本地动画界的巨型盛事“AnimaXtion'04”将在下星期四（11月25日）开锣，大热闹5天！

　　除了展览动画科技的器材之外，还可以欣赏到本地与外地最新的动画作品，当然也有机会和动画专家们面对面！

　　“AnimaXtion'04”是MDA配合今年亚洲媒体节(Asia Media Festival)举办的年度活动，让公众及动画迷参与，带动本地的动画工业。别嫌阿敏太早捷报，节目真的很精彩不想让各位动画迷走宝咯！

　　“AnimaXtion'04”中的AnimaXtion Fair将在11月25日至28日，在新加坡博览中心(Singapore Expo Hall 5)举行，入场免费。

11月25日至28日AnimaXtion展览会节目

“AnimaXtion剧场”有好戏上演！

　　两部本地制作的动画剧集“Tao Shu-The Warrior Boy”及“Nanoboy”首集(Pilot episode)将让本地观众先睹为快。

　　另外观众也能在“Siggraph Showcase”中欣赏到国际精选动画；在“ComGraph 2004 Showcase”中看到今年“ComGraph亚太数码动画比赛”的区域得奖作品；会上也会上映本地南洋理工学院的动画作品。

11月30日Cathay Cineleisure节目

与日本及好莱坞动画专家面对面！

　“Fruit Basket”动画剧的fans别错过在座谈会上与导演大地丙太郎(Akitaro Daichi)交流的机会。他也将放映他独立制作的动画“Makasete Iruka”。剧集讲述3个在海滩开店的6年级女生，这还是日本动画史第一次有人物使用手语的动画呢。

　　“Fatal Fury”和“BECK Mongolian Chop Squad”的监制片冈义朗(Yoshiro Kataoka)演讲后也将首次在日本之外预映他最新的动画剧集“Zipang”。

　　另外，曾在好莱坞为“Matrix”制作电脑特效的本地动画人才方威明(Nickson Fong)也将首次公开演讲，并展示他回国成立的公司Egg Story Creative Production的最新作品。

　　由本地Peach Blossom Media制作的“Tao Shu-The Warrior Boy”很有特色，讲中国古代一个小男孩Taoshu，他跟开茶馆的父母与妹妹Ling Ling住在雾气迷朦的山上，动画片说的是他的历险故事。

　　Taoshu有个幻想的Warrior陪他度过许多历险事件，他用锅盖当盾，竹蒸笼当战盔。

　　听起来是个非常原创的动画世界，阿敏对这剧集特别感兴趣！

　　本地Scrawl Studio制作的“Nanoboy”则很“红毛”，看不出是亚洲人的创作，但听起来也很有看头。

　　Nanoboy是个超微生物体积的英雄，专与肉眼看不到的细菌及魔头怪物作战。

The organiser (Celebrate Christmas In Singapore) has furnished us with
further details on the Christmas Parade (Sun, 19 Dec 04 - 6pm to 11pm).
Please note that Orchard Road is still largely accessible for vehicular
traffic.  Scotts and Bideford Roads remain open throughout while Mount
Elizabeth Rd is partially closed. However, Mt Elizabeth is still
accessible
from Cairnhill.

- A map depicting the partial road closure is attached: there're two
slides
in the attachment, the first being a close-up view of the partial road
closure.
- The performances include a parade of seven floats, singing, band
performance, dancing, bagpipes and angklung
- Programme line-up is as follows:

*            6pm to 8pm: Setting of barricade and VIP viewing galleries
on
the road. (pls refer to map, viewing galleries are indicated in
blue/grey
boxes)

*            7.30pm: To usher in Guests/VIPs

*            8pm: Christmas Float Parade 2004 begins
