的3年财测0.2%、8.2%与12%。

艾毕斯研究维持今后2年财测，并认为现财政年净利可飙21%，因为在宽频资本开销方面获税务奖掖，同时因UniFi而获得更高营收。

马电讯延伸宽频网络计划

（吉隆坡8日讯）马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）指出，高速宽频网络（HSBB）计划所节省的成本，将重新调配入高速宽频网络第二阶段发展计划（HSBB2）信托户头。

该公司昨日向马交所报备，与政府签署了高速宽频网络补充协议，以在期限内，把高速宽频网络服务进一步延伸至其他建筑物。

同时，也会重新调整为其他措施设立电子中心的资金。

根据马电讯，比起原本为133万5544个建筑物提供高速宽频网络的目标，截至去年12月杪，马电讯高速宽频网络服务已达194万9144个建筑物。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡10日讯）亚通（Axiata Group Bhd）企业执行副总裁兼东南亚区域总执行长Datuk Seri Shazalli Ramly，据悉是接任本月将离职的马电讯（Telekom Malaysia Bhd）集团总执行长兼董事经理Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa呼声最高的人选。

根据消息透露，Shazalli被视为掌舵马电讯的领先候选人。马电讯集团总财务长Datuk Bazlan Osman据说是另一个最佳人选。

作为集团重组的一部分，Shazalli于去年9月1日担任当前的职务。亚通2015年的年度报告显示，他自2005年9月1日就出任亚通独资子公司天地通亚通（Celcom Axiata Bhd）的总执行长。

加入天地通之前，Shazalli是我国第七个地面电视台Natseven TV私人有限公司的总执行长，从1998年推出以来担任此职8年。

在此之前，Shazalli从事快速消费品行业，就职于Lever Brothers（1987至1993年），之后是大马英美烟草（1993至1996年），双双在大马和英国。他也曾担任Astro的营销总监两年，在大马率先推出Astro数码卫星服务。

年届55的Zamzamzairani从2008年4月25日开始领导马电讯，接任在马电讯分拆流动和固网业务后，掌舵马电讯国际有限公司的丹斯里阿都瓦希。

该分拆活动涉及将集团流动和非大马业务纳入马电讯国际，而马电讯旗下有固定语音、数据和宽频服务，以及其他电讯相关业务。

在Zamzamzairani的领导，马电讯成功在2010年推出高速宽频（HSBB）网络，并于同年稍晚推出了互联网协议电视服务HyppTV。

截至2015年12月31日，马电讯宽频基础设施覆盖53%的大马家庭，用户约234万。高速宽频是113亿令吉公私合作光纤网络基建项目。

Zamzamzairani带领马电讯的市值攀至236亿4000万令吉，较2008年6月30日的109亿4000万令吉增长逾一倍。

马电讯股价从2008年6月30日的1.39令吉，上涨超过3倍至昨日收盘的6.29令吉。

（吉隆坡21日讯）Datuk Seri Shazalli Ramly今日正式任命为马电讯（Telekom Malaysia Bhd）新任集团总执行长，Datuk Bazlan Osman则担任副总执行长。

这证实《The Edge》财经日报于3月10日刊登题为“消息：接任掌舵马电讯 亚通Shazalli Ramly呼声最高”的报道。一些媒体报道，Shazalli和Bazlan是取代将于4月30日退休的Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa的最佳人选。

马电讯在文告指出，Shazalli将于5月1日走马上任，而Bazlan将于4月1日任新职。

55岁的Shazalli于去年9月1日担任亚通企业执行副总裁兼东南亚区域总执行长。在此之前，他出任天地通亚通（Celcom Axiata Bhd）总执行长达11年，且自ntv7开台，就担任总执行长职8年。

同时，执行董事兼财务总监拿督峇兹兰奥斯曼，调任为副总执行长，4月1日生效。

行家建议

亚通（AXIATA，6888，主板贸服股）东南亚区域总执行长沙查里的加入，使马电讯和亚通的潜在合并传闻更具说服力。

我们预计，亚通的天地通（Celcom）会和马电讯合并，并由后者维持上市地位，成为我国固线与移动电信一哥。

从估值角度看，马电讯和亚通的交易价位，只是企业价值对利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利比例（EV/EBITDA）的7.5倍至8倍，比数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）和明讯（MAXIS，6012，主板贸服股）更低。

天下大势，合久必分、分久必合！

同样的道理，也在大马股市显现，分分合合，合合分分，似乎成为马股近年新常态。

日前，马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服组）、亚通（AXIATA，6888，主板贸服组）重新合并的谈论甚嚣尘上，也引起一定程度的混淆、疑惑！

马电讯原是一家政府公司，早在独立前就开始营运，1987年企业化后，把很多原是公务员的职员吸纳旗下，旋即面临庞大债务。基于很多员工有“公务员”心态，服务并不到位，以致很多民众疾呼让电讯业竞争以改善服务水平。

