美国订单料大增 纬钜拟提升70%产能

（吉隆坡10日讯）本地胶管制造商纬钜集团（WELLCAL，7231，主板工业产品股），计划将产能提升70%，以应付未来激增的美国新订单。

纬钜集团执行董事周子杰接受《The Edge》访问时表示，公司的扩展大计将在近期定案，新增的70%产能将为北美及南美洲的顾客服务，其余产能则应付现有的顾客订单。

“这些顾客的大批订单，可能需要较高的物流成本。”

他说，公司已进入美国市场，不过，经过3个星期的美国市场行销考察后，发现必须采取不同的策略应对美国市场需求。

“我们必须大量生产迎合（美国）市场需求。”

截至9月30日（2012财年），美国订单占该公司总销量的15.63%或3020万令吉，相较2011财年的1840万令吉，增幅接近两倍。

南美洲在去年为公司带来1690万令吉的订单，相较前年扬升19.64%。

洽购怡保地段

该公司目前正等待州政府机构批准，计划在未来数月购下怡保一块8.63英亩的99年租借地契地段，该土地有0.5英亩地段为填土地。

他说，新厂房将分两阶段进行，预计在2014年中设立，届时有助公司产能提升60%至70%。

“首阶段工程将建设基本基础设施，在完工后，公司产能可增加至少40%，由目前的3万3000公吨增至4万6000公吨，在获得更多订单及第一期产能达至顶限后，我们将进行第2期发展工程，到时产能可再增加20%至30%，或相当于1万公吨。”

他形容这个4至5年一次扩展计划为“具有意义的扩充计划”，新厂房将设有先进精密机械，用作芯棒胶管生产。

橡膠人造膠跌價‧緯鉅盈利看漲

（吉隆坡11日訊）緯鉅集團（WELLCAL,7231,主板工業產品組）料受惠於橡膠與人造膠跌價趨勢，加上馬幣兌美元走低推高未來盈利，肯納格研究看好整體展望。

分析員說，標準膠從2011年高峰價，至目前的每公斤7令吉50仙；另外，該公司92%營業額以美元計，近期馬幣走疲推動盈利上漲，馬幣每貶1%，將促使盈利增長1%；迄今，馬幣兌美元已挫5%。

“管理層表明，新廠的土地收購案未來幾月便完成，擴展後其產能未來3年增加70%至每年5萬6千100公噸。預料3年淨利複合增長率達10.4%，2013至2015財政年淨利達2千420萬令吉至3千140萬令吉之間。”

肯納格說，2012財政年淨利按年增長52%，公司前景展望光明，未來預測出口表現良好。

分析員說，緯鉅集團維持高派息政策，過去3年平均派息90至100%；預測2013與2014財政年每股派18與20仙，週息率達6.2%至6.9%，相比富時小型股指數（FBMSC）為3.2%，回酬率限制股價下跌風險。

“不過，基於股價提供有限空間，建議投資者注意此股走勢，可逢低買進。”

該股目前暫無評級，目標價為3令吉，2014財政年本益比為15.3倍。（ 星洲日報／財經）
