| Contents | : | Reference is made to the announcement dated 15 September 2008.
The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad(“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 8 October 2008,approved the application to recognise the existing spread of 15.81%held in the hands of 7,676 public shareholders as in compliance withthe public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to paragraph8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. However, theCompany has been advised to use its best endeavours to increase thepercentage of public shareholding spread to 25%.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company is required to separately notifyBursa Securities in writing immediately, if in conjunction with thepreparation of semi-annual returns and/or where the Company otherwisebecomes aware of the following:-
(a) any decrease to the Company’s issued and paid-up capital;
(b) any decrease in the percentage of public shareholding spread below 15.81%; and
(c) any decrease in the number of public shareholders.
The Bursa Securities may review the above decision at any time. |

分析员表示,由IJM(IJM,3336,主板建筑股)所负责承建,坐落于印度班加罗尔的未完成多层商业大楼发生坍塌事故,可能会影响该公司的声誉。
预料12月完工
IJM是于2006年3月份获Prestige Estate Projects颁发这项总值大约9900万令吉的“Prestige Shantiniketan”计划,并负责提供人力资源以及基本建筑工程,而后者则负责设计与提供建筑材料。
亚欧美证券行分析员指出,鉴于有必须进行调查工作,所以损坏的部分已经停工,而不受影响的部分则继续进行。
“整个计划已完成了50%,相信损坏的部分很快就会修复,估计这项计划能够在今年12月份完成。”
“尽管IJM还未估计初步亏损,但是我们相信基于工人的赔赏以及承包商的风险有保险承担,所以IJM或无需增加额外成本。”
“不过,我们所担心的是,今次的事件会影响IJM在日后竞标工程的声誉。”
另一方面,益资利投资研究分析员则认为,由于事件仍在调查中,所以要怪罪IJM或Prestige,尚属言之过早。
他说:“如果调查显示是技术达不到标准,那么IJM将必须负责。” |

無重大撥備注銷‧產業計劃順利‧怡保置地續有利可圖 2009-04-02 11:47
(吉隆坡)怡保置地(IJMLAND,5215,主板產業組)強調,受到全球經濟衰退拖累,今年產業領域表現可能走軟,惟今年將無重大註銷撥備及融資問題,所有產業計劃料都能順利進行,營運維持有利可圖。
地庫可供20年發展
目前,怡保置地手上擁有8000至9000英畝地庫,跨越巴生河流域、檳城、森美蘭、柔佛與沙巴地區,發展總值預料達170億令吉,可供發展20年。 |

同時,怡保置地強調優樂家集團(KEURO,3565,主板建築組)旗下運河綜合城鎮(Canal City)仍會繼續,前提是必須釐清與雪州政府一些私營化條款。
怡保置地董事經理拿督孫興存表示,雖然大馬經濟已經受到全球不景氣衝擊,產業消費間接受到打擊,不過他認為將以更靈活的促銷方式來推介產業計劃,而財務健康料可支撐所有計劃順利推介。
“自從與RB置地(RBLAND)整合後,當時公司已經針對所有業務進行註銷撥備,目前將沒有特別一次過撥備開銷。同時,公司手上流動資金超過2億令吉,加上許多債務主要由母公司怡保工程(IJM,3336,主板建築組)背負,因此暫時不需要發股融資。”
根據早前消息指出,怡保置地計劃通過發售回教債券融資高達3億至4億令吉。
他表示,雖然投資風氣萎靡不振,不過只要擁有好產品與好地點,中高產業仍有特定需求。他強調目前經濟風暴與10年前亞洲金融風暴不一樣,目前利率偏低與中產階級增加,加上年輕人口龐大,因此相信仍有許多需求。 |

怡保置地仍計劃在1年內推出發展總值介於7億至7億5000萬令吉的10項中高級產業計劃,其中3項在檳城、3項在中馬區、1項柔佛城鎮計劃及3項東馬山打根。
不過他補充某些計劃仍胥視經濟環境趨勢而定,若經濟情況變壞,不排除繼續守住這些產業計劃,待市況明朗後再推出。
優樂家運河綜合城鎮續進行
另外,孫興存強調,怡保工程持有25%股權優樂家集團運河綜合城鎮仍會繼續進行,不過目前仍與雪州政府進行土地民營化條款商討。
由於雪州政權更替,新雪州政府要求運河綜合城鎮的城鎮私營計劃條款修改,導致這項於2007年杪動工的計劃工程已停工。
孫興存在出席“My Space Plan”匯報會後表示,希望這項維持3個月計劃推出後,預計可刺激產業銷售額增加2億至2億5000萬令吉。 |
