（吉隆坡30日讯）理建（Luxchem Corp Bhd ( Valuation: 2.10, Fundamental: 2.10)）截至今年9月杪的2015财年第三季净利翻倍至1300万令吉，上财年同季仅净赚597万令吉。

该化学品分销公司今日向大马交易所报备，第三季净利表现飙升，主要归功于贸易与制造业务的收入增加，以及来自外汇收益。

理建第三季营业额也按年走高6.1%至1亿6917万令吉，上财年第三季营业额报1亿5944万令吉，主要是贸易与制造业务进账走高所致。

理建主要业务为营销和分销工业化学品与材料，该公司也生产不饱和聚酯树脂（unsaturated polyester resins）。

综合2015财年首三季的业绩表现，理建净利按年劲扬55.46%至2436万令吉，上财年同期净赚1567万令吉；合共三季营业额报5亿274万令吉，上财年同期营业额共计4亿5640万令吉，涨幅为10.15%。

文告指出，理建2015财年第三季录得306万令吉的外汇收益，首九个月的外汇收益共计564万令吉。

展望未来，理建表示，外汇汇率和原料价格波动，将是集团未来所面临的挑战，惟集团仍正面看待未来前景。

根据日前的文告，理建机构子公司Luxchem越南公司，在上个月25日获胡志明市规划与投资部门颁发公司注册证书。

Luxchem越南公司是于10月30日设立，主要业务是经销工业化学产品；理建机构将注资50万美元（约213万令吉）给该公司作为注册资本。【南洋网财经】

該公司向馬證交所報備，其中3680萬令吉將通過現金支付，余額則會發行518萬股新股支付，每股發售價為1.7744令吉。

理建企業已簽署前期協議（HOA），並需在60天內針對Transform Master的賬目、資產、生意進行法律、財務和商業精明審核。

同時，這項收購活動需獲得有關當局，及通過股東特大尋求股東批准。

营业额与净利双双创历史新高，同时公司宣布派发4.5仙股息。其实，如果把去年派发的一分一红股计算在内，4.5 仙股息也是创了历史新高。既然营业额，净利和股息都创了历史新高，Stock Catchers 觉得股价要再创新高也有很大的可能性。

和之前一样，一向作风低调的管理层没有在季报里透入较仔细的因素，只是解释说利好的业绩归功于强劲的贸易和制造销售，及有一笔约4百万ESOS 的开销省了下来。但Stock Catchers 推断此催化剂应该是，1）从手套趋势里沾到光， 2）受惠于低迷的原材料价格。

附上Kenanga的一份研究报告，Luxchem将近一半的营业额都是来自手套业者。这样一来，Stock Catchers 的推断也就显得更合情合理了。

还有，公司在2016年1月27号宣布收购TMSB 100% 的股权。此收购相信是为了扩充产量以满足目前日益壮大的手套业者。但Luxchem 管理层似乎忘了呈上TMSB的财务报告，以致Stock Catchers 不能对此收购案作出更详细的分析。

但可以确定的是，管理层正为公司的前景铺上康庄大道, 所以Stock Catchers 觉得2016年股东们想要从Luxchem身上获取20-30%回酬，相信问题不大。

（吉隆坡23日讯）理建（Luxchem Corp Bhd）2015财政年末季净利翻逾一倍至1482万令吉，或每股5.64仙，相比上财年末季的629万令吉，或每股2.42仙，该股今日早盘随即上涨3.3%。

截至早上10时14分，理建上扬6仙至1.88令吉，一共有109万7000股易手。

该公司昨日向大马交易所报备指出，净利走高主要是贸易与制造业务贡献提高，以及撤消雇员福利开支429万令吉所推动。

截至2015年12月31日止的财年末季营业额也从1亿4712万令吉，增24.57%至1亿8327万令吉。

理建建议派发每股4.5仙的单层终期股息，有待股东在来临的常年大会上批准。

（吉隆坡8日讯）理建机构（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）已与卖家正式签约，收购化学产品制造商TRANSFORM MASTER（简称TMSB）所有权，并将收购价调低至4550万令吉。

1月27日，该公司宣布以4600万令吉的现金和新股收购TMSB。

根据文告，收购将通过3630万令吉现金，以及发出518万4851股新股完成，每股发售价为1.7744令吉。

TMSB自2012年以来，就是理建机构的客户，并在2014年成为供应商。

通过综合TMSB的业务，理建机构相信，能够从中创造潜在的协同效益，包括取得净利和节省成本，因两者之间可以实现交叉销售。

次季完成收购

如无意外，这项收购预计可在次季完成。

TMSB主要涉及生产乳胶的化学分散剂、乳胶加工化学品、乳胶表面活性剂，以及供应特种化学品给乳胶领域。

理建首季净利飙3.5倍

（吉隆坡6日讯）理建机构（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）截至3月杪首季，净利按年激增3.51倍，从去年同期的155万2000令吉，走高至700万2000令吉或每股净利2.64仙。

