依德利斯贾拉任喜力主席

(吉隆坡2日讯)喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)宣布,委任拿督斯里依德利斯贾拉为公司主席,并从明年1月1日起开始生效。

根据文告,依德利斯贾拉将会接替在今年12月31日退休的丹斯里苏祖文(译音),成为喜力大马的主席。

依德利斯贾拉是经济加速战略公司(Big Fast Results,BFR)的董事经理,同时,也是表现管理和履行单位(PEMANDU)总执行长。

他也曾担任首相署部长一职,长达6年。

在2014年,彭博社曾经把依德利斯贾拉列为全球10大最有影响力决策人之一。

在加入首相署之前,他曾担任马航董事经理兼总执行长,长达3年。

担任马航董事经理兼总执行长期间,他让因营运效率低而陷入长期亏损危机的马航转亏为盈。

在那之前,依德利斯在蚬壳公司任职长达23年,并跃升至高级职位,包括英国蚬壳零售国际公司副总裁,以及业务开发咨询副总裁。

与此同时,苏祖文也同意继续为公司服务,成为喜力大马的顾问,并从明年1月1日起开始生效。【e南洋】

啤酒明年若加税
喜力尽可能吸纳

(吉隆坡7日讯)2017年预算案虽没有再次向啤酒税“开刀”,但不排除明年会调整,喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)已做好准备应对再度起税的可能。

至于是否转嫁消费者,全国销售经理黄建雄指出,公司会尽可能吸纳税务,但不保证该措施真的会实行,一切需等管理层宣布。

此外,黄建雄认为,大马的国内生产总值显示我国仍然在稳定增长,同样的,喜力大马会不断寻找商机与满足“挑剔”顾客,来达到持续增长。

喜力大马今天主办一场名为“喜力与分销商双赢伙伴关系”的媒体汇报会,五大代理之一的同泰祥私人有限公司,也在场分享与喜力的双赢伙伴关系、如何从传统经营转换成现代运作方式、和公司的成功旅程。

黄建雄在汇报会上表示,正探讨网上销售管道的可行性,以打开更大的销售通路,刺激增长。

“同时,我们也正设法增加现有产品的种类,如:Tiger White 和Strong Bow系列,以达到增长的目标。”

同泰祥积极扩展
短期内不挂牌

快速消费品(FMCG)着名的批发分销商同泰祥,正积极扩展,包括觅地增设工厂及扩大运输队伍。

1983年创立的同泰祥,初期只负责分销健力士英格(现在的喜力大马)、雀巢和皇帽(CARLSBG,2836,主板消费产品股)的产品。

在经历了33年岁月后,如今已经是多个国际知名品牌的分销商。

总经理林淑嘉今天在题为“喜力与分销商双赢伙伴关系”的媒体汇报会上指出,虽然发展稳健,但同泰祥短期内不考虑挂牌上市。

她说,目前在巴生谷积极寻找合适的地点,增建厂房,同时也考虑扩大运输团队;“有银行融资的支持,以上两个计划都不成问题。”

提到与喜力的关系,林淑嘉分享说,1992年,喜力大马要求该公司只能代理一个啤酒品牌;经过一轮风险分析和考量后,同泰祥毅然选择了喜力。

她表示,主要是看准喜力在大型超市的潜能。

“公司一路以来的增长,证明了当时的选择是对的。”

询及与大型超市合作的挑战,林淑嘉回答说,真正的挑战是如何和建立良好关系、提供良好客户服务和确保货源充足,让各分行都有货上架。【e南洋】

吁政府弹性处理反暴利法
喜力大马难保年内不涨价

(吉隆坡15日讯)对于政府继续实行价格控制和反暴利法令,喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)将持续与有关当局讨论,期望当局能够弹性处理饮食领域涨价的要求,并称公司无法保证在一年内不会上调产品售价。

喜力大马财务总监张宏庆,在今天的“2016财年业绩汇报会”上向记者表示,转嫁成本给消费者,不会是该公司解决成本高涨的首选。

“我们对谈话保持着开放的态度。我们要做的,是继续和政府洽谈,希望他们了解我们的营运处境,并获得正面回应,同时,我们尽力不将成本转嫁给消费者。”

不过,他也为公司留了后路,称若成本方面出现了显着上涨,特别是原材料价格出现大涨,不排除会对产品售价做调整。

因此,张宏庆不能保证未来一年内,喜力大马不会调整旗下产品价格。

他也无奈说道:“若市场不接受我们的涨价举措,那只好内部削减成本,提高效率。”