马电讯正式于1990年11月7日上市，达到市值270亿令吉或占马股总市值的10%；当时的交易火热，甚至交易所被迫暂停交易10分钟，避免因无法应付订单，造成系统瘫痪。

马电讯在上市17年后，再分拆出马电讯国际（TMI）。马电讯主要负责固线电讯服务与宽频，而TMI则主要负责大马区域的移动通讯服务；2009年，TMI还进行品牌重塑，4月2日易名为今名的亚通。

分析员初步探讨，合并后是可共享频谱，起更大协同效应，并减少业务的重叠现象。合并后将使两大电讯公司，崛起为国内最大电讯公司。

马电讯主要业务是固线宽频，起初由龟速的Streamx，进化至中速而价格明显偏高的Unifi，目前正应政府号召而需提速一倍、价格减半，以安抚人民对其服务逊色与收费偏高的不满。

作为国库控股的旗下公司，政府在布局马电讯未来时，也紧系国家更亮丽的未来！我国不能只空想如何搭上电子商务的高速列车，把我国的固线宽频、流动宽频提到适当速度，并在城乡有更广覆盖率，马电讯可说任重道远，因马电讯主宰各电讯基建。

如果积极推行数码汇流，能够缩短城乡的网络差距，将有利大马活络电商与物流相关业务。

总而言之，“分后又合”的“合情合理”，与创造附加价值，需有更强、更具说服力的计划与实践，能紧扣活络大马经济之使命，才能创造更大而强的股东价值。

不过，上周四，双方已经正式否认有关合并的传言，然，由于“先否认后落实”常是大马公司一贯的做法，市场也仍在等待会否还有后续。

馬電訊子公司將投資 推動大馬實現數碼經濟願景

（吉隆坡14日訊）馬電訊（TM，4863，主要板貿易）獨資子公司VADS公司已撥備一筆相當大的數目，用以投資並支持大馬實現提高數碼經濟貢獻國內生產總值比例，從目前的16.8%至20%的抱負。

VADS公司總執行長馬西默並沒披露實際投資額，但他向“馬新社”指出，該公司擁有最先進的數據中心，可以提供方案協助大馬轉變整個傳統商業面貌至電子商務平台。

“我們的方案並不只是可為一般業務提供解決方案，而是能夠按各別領域需求來進行客制化的方案，無論是教育、保健、金融、零售或是油氣領域，且是有能力提供質量及服務。”

“另外，旗下客戶參與和禮賓服務vConnect，按各領域特別設計的商務方案配套就超過80種。”

vConnect放眼給予價值基礎創新的解決方案和服務，以讓企業可專注于他們旗下的核心業務，並與馬電訊的理念“讓業務更容易”一致。

同時，VADS公司也與大馬網絡安全機構（CyberSecurity Malaysia）合作，並簽署了5年合約，以讓后者在VADS公司設立網絡安全市場，以共同在各個市場層面創造安全網絡的意識；雙方首先就會推出26個網絡安全意識課程。

大馬網絡安全機構指出，單在去年，國內就有超過8300宗網絡安全投報案件，截至今年3月已有1850宗投報案件。【中国报财经】

加强WEBE推附加服务．马电讯放眼营收增4%

（吉隆坡26日讯）马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服组）将继续加强WEBE为主的融合式服务及其他附加服务，放眼今年营业额成长3至4%。

该公司执行董事兼副首席执行员拿督巴兹兰在股东大会后对媒体表示，公司目前除了专注网络数据服务，未来也准备推出更多附加价值活动，并放眼270万固定网络用户家庭中，至少有一人是4G长期演进（LTE）电讯配套WEBE使用者。

关于公司获利部份，他表示，公司有信心税前息前折旧摊销前获利（EBITDA）维持和去年水平一样。马电讯2016年的EBITDA为37亿9000万令吉。

马电讯2016年营业额为12亿令吉。

询及资本开销，他说，今年的资本开销约占公司全年营业额30%左右。公司会持续投资在4GLTE服务项目、云端数据、Unifi高速宽频服务及市场营销方面。

冀WEBE用户增至10%

他补充，目前WEBE用户共占马电讯全部客户2%左右，今年预料在更多的优惠活动下，扩大至总用户10%水平。该公司也正在与中小企业和政府机构合作推介WEBE活动。

“公司正在进行很多优惠，来自同一个家庭WEBE用户，其月费将可获得折扣，首位用户获得折扣10令吉，次之20令吉，最低月费仅49令吉。”

询及WEBE何时转亏为盈，他强调，“我们并不打算成为流动电讯公司，WEBE服务只是提供客户全方位网络体验的一部份，改善客户服务体验才是我们终极目标。”

