只要它一天还是MESDAQ股，就很难被基金看上。。。

这一季的profit margin比上季高，好事好事 。。可能上一季到越南谈生意，花了比较多钱。。。

老实说，我选错股的次数也不少。。。
至于LCL，我在等着这一季的报告，到时就要做决定了。。LCL的风险越来越大了。。

刚从朋友手上拿到这份报告. 以下是部分內容:

Having successfully improved clientele base to 14 stockbrokers and 6 commercial
banks in Malaysia over the last two years, we have decided to re-look at Excel
Force which was featured in the 2006 Top Malaysian Small Cap Companies. For the
overseas market, Excel Force has just successfully penetrated by Vietnam and
Thailand. Based on current orderbook of RM9m, recurring revenue from ASP,
1QFY08 earnings of RM2m, Excel Force’s fully diluted EPS is on track to increase
further by 41% in FY08. Pegging PER/3-year CAGR of 0.3x, Excel Force is worth
RM0.51 at FY08 PER of 8.5x

Application service provider (ASP). Excel Force derives revenue from outright sales of
CyberBroker and StockBanking solutions, maintenance services and ASP. For the ASP
model, unlike many people think, transactional charges based on trading volume only
constitute 20%-30% of ASP total revenue. The bulk of ASP revenue is derived from
number of users logging in the electronic trading systems. Hence, this ASP model
provides steadier flow of recurring revenue even though overall market volume will remain
consistently low. This is because active and serious traders / investors will still use the
electronic trading systems to view share prices in any kinds of market condition.

Future growth drivers. Bulk of the current RM9m orderbook is expected to be
recognized in FY08 while the ASP will provide a minimum earnings buffer for the
company going forward. The pending implementations and liberalization of Electronic
Client Ordering System (ECOS) Gateway and common trading platform to enable Direct
Market Access (DMA) by Bursa are expected to open up tremendous market
opportunities for Excel Force. To be ready for the future liberalization of trading system,
the company will soon launch a more comprehensive front-end application system namely
CyberStock@3G.

Why we like Excel Force: (i) strong clientele base in Malaysia which includes 14
stockbrokers and 6 commercial banks (ii) high free cash flow (iii) net cash of RM11.2m
and no borrowings (iv) MSC status which exempts the company from paying income tax
for MSC related activities (v) high recurring revenue from ASP business model, expecting
to contribute 60% of FY08 revenue (vi) high FY08 net dividend yield of 7% (vii) strong
FY08 net profit growth of 41% (viii) overseas market penetration (ix) low FY08 PER of
4.7x

看了几位大大们对于eforce公司的评价后，激起了我想买进的念头。最近该股跌到了0.20以下。而八年兄说现在还不是买进时候，但我最近没耐性而买了一点。自从六月起大大们就没有eforce的交流了。很想知道eforce最近的动向。

竞争者ｎ２ｎ继续制造假账将公司钱搬进管理层口袋，不久的将来ｎ２ｎ很有可能在市面上消失。这对ｅｆｏｒｃｅ来说是个好事。
