重组计划奏效
白沙罗实业今年可转盈

(吉隆坡12日讯)因策略重组计划奏效,白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业股)有望在今年内扭转颓势,连续3年录得亏损后,年底取得营运盈利。

该公司总执行长拜恩依斯干达指出,去年8月以来,管理层进行了一系列策略重组计划,包括转型成综合设施管理专家、扩充工程管理和咨询服务业务、合理化和加速产业项目发展、及提升企业管理效率。

“重组计划首阶段已完成。这期间,我们推出了超过50个措施,包括成立行政委员会、商讨公司财政表现、如何在子公司之间创造协同效应、及监督重组计划的进展。”

他今日在该公司的媒体汇报会上如是指出。出席者包括财务总监再因阿兹莱益再奴丁和企业策划与转型主管赛祖基菲礼。

除了重组计划,拜恩依斯干达也说,该集团年底可录得营运盈利,也归功于没有大型账面注销和额外开支。

“上财年净亏2770万令吉,单次开销就占了2526万令吉,如果扣除该项开销,其实2016财年公司净亏只有244万令吉。”

转型综合设施管理专家

他续说,该公司现财年首季已录得16万令吉税前盈利,比起上财年末季750万令吉税前亏损,是正面的转变。

白沙罗实业在2016财年,全年净亏2700万令吉,是近10年来,表现最差的一年。

拜恩依斯干达透露,策略重组计划的核心,是将公司转型为综合设施管理专家。

“我们旗下有泊车、清洁、餐饮和保安业务,但之前这些公司都没有协同效应。我们希望将这些业务整合,来达到该目的,并为客户提供一站式服务。”

重组计划首阶段,白沙罗实业已将3家非产业子公司,即工程设施管理服务公司TMR Urusharta私人有限公司、清洁服务供应商HC Duraclean 私人有限公司和泊车管理公司Metro Parking私人有限公司,统一在综合设施管理部,以创造协同效应和稳固市场地位。

根据该公司资料,综合设施和工程管理及咨询服务业务,上财年已贡献近1.8亿令吉营业额,手持超过2.5亿令吉订单。

拜恩依斯干达指出,过去,该公司综合设施管理贡献营业额60%,产业发展则贡献达40%。到今年底,2者比例料达50比50。

中国资本管制不冲击柔项目

另一方面,拜恩依斯干达指出,中国资本管制,不会影响该公司与碧桂园集团,在柔佛联营的“中央公园”综合城镇计划。

“碧桂园虽是中国企业,但该公司业务遍布世界各地,资金来源不单是中国,因此不会影响我们的联营计划。”

至于买家,他指出,该公司的产业项目主攻本地市场,所以也不会受到中国资本管制冲击。

除了“中央公园”,白沙罗实业在彭亨关丹的Damansara Hills发展项目,今年上半年就已开始贡献营业额,预计明年售罄。

他补充,该项目预计明年次季完成。

拜恩依斯干达透露,该公司现有550英亩地皮,其中500英亩位于关丹东海岸经济特区。【e南洋】

白沙罗实业获5623万合约

(吉隆坡13日讯)白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业股)向马交所报备,子公司Metro Parking(新加坡)私人有限公司,获得新加坡体育委员会颁发总值1814万新元(约5623万令吉)合约。

根据文告,Metro Parking(新加坡)私人有限公司将负责为新加坡体育委员会,营运和管理停车场。

公司将于9月1日开始营运该停车场,合约为期5年。

白沙罗实业预计,在9月1日开始营运后,这项合约将在5年间,为公司贡献净利和净资产值。【e南洋】

白沙罗实业次季转盈

2017年9月8日
(吉隆坡7日讯)白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业股)截至6月30日次季,按年转亏为盈,取得454万1000令吉净利,或每股净利1.47仙,去年同期则是净亏601万6000令吉。

白沙罗实业在8月28日向马交所报备,累计上半年,净赚达319万7000令吉,是近4年来最强的半年表现。成功扭亏为盈,可归功于公司的重组计划生效。

RAPID项目拉低现金

另外,次季和累计首半年营业额也报捷,分别录得6670万2000令吉和1亿1747万3000令吉,按年各涨49.5%和33.6%。

公司点出,营业额的上扬,可归功与综合设施管理业务以及产业发展业务的出色表现。

不过,截至6月30日,白沙罗实业的现金只剩1200万令吉,比去年的2570万令吉要少53.3%,这是由新项目,如边佳兰炼油与石油化工综合发展(RAPID)工的初始支出所造成。

总执行长拜恩伊斯干达指出,下半年将执行策略重组计划的第二阶段,直至2018年底为止。【e南洋】

白沙罗实业财团获2762万RAPID合约

(吉隆坡25日讯)白沙罗实业(Damansara Realty Bhd)与Kumpulan Perubatan(柔佛)私人有限公司(KPJSB)组成的财团,赢得一项总值2762万令吉的合约,为国家石油(Petronas)位于柔佛边佳兰的炼油与石油化工综合发展计划(RAPID)公用事业、衔接和场外(UIO)设施提供医疗服务。

白沙罗实业今日向大马交易所报备,持股95.5%的子公司TMR Urusharta(马)私人有限公司和KPJSB,接获Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corp子公司PRPC Utilities and Facilities私人有限公司的决标信。

“财团之间的盈利分配将进一步审议,并在适当的时候予以更新。”