谈到WEBE的覆盖率，巴兹兰透露，目前在全马的覆盖率为60%，柔佛地区则是71%。公司在今年也和天地通（CELCOM）签署相关协议，WEBE用户在覆盖率以外的地区将可使用天地通的服务，而公司在未来也会继续改善覆盖率。

此外，该公司将在今年推出更多非网络相关业务，包括数据中心及宽频电视HyppTV等服务。

他透露，公司目前共有62万Unifi用户，当中的22%用户的网速已经免费加倍，其中的三分之二的用户因为相关基建问题，网速尚未提升，公司计划在今年底前将完成相关用户的提升。

汇兑收益减
马电讯首季净利挫29%

（吉隆坡23日讯）随着债务汇兑收益减少，马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）截至3月31日首季净利按年大跌28.53%。

该集团首季净赚2亿3043万令吉，或每股净利6.13仙，远低于去年同季的3亿2244万令吉，或每股8.58仙。

若是扣除对债务及国际贸易结算的未变现汇兑影响，该集团的净利按年增长13.2%，达2亿2980万令吉。

马电讯首季营业额从28亿5544万令吉，按年提高3.82%，达29亿6463万令吉，主要推动力来自互联网及其他营业额，特别是在用户项目。

随着营业额增加，带动该集团扣除利息与税务前盈利（EBIT）按年提高8.5%，达3亿380万令吉。

新团队专注数字发展

集团总执行长拿督斯里沙查里在媒体汇报会上指出，首季取得良好的业绩表现，证明前任总执行长丹斯里詹占再拉尼之前所奠定的好基础及增长动力。

“而我和执行董事兼副总执行长拿督峇兹兰奥斯曼，以及新的管理团队将会注入全新活力，以推动我们的商业计划，带领集团迈向数字发展及成为数字汇流（Convergence）的霸主。”

马电讯将持续执行行动计划，借助策略投资实现数字汇流及“迈向数字”（Go Digital）宏愿。

同时，该集团看好接下来几个月的展望保持正面。

宽频用户群稳定

另外，峇兹兰奥斯曼指出，UniFi业务持续利好，继续维持马电讯强稳的宽频用户群。

截至3月31日，集团宽频用户总数超过237万人。

至今，UniFi用户人数超过98万8000人，其中有接近85%认购网速达10Mbps及以上的配套。

“马电讯较高值配套获得强劲认购率，且拥有更多人购买内容，以及持续追加销售（upselling），促使每名用户平均营业额（ARPU）趋势企稳。”

同时，子公司Webe也取得亮眼的表现，在马电讯家庭用户的渗透率达4.2%。

马电讯在今年首季已投入3亿5200万令吉的资本开销，相等于营业额的11.9%，主要是用在大型项目，如高速宽频网络（HSBB）及郊区宽频计划（SUBB）。

馬電訊冀提高沙巴ICT使用率

（亞庇25日訊）馬電訊（TM，4863，主要板貿服）希望通過提高資訊及通訊技術（ICT）使用率得重要性，為沙巴社群創造財富。

馬電訊沙巴州總經理蘇克利亞指出，沙巴有許多發展經濟的潛能，但州內部分業者仍使用傳統商業方案。

“為什么我們看見更多中國遊客到訪沙巴，是因為他們這些看似富裕的人都及早涉足ICT。”

他在2017年馬電訊商業融合推介禮時指出：“目前我們要進入數碼世界來達到更先進科技並不遲，馬電訊可協助企業已更簡易的方式做生意。”

蘇克利亞說，沙巴有約4萬個中小型企業訂購馬電訊服務，但有約2萬7000家是使用寬頻服務。【中国报财经】

RAM:马电讯票据评级稳定

（吉隆坡1日讯）大马评估机构（RAM）对马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）发售回教商业票据计划和回教中期票据计划，重申“AAA”的评级，反映“稳定”的前景。

这些获得“AAA”评级的计划，包括总值30亿令吉的回教商业票据计划（2013/2020）和回教中期票据计划（2013/2033），以及20亿令吉的回教商业票据计划（2011/2026）和回教中期票据计划（2011/2026）。

此外，该机构也对Hijrah Pertama有限公司的29亿2500万令吉的回教合订式收入证券，重申“AAA”的评级和“稳定”。

大马评估机构称，马电讯在国内固网电信领域拥有主导地位，占全国用户规模的97%或310万用户，当中237万用户为固定宽带用户。

不过，该评估机构提醒，马电讯继续部署大型项目，导致资本开销持续增加，在今年的资本开销对营业额比例已来到30%。

此外，该机构也指出，多个电讯业者提高网络覆盖率，加上手机用户寻求较快的移动网络，这让马电讯面对竞争压力。

虽然马电讯旗下的价格宽带价格不定，手机通讯业务也面对亏损，但固定宽带配套签购率表现稳健，大马评估机构预计，公司的财务指标维持良好。【e南洋】