国内贸易、合作社及消费人事务部,在今年1月1日开始实行2016年价格控制和反暴利法令,进行3个月过度期,于4月1日全面生效。

这项法令与2014年价格控制和反暴利法令有所不同的是,政府没有为2016年法令设下任何期限。

其次,新法令将有效范围,缩小至仅针对食品和饮料,以及家庭用品。

对于令吉暴贬,张宏庆补充,由于公司在采购原料中,只有10%涉及外汇交易,加上以外汇计算的产品成本,仅占总成本20%,因此,外汇波动不会造成冲击。

全年税前净利5.5亿

喜力大马在截至去年12月杪的3个月里,净利报1亿467万8000令吉,或每股净利34.65仙;税前盈利为1亿2200万令吉。该季营业额为5亿7751万9000令吉。

由于该公司将财政年度的截止日期,从早前的6月30日,改为12月31日,因此2016财年有18个月,净利表现也无法按季比较。

累计18个月,营业额为28亿1030万8000令吉,净利为4亿2726万令吉,税前净利为5亿4922万3000令吉。

派息60仙

另外,喜力大马也宣布派发每股60仙的最终股息。

喜力大马董事经理汉斯依萨迪指出,去年能够取得增长,归功于旗下的喜力(Heineken)和Guinness高端品牌的销量增加、品牌组合销量表现良好、营销和营运成本减少,以及农历新年带动销量。

展望2017财年,他说虽然全球经济和政治局势仍充满不定因素,但对喜力大马的发展有信心,相信能通过现有的关键营运策略,取得稳定发展。

“我们将扩大旗下具标志性的品牌组合,同时,也加强现有的商业策略,以及投资与人力资源上。”

此外,作为喜力集团的一份子,喜力大马将利用全球综合供应链,进一步提高效率以节约成本,保持在市场的领先地位。【e南洋】

最新进展:

喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)截至去年12月杪的3个月里,净利报1亿467万8000令吉,或每股净利34.65仙。该季营业额为5亿7751万9000令吉。

累计18个月,营业额为28亿1030万8000令吉,净利为4亿2726万令吉。

针对令吉贬值,该公司指,只有20%原料是进口,仅占成本的10%。

行家建议:

力大马累计18个月的4亿2726万令吉净利,超越我们全年盈利预测,占了109%。

纳入较高的平均售价后,我们上调2017财年和2018财年的盈利预测,幅度分别为3.3%与7.2%。

我们预计,因为今年农历新年销售较去年同期来得低,喜力大马下季度表现不会像这次般良好。

此外,政府在去年12月调高本地烈酒国产税,我们认为这或导致消费者转向购买啤酒和烈啤酒。

喜力大马首季赚4897万

(吉隆坡12日讯)喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)截至3月31日首季,净利按年微跌3.7%,主要是因为该公司持续专注在开拓商业的投资策略,以达到最大的回酬。

该公司首季净赚4897万3000令吉,或每股净利16.21仙。

此外,从全球采购及其他节省成本措施,推高供应链的效率,有助于抵销营业额下跌的影响。

该公司首季录得4亿111万令吉的营业额,按年下跌12.5%,主要是因为消费者情绪疲弱。

外围利淡冲击消费

此外,基于年底节庆季节,加上为今年农历新年提前出货,大部分已在去年末季出现,这也是拖累首季营业额下跌的因素。

虽然经济压力导致市场概况面对挑战,但喜力大马首季交出令人满意的业绩表现。

喜力大马董事经理汉斯依萨迪指出:“全球经济不稳定,加上货币波动持续对市场施压,冲击消费者情绪。”

未来两季续放缓

行家建议:

喜力大马现财年首季净利达4890万令吉,分别占我们与市场全年预测17.4%及17%,符合预测。

因本净利预计会被未来的季度所追上,所以,我们现阶段维持净利预测不变。

基于缺乏重大体育赛事,未来两季该公司将继续放缓。但末季的业绩会强劲,因为还有年终节日。

合法購酒年齡提高至21歲 海尼根大馬:或加劇私酒問題

(吉隆坡13日訊)海尼根大馬(HEIM,3255,主要板消費)董事經理韓艾薩阿迪指出,政府將合法購酒年齡限制從18歲上調至21歲,或加劇國內走私酒的問題。

他說,公司已促請政府採取有效的執法措施。上述年齡限制將從今年12月1日開始生效。

“就上調法定買酒年齡而言,這是一項好的建議,但如果沒妥善執法,18歲至21歲年齡層將轉向購買私酒,這並不是件好事。”

