Stop ur loss before is too late.
1997,may. my friend Mr Lim,(he is a public accountant). ask to buy SANDAN PLASTIC (8206).=FOCAL (2004).Target rm 40. week later I bought 15lots from rm 11.50 average down to rm 9.50. After 6 months prices keep on down. cut loss at rm 1.20. weeeeeps rm 150.000, gone with the wind....

If years of 1997,I read .,KLSE 8k ,E book, I'll never involved SANDAN PLASTIC,lousy company ,running in loss every yrs. So I would't be loss .It is fact, indeed!!! my friend.
That is why I come to visit this forum...hope to share investment exprerince  with all the forumer here.
     please, dun blames my simple ,broken, rojak english.
   I'll try to write in chinese in the near future.

    TO CARI  EARLY BIRDS
In 1984 july, bought 50lots JPCOAT(2615),at rm 4.50 to 5.00.
(JPcoat 2615, RJRENOLD (2615) 1991. (JTinter 2003)..

end 1985 JPCOAT suspended until 1990, announded 5:1 right issue and public issue at rm 2.30..
mean .original shares......50lots x rm 5.00= rm 250.000.00.
          right issue share..250lots xrm2.30 =rm..575.000.00..
         bank loan and speculate fun  total ..=rm 825.000.00.

In 1991 RJRENOLD back door take over JPCOAT ,relisting in KLSE.. Market price arround rm4.10to rm 5.15...

Sold out all the speculate shares in hand at average rm 4.90.
rm 4.900x 300lots= rm 1.470.000.00.......

what do U mean speculation no good????Invesment good????

          In 1997 sep bought P&D (6335) 10 lots x rm 2.87= 28.700.00.
              1998 april another P&D...........10lots x rm 0.96=   9.600.00.
              1998 may anotherP&d............10lots x rm 0.54=   5.400.00.

   P&D announded capital reduce 20 to 1.
after change only 1.500 shares of FOUTAIN (6335) in my cds a/c.

sold on 31/dec/2003 at rm 5.750x1500 =rm 8.625.00..

lost  rm 36.000.00. in this l ousy counter...

What I see is, that experience is a very high risk, but low return one. Therefore, conclusion is: speculation no good, investment good

     YES!!!  I agree with U. speculation risk very high. investment got risk also, but low and small..
      what to do ? sometimes  u gain ,sometimes U loss. depend on ur own manage...lor!!!! take ur own risk lor...
      please read my first posting loss rm 150.000.00.
      please read my second posting loss.rm.36.000.00

let the forumer know where is my mistake. They never do that again loh!!!!

       Bank loan didn't wait for 6 yrs.only capital 250.000.00 do.bank only charge me 3 months interest,bcoz right issue exercise take 2 months.

sale rm 1.470.000.00--cost 825.000.00=profit 645.000.00.
  profit rm 645.000.00/capital rm 250.000.00=258%
    258%/6yrs=43%.  sould be 43% per yr.

1) last night I refer to my bank statment,bank charge me only 3 months interest.
2) I still can remember RJRENYNOLD relisting in KLSE, is during first gulf war.
3) between 3 weeks bank O/D already cover.

这是玩 margin 的情形，赚的时候可大赚，亏的时候可破产。

如果没有 relisting，你的本钱 250,000 不但全亏，还要亏多 575,000 啊！

有一句话，是这么说的：
1. 没有钱的人，必须投机。
2. 少钱的人，不能投机。
3. 多钱的人，可以投机。

没有钱，就是背水一战，赢了就有钱了，输了就跳楼算了。

多钱的人，用少许钱投机，输了还顶得顺，输得起。

july/ 1991.Tanjong Tin suspended many yrs, I bought 3 lots from the black market rm.15.000.( bcoz some one told me, Tanjong 4d going to back door listing .
oct, 1991 tanjong announed 5:1 right issue,public issue rm 2.00.
   capital 3lots orginery share........3lots xrm 15.000.00= rm 45.000.00
   right issue shares....................15lotsx rm  2.000.00= rm 30.000.00.
     total capital..........................18lots========== rm 75.000.00

19/2/1992,tanjong announded sub-division.15pence to 7.5pence.
  my holding is 18 lotsx2 =36 lots....

on the nov/1993. unloaded all my 36lots average selling prices at rm 19.500.00.
rm 19.500.00x 36lots = rm702.000.00.(supper bull market)..
investment capital........rm  75.000.00
  Gross profit.................rm627.000.00.
rm 627.000.00/rm 75.000.00=836%
  836%/average 2 yrs=418% per yr.