当季营业额则按年跌7.29%，至1亿5997万令吉，低于去年同季的1亿7254万令吉。

理建机构在文告中指出，首季净利飙升是因为去年首季纳入雇员认股计划（ESOS）的848万令吉认股选择权开销，远高于今年首季的82万令吉，因而造成比较基础较低。【南洋网财经】

理建谨慎应对挑战　期望5%营业额成长

（吉隆坡18日讯）市场需求放缓及原料价格上涨，对理建（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）2016財政年表现构成重重挑战，该公司领导层將谨慎以待，並期望今年可以录得5%的营业额成长。

理建董事总经理兼首席执行员邓英仕在今天股东大会后向媒体表示，现今市场不景气只是正常经济循环的一部分，理建並不会因此而受到重挫。

针对理建今年首季净利其实比2015年首季扣除僱员认股（ESOS）开销后的净利还低，邓英仕坦承公司首季净利相比去年同期確实下降。

「首季净利下跌的原因在於货幣兑换损失。我们以美元购买原料，部份原料以令吉转售给本地顾客。」

他也透露，公司有70%的进口原料是以美元购入，並且同样以美元售出，形成自然对冲。

至於受到货幣浮动匯率影响的30%进口原料，邓英仕表示，若美元走强，理建会把增高的成本转嫁给客户，提高以令吉计算的售价。

理建的主要业务是工业用途化学產品及原料贸易，还有生產不饱和聚酯树脂（unsaturated polyester resin）。这两项业务对公司营业额的贡献分別是75%至80%，以及20%至25%。

该公司销售的原料及製造活动所需原料皆是石油化学產品，即是从原油提炼得来的衍生產品，因此，价格会受到原油走势的影响。

对於理建如何看待近期油价的反弹，邓英仕认为，国际原油价格走势难以预测，但目前原油產量依旧供过於求，在中国经济復甦之前，油价估计会保持疲软趋势。

理建在今年1月已经花了约3600万令吉现金收购霹雳实兆远一家名为Transform Master的化学工厂；包括此项收购在內，理建预计全年支本支出约4500万令吉，其余接近900万令吉的开销用於购地及扩充工厂。

关於理建的国內外市场营业额分佈图，邓英仕指出，公司75%至80%的营业额贡献来自本地市场。

该公司的主要海外市场计有5年前进军的印尼市场，以及刚在2015年12月开拓的越南市场。

越南市场估计会在2016年开始对理建营业额做出贡献，不过，初期贡献比重预计不大。

（吉隆坡30日讯）理建机构（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）截至6月30日次季净利按年扬升32.9%，并派发每股2.5仙股息。

集团次季净赚1303万2000令吉，相等于每股净利4.86仙，高于上财年同季的980万6000令吉，或每股净利3.75仙。

营业额方面则按年微扬9.2%，从1亿6103万4000令吉，走高至1亿7584万9000令吉。

累积半年，公司净利按年飙升76.39%，报2003万4000令吉，或每股净利7.47仙；营业额则按年微扬0.67%，至3亿3581万8000令吉。

集团的亮眼成绩主要归功于制造业与贸易方面的贡献。

理建机构（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）截至6月30日次季，净利按年扬升32.9%，至1303万2000令吉或每股净利4.86仙，并派发每股2.5仙股息。

营业额方面则按年微扬9.2%，从1亿6103万4000令吉，走高至1亿7584万9000令吉。

累积半年，公司净利按年飙升76.39%至2003万4000令吉，或每股净利7.47仙；营业额则按年微扬0.67%，至3亿3581万8000令吉。

行家建议

我们最近与理建机构管理层的面谈，留意到目前市场环境充满挑战，也许会影响该公司的净利增长趋势。

另外，根据大马投资发展局（MIDA）网站，台湾跨国企业长兴材料工业股份有限公司（Eternal Materials），打算在柔佛丹绒朗刹工业园设立厂房。

由于理建机构对不饱和聚酯树脂的价格敏感，因此我们认为，长兴材料的入驻，将对生产业务构成巨大威胁。

至于独资子公司TRANSFORM MASTER，在最乐观的情况下，我们预计将贡献最多600万令吉年度税前盈利。