韓艾薩阿迪今日在年度股東大會后指出,啤酒領域關注違禁酒情況。

海尼根大馬已向政府反映,提高法定買酒年齡限制是否真的能有效遏止未成年人喝酒情況,因國內具有私酒。

“在控制和負責任消費下,提高法定買酒年齡限制或加劇情況。如果我們將此成為強制非法行為,或許無法得到最佳成果。”

他稱,政府應該謹慎考量此措施的實施,許多年輕消費者已極度想嘗試啤酒,這或使他們轉向非法管道。【中国报财经】

税前盈利扬2% 派息40仙
喜力大马次季赚6158万

(吉隆坡26日讯)喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)截至6月30日次季,净赚6158万1000令吉,并宣布派息40仙。

喜力大马通过文告表示,次季税前盈利按年扬升2%至8090万令吉;同期营业额滑落12%,报4亿657万7000令吉。

累计上半年,则是净赚1亿1055万4000令吉;营业额报8亿769万令吉。

该公司表示,疲软的市场情绪冲击集团的销售表现,惟当季优质品牌的营业额表现,抵消了部分劣势。其中,Strongbow苹果酒的表现亮眼。

虽然营业额下挫,但税前盈利仍扬2%,归功于有效的成本管理。

苹果酒销量佳

喜力大马董事经理汉斯依萨迪,通过文告表示,尽管市况充满挑战,但次季的表现却值得赞扬,且还显露出韧性。

“我们主打苹果酒的策略,得到令人鼓舞的成绩,上半年录得双位数增长。同时,我们最新推出的Guinness Bright,也强化了产品组合。”

他提到,私酒依旧是领域的首要担忧,因西马私酒的数量逐步上升,对领域和政府收入均造成损失。

最新进展

喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)次季营运盈利录得8090万令吉,按季增26%,赚幅亦升3.7%至20%。而营业额按季微涨1%,收获4亿660万令吉。

因该季实际税率较低,净利按季也增26%,取得6160万令吉。

首半年净利按年则微跌1%,录得1亿1060万令吉;营运赚幅则按年增1.7%,达18.1%。

另外,公司宣布派送每股40仙的中期股息。

行家建议

虽然首半年的净利稍低于我们预测,但营运的改善取得的较高赚幅,缓冲了净利的跌势。

每股40仙的中期股息与预测相符。我们预计,喜力大马全年一共将派送每股90仙的股息,因此下半年料会支付更高的股息。

营业额的下滑可归咎于较低迷的消费情绪,但通过推出新的非啤酒产品,得以维持了市场需求的活力。我们相信,此举也将会支撑公司在市场的领头羊位置。

我们维持之前的盈利预测和目标价,以及‘超越大市’的评级。但因消费者市场需求的复苏可能会慢于预期,我们将看淡短期前景。

海尼根次季逊预期.财测保持

(吉隆坡27日讯)海尼根(HEIM,3255,主板消费品组)第二季表现低于预期,分析员预料消费情绪持续疲弱拖累未来销售,但该公司一直执行高效的成本节约措施,因此普遍维持财测不变看法。

最新第二季营业额出现双位数下挫,但首6个月净利表现只微挫1%,并大方派出每股40仙股息,提振股价一度上扬54仙至18令吉18仙,午盘后升幅收窄,全天闭市扬32仙至17令吉96仙。

肯纳格分析指出,该公司第二季营业额受到消费者支出谨慎以及前期存货效应买气增加,导致前期比较基础较高,因此按年下挫12%至8亿零770令吉。不过营运盈利和净利仅按年下挫1%至1亿1060万令吉,这归功于该公司在营运以及采购成本节约上的努力。

丰隆研究认为,该公司下半年业绩将会改善,主要是继续利用该公司全球采购链。

达证券独排众议,直接指出该公司第二季表现令人失望,大砍财测,下调2017至2019年获利,分别为14.5%至17.5%,也预计2017至2019年的营业额将减少3.3至4.1%之间。

买酒合法年龄提高至21岁
料让私酒得利

达证券认为,虽然关税局持续执法,该公司仍受到非法酒精产品威胁。同时,合法购买酒精年龄将在2017年12月1日起,从目前18岁提高至21岁,这也有可能导致更多年轻人转向购买非法酒精饮品。

纳吉决定马股世界最长牛市命运?
丰隆补充,海尼根面临的下行因素包括:目前仍积欠关税局高达5600万令吉的税金和罚款以及消费情绪恢复时间较预期中来得久。

但丰隆也表示,该公司仍具备高周息率、高市占率、较佳获利能力以及低资本开销的强处。

喜力大马财务总监呈辞

(吉隆坡4日讯)喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)今日向马交所报备,财务总监张宏庆已递交辞呈,从9月2日起生效。

