(“MYEGJOBS”), a sub-subsidiary of MYEG had on 12 September 2018 received a Licence to conduct matters relating to private employment agencies ("the Licence") from the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia, Ministry of Human Resources (“MOH”). This Licence will allow MYEGJOBS to carry out recruitment activities for a job seeker within and outside Malaysia and a non-citizen employee within Malaysia. The Licence, which is valid for a period of 24 months from 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2020, is in line with the recent launch of the job matching and placement service to match Malaysian employers with foreign workers (“the Service”). The Board, is of the opinion that this Licence which allows the Company to provide the Service is in the best interest of the Group and barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Licence and the Service will contribute positively to the Group. (Company No. 888713-V) of 68-3A, Jalan Pasar, 41400 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Cosmopolitan”) for the acquisition of a commercial space within the podium level below MYEG Tower at Empire City (“the Property”) for an aggregate cash consideration of RM35,355,840.00 (“Purchase Consideration”), subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the SPA. Simultaneous with the execution of the SPA, MYEG has also on the even date entered into a Put Option Agreement with Cosmopolitan to obtain an option at MYEG’s sole discretion to sell the Property back to Cosmopolitan at the sum equal to 66.67% of the Purchase Consideration within six (6) months from the date of delivery of vacant possession of the Property to MYEG. （吉隆坡19日讯）针对卷入前副首相拿督斯里阿末扎希案件一事，MyEG服务（My EG Services Bhd）董事部表示，该公司不曾付钱给任何人，以获得任何政府合约。

该股今日暴跌，导致市值蒸发了超过10亿令吉。该公司还在文告中澄清，不是阿末扎希面对45项提控的当事方。

MyEG服务还强调，不了解涉及控罪的公司Mastoro Kenny IT Consultant & Services公司及其董事部，而且也从未与该公司或其董事部的任何代表联系过。

MyEG服务还表示，不了解Mastoro和阿末扎希之间的任何交易，也从未授予任何项目或与Mastoro有过任何交易。

“公司从未委任任何供应商或承包商，与内政部交涉。”

该公司补充说，该公司正在寻求大马反贪会对提控细节的澄清，并确认该公司及其董事部不是调查的一方。“一旦反贪会回复，将发布有关此澄清的公告。”

阿末扎希共面对45项失信、贪污和洗钱控罪，其中3项贪污指控涉及Mastoro Kenny IT Consultant & Services在2016年7月15日至2017年2月8日期间，给予阿末扎希24张总值逾1300万令吉的支票，以获得MyEG的合约。

MyEG今早暴跌37仙或24.7%，至1.13令吉。之后，该股暂停交易，并将于下周一恢复交易。目前，其市值为40亿1000万令吉，比昨日的53亿3000万令吉，大跌了13亿3000万令吉。