白沙罗实业指出,工作范围是提供医疗服务管理,包括联络、账目与财务、监督和行政服务。

2762万令吉的合约期是从9月25日起的39个月,另有可选服务总值780万令吉。

“(如果被授予)可选服务也将在同一合约期内由财团之间分配,使潜在总合约值达3542万令吉。”

白沙罗实业表示,合约将为集团截至12月31日止财政年的盈利和净资产作出贡献。

该集团在文告指出,最新合约将进一步推高今年7月以来已获得2亿8500万令吉合约的综合设施管理(IFM)业务。

集团总执行长Brian Iskandar Zulkarim表示:“IFM业务一直是推动我们重新获利的驱动力,占2017年首半年扣除利息、税项、折旧与摊销盈利的46%。”

他补充:“我们在2016年底实施了一项积极策略重组计划,这提高了集团内的营运效率。如无意外,我们预计集团将在4年内首次交出全年营运盈利表现。”

白沙罗实业首半年的净利为250万令吉,而去年同期则净亏980万令吉;盈利从1550万令吉,劲扬78%至2760万令吉。

Brian Iskandar说:“财务表现转好表明我们的策略重组计划奏效。从现在到2018年底,我们在下一阶段的重点是释放股东价值。”

(吉隆坡28日讯)白沙罗实业(Damansara Realty Bhd)获马电讯(Telekom Malaysia Bhd)更新综合设施管理(IFM)服务的5项合约,总值500万令吉。

这些合约为期1年,为马电讯建筑物包括马电讯大厦(Menara TM)、TM Annexe 1 & 2、天地通大厦(Menara Celcom)和Wisma TM Taman Desa提供综合民用和机电服务。

白沙罗实业总执行长Brian Iskandar Zulkarim在文告指出:“我们继续赢得新合约和获得续约,证明我们增强IFM、产业发展和产业管理咨询三大核心领域产品的承诺和努力,以为客户提供更强的服务。”

白沙罗实业获110万合约

2017年11月2日
(吉隆坡1日讯)白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业股)宣布,获得110万令吉停车场设施管理合约,并放眼进一步巩固在该业务的地位。

该公司今日发布文告,独资子公司Metro Parking(马)私人有限公司,将管理吉隆坡马银行广场、Etiqa Twins及Akademi Etiqa大厦的停车场设施,长达36个月。

总执行长拜恩伊斯干达说:“我们计划巩固这方面的地位,目前已是国内三大首选停车场管理公司,以及菲律宾市场冠军。”

年初至今,该公司已取得7300万令吉的停车场管理合约,按年增12%。

其中大马合约为800万令吉;菲律宾850万令吉;新加坡5660万令吉。【e南洋】

白沙罗实业准柔购地
负债减1.32亿

(吉隆坡25日讯)白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业股)在柔佛的买地计划获批,满足了之前总值1.415亿令吉清偿协议的条件,进一步将净流动负债减少1.32亿令吉。

白沙罗实业向马交所报备,联号公司DAC产业私人有限公司在周三(22日)时获得了首相署旗下的经济计划单位(EPU)批准,完成了以1.30亿令吉向柔佛机构(JCorp)收购53.14英亩地皮的计划。

白沙罗实业总执行长拜恩伊斯干达指出,公司因此已近乎达到了清偿协议内的所有条件,这将可让公司减债1.32亿令吉。

“我们的净流动债务将可由之前1.55亿令吉,降至2300万令吉。”

他补充,除了成功在财务上瘦身,公司有信心在全年下来取得盈利。根据文告,白沙罗实业已经连续两财年蒙受亏损,一直到今年首季才打破窘境,转亏为盈。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡13日讯)转盈计划奏效,白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业股)截至12月杪末季,净赚1472万9000令吉或每股4.75仙;并放眼今年营业额与盈利起10%至15%。

该公司今日向交易所报备,营业额按年攀升34%至6724万6000令吉。

累计全年,白沙罗实业净赚1702万令吉,是连续亏损3年后,首次录得全年获利。

全年营业额则按年涨36%,达2亿4947万9000令吉;总赚幅从11%攀升至22%。

冀今年营收增15%

综合设施管理业务营业额按年涨30.8%至2亿2160万令吉,贡献87%销售。

Square 2与Damansara Hills 1贡献走高,带动产业业务营业额起65%,达2006万5000令吉。

总执行长拜恩伊斯干达通过文告说:“我们的转型计划有效,比预期中更快看到成绩。我相信我们处于更有能力增长的位置,朝向永续获利。”

白沙罗实业预计,今年营业额与盈利料涨10%至15%,主要是因为综合设施管理业务贡献更高。

争取综合设施合约

拜恩今日在记者会后说,该公司正争取2项大合约及数项中规模合约,期限介于3至5年,平均每月价值高达1000万令吉。

此外,该公司会以低资本开销持续扩展综合设施管理业务,并注重创新。

产业方面,该公司专注于加速发展可改善赚幅、现金流和净利表现的项目,包括Central Park、Aliff Square 1 & 2、Damansara Hills及一马公务员房屋。

拜恩称,由于市场供应过剩,白沙罗实业依然谨慎看待市场,不想为了兴建而兴建,加剧过剩。

他认为,该公司必须十分谨慎与精明,才能赢得买家欢心。

白沙罗实业今年依然会推介项目,不过得视市场对现有项目的反应。【e南洋】