根据文告,他是为了追求其他就业机会,而辞去该职务,同时也会卸下在所有子公司的董事职位。

张宏庆加入喜力大马超过16年,并在去年7月19日时被委任为财务总监,期间成功强化营业额管理和控制财务,为公司提供更强劲的这次横。

公司指出,已开始寻找接班人,而董事经理汉斯依萨迪将在期间负责监管公司财务。【e南洋】

The Company wishes to announce that Mr. Teo Hong Keng, who is currently Finance Director of HEINEKEN Malaysia, has tendered his resignation from the Company with effect from 2 September 2017. After more than 16 years with HEINEKEN, Mr. Teo Hong Keng has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the HEINEKEN Group. He will also relinquish his directorship in all subsidiary companies of HEINEKEN Malaysia with effect from the same day.

Mr. Teo Hong Keng joined HEINEKEN Malaysia in June 2016 and was appointed as Finance Director of the Company on 19 July 2016.  He has been a valuable member of the Management Team and during his tenure with the Company, he has successfully integrated HEINEKEN Malaysia’s finance function with the HEINEKEN ways of working. He has also strengthened the finance function with a focus on revenue management and financial control to drive stronger support for the business.

The Board of Directors and Management of HEINEKEN Malaysia wishes to express their deep appreciation to Mr. Teo Hong Keng for his services and contributions to the Group and they wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Company has commenced a search to identify a successor.  In the interim, Mr. Hans Essaadi, the Managing Director of the Company, will oversee the financial matters of HEINEKEN Malaysia Group. The Company will make the necessary announcement when a suitable successor is appointed.

亚太招揽新鲜人培训
喜力大马寻部门主管

(吉隆坡6日讯)通过提供培训课程,喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)专注于培养本地人才。

喜力大马人力资源总监林崐硕,日前接受媒体联访时表示:“我们需要很多销售部门及供应链部门人才。”

目前,喜力大马拥有560名员工;其中,超过50%是隶属销售部门,而供应链部门的员工人数约为160人。

他说,公司为期24个月的亚太毕业生计划(Asia Pacific Graduate Programme),旨在寻找部门主管。

“2018财年的亚太毕业生计划,将在今年10月23日开放给社会新鲜人申请。我们打算从众多申请者中,筛选5名人选。”

林崐硕表示,一旦这些人从上述计划中毕业,喜力大马将根据他们的才能,决定安排他们到特定的部门工作。

林崐硕给毕业生的建议是,在出席任何面试前,必须做好准备。

“目前,毕业生可以在社交网站找寻资讯。同样地,他们也可以找到面试公司的网站,借此了解这些公司的产品或服务。”

他说,与本地学生互动时,发现他们都不太主动与人接触;而且,大部分人不知道自己毕业后,要进入哪个行业。

有机会派驻国外

另外,喜力大马也提供亚太短期任务计划给现有的本地员工。

公司员工有机会派驻到喜力在亚太区域的国外营运子公司,为期3至6个月。这些国家包括东帝汶、越南、缅甸、新加坡及斯里兰卡。

在2016财年,喜力大马投资超过150万令吉,在各种培训与开发计划给所有员工。

他相信,喜力大马今年投资在培训与开发计划的数目,不会比去年少。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡23日讯)深信员工就是最重要资产的喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股),单是去年就在培训与发展方面投入150万令吉,并推出各项培训计划,除了培训新鲜人,也让员工有机会出国增进知识。

“周公吐哺,天下归心”,曹操《短歌行》中的名句,相信最能体现喜力大马现在的心境。

作为全国酿酒领导品牌的人才管理者,喜力大马人力资源总监林崐硕向《南洋商报》指出,员工是公司最重要的资产。

“我们着重于员工培训,并致力提升他们的能力,务求为员工打造精彩职业生涯,并确保他们得到丰厚的回报 。

他续指,为持续迈进,公司一直积极招揽各界精英,包括资讯工艺、人力资源、市场营销、企业法律事务、销售、金融和连锁供应领域的人才。

有机会出国增见识

在去年,喜力大马在员工培训与发展项目中投资超过150万令吉和2万1千个小时。从初级行政人员至高级主管,公司都有各种不同的课程和研讨会,充分协助员工成长。

“加入我们,你还有机会走出大马。我们作为一家国际酿酒公司,员工有机会借着参与‘Go Places’计划,到世界各地接触不同的民情、文化、品牌,拓展你的视野。”

林崐硕举例,公司的短期任务计划(STA)可让员工调任到亚太区域的子公司,为期3至6个月。所到国家有缅甸、巴布亚新几内亚、美国和日本等。

参与新加坡STA计划的市场营销部员工狄波拉蒂维达表示,国际虎牌团队工作让她收获良多。

“我深刻了解到如何应用策略。能够与来自世界各地的市场营销人员共事也令我获益不浅。STA计划不但让我在事业上有所成长,对于个人的自我成长也很有助益。”


喜力大马员工在新加坡子公司愉快交流后,留下了美好回忆。

APGP栽培社会新鲜人

除此之外,喜力大马还有亚太毕业生计划(APGP)。这是一个为期24个月区域计划,旨在栽培社会新鲜人,为参与者提供宝贵的工作经验和知识,籍此提升他们的能力。

APGP培训将分为4个阶段,每个阶段为期6个月,参与者可以从中体验不同职位的角色和职责。

值得注意的是,截至去年底,该集团有9名员工已经服务35年,另有70人服务了30年。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡21日讯)喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)委任西拉德弗罗斯为财务总监,取代张宏庆的职务,从11月1日起生效。

喜力大马向交易所报备,西拉德弗罗斯自2015年7月加入喜力匈牙利,引领财务、采购及资讯科技(IT)职务,及协助公司重新回到增长轨道。

在加入喜力匈牙利之前,他在英美烟草集团工作超过15年,并担任不同职位,累积丰富经验。

8月4日,喜力大马宣布,张宏庆为了追求其他就业机会,而辞去财务总监职务,同时也会卸下在所有子公司的董事职位。【e南洋】

Szilard joined the HEINEKEN Group in July 2015 as Finance Director for HEINEKEN Hungary in which he leads the Finance, Procurement and IT functions and co-pilot the business to drive HEINEKEN Hungary back on a growth path after years of decline.

Prior to joining the HEINEKEN Group in July 2015, Szilard served more than 15 years with the British American Tobacco (“BAT”) Group. He spent the first 5 years of his career in financial jobs supporting the supply chain organisation, and gained expertise as Finance Controller, supporting sales and marketing organisations. In 2009, he successfully managed the projects entrusted to him as a Regional Marketing Investment Manager for BAT European Region and achieved excellent results in increasing cost-effectiveness. In March 2012, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the BAT Baltic Cluster and assumed the position as Head of Finance Baltic Cluster in Riga, Latvia in which he oversaw the full financial and operational management of Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian markets.

Szilard obtained his Master of Science Degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from University of Pecs, Hungary and Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Economics from College of Commerce and Economic, Hungary.

海尼根大馬 第3季淨利揚16%

(吉隆坡21日訊)海尼根大馬(HEIM,3255,主要板消費)截至9月底第3季,營業額揚32%至5億959萬令吉,淨利揚16%至6587萬令吉。

該公司指出,第3季成功執行策略性舉措和成本優化驅動了業績表現,並緩解了上半年疲軟的業績。其首9個月營業額揚1.1%至13億1728萬令吉,淨利揚4.6%至1億7642萬令吉。

海尼根大馬董事經理韓艾薩阿迪透過文告指出:“我們第3季的表現,證明了我們致力于改善商業執行力和提高成本效益。我們繼續投資在我們的產品組合,通過本地生產的蘋果酒,我們準備與Strongbow和Apple Fox一起成長。”

受生活成本上漲和啤酒消費稅高企的影響,海尼根大馬仍謹慎看待國內消費意願。

他提到,非法啤酒仍是一個至關重要的課題,導致該行業和政府蒙受重大損失。

最新进展:

截至九月杪第三季,喜力大马(HEIM,3255,主板消费产品股)净赚6586万8000令吉或每股21.8仙。

营业额达5亿958万8000令吉,主要是由销量和品牌组合推动。

累计九个月,喜力大马净赚1亿7642万2000令吉;营业额则是13亿1727万8000令吉。

行家建议:

我们预计,因有佳节需求的支持,在末季公司的净利应会强劲。

虽然营业额增长在2018年有可能会放缓,但公司持续进行的成本管理战略,应有助支撑按年5%的净利增长。

喜力大马在近几个月推出了数个苹果酒产品。不过,公司的核心产品组合,包括虎牌、健力士和喜力依然在贡献喜力大马超过8成的营收。

销售渠道方面,公司点出自去年起消费取向有从当场消费渠道(如酒吧买酒等,净赚幅通常较高),转向非即饮消费渠道的趋势。不过,我们相信这个消费趋势流向在今年第三季时也经开始暂缓。

另外,截至目前,公司与关税局的税务纠纷仍然没有新的进展。因此,我们维持“守住”评级,和目标价18.30令吉不变。
