（吉隆坡5日讯）MyEG服务（My E.G. Services Bhd）今日否认，巫统或其代理（proxy）持有公司的大量股权，称这说法“完全是错误、投机和毫无根据的。”

MyEG今日向大马交易所报备说，“MyEG在过去或现在的任何时候，都没有巫统或任何大马政党直接或间接通过代理持有大量股份。”

该集团还说，主席Datuk Dr Norraesah Mohamad此前曾连同MyEG创办人兼董事经理黄天顺，通过Asia Internet Holdings私人有限公司（AIHSB）共同持有MyEG的间接大量股份。

“与任何其他私人个人股东或投资者一样，Datuk Norraesah持有MyEG股份完全是以她个人身分进行的，是经考虑公司的投资价值、业绩和前景。公司并不知道，也没有看到任何证据表明她在MyEG的权益代表任何政治组织或个人。”

MyEG是针对最新一期《The Edge》周刊的“资金紧张的巫统通过售股筹20亿”报道，作出回应。

该集团指出，有关Norraesah于7月25日出售价值17亿令吉，10亿3000万股MyEG股的报道是不准确且不实的，并称没有这项售股。

该集团进一步解释说，Norraesah对MyEG的权益终止是因为在AIHSB的权益终止。

目前为止，AIHSB仍是持有MyEG 23.25%的股东，代表黄天顺在MyEG仅持有的间接股权。

MyEG说：“无论是Norraesah还是AIHSB，都没有任何披露文件显示MyEG股票有任何总计约10亿股，价值17亿令吉的直接交易。”

根据报道，Norraesah曾是巫统议员，且是巫统最高理事会的成员。

We refer to the articles on the online portal of the Malay Mail dated 3 August 2019 titled “Report: Umno raised RM2b so far by selling stakes in four firms” as well as the Edge Weekly from 5 August 2019 to 11 August 2019 titled “Cash-strapped Umno raised RM2 bil in stake disposals”. The Board of Directors of MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG" or "the Company") wishes to categorically state that assertions made in the article, that UMNO or its proxies are substantial shareholders, are entirely erroneous, speculative and baseless. In addition, the article's report of a disposal of 1,028.68million MYEG shares valued at RM1,697.322million on 25 July 2019 by Dato' Dr Norraesah binti Haji Mohamad ("Dato' Dr Norraesah") are wholly inaccurate and factually incorrect. There were no disposals of MYEG shares as alleged but Dato' Dr Norraesah’s interest in MYEG ceased due to the cessation of her interests in Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd ("AIHSB"). In response to the gross factual errors and unsubstantiated allegations contained in the article, the Board hereby draw your attention to the following clarifications by the Company regarding the changes in substantial shareholdings disclosed in the filings on 25 July 2019:- 1) MYEG does not have, either at any time in the past or in the present, any substantial shareholdings held by UMNO or any political parties in Malaysia, whether directly or indirectly through proxies; 2) Dato’ Dr Norraesah had jointly owned an indirect substantial shareholding in MYEG via AIHSB together with MYEG Founder and Managing Director Mr Wong Thean Soon (“Mr Wong”). Like any other private individual shareholder/investor, the ownership of MYEG shares by Dato’ Dr Norraesah was entirely in her personal capacity as a business person and private investor, after considering the investment merits, performance and prospects of the Company. The Company has no knowledge and has seen no evidence whatsoever of Dato’ Dr Norraesah’s interests in MYEG being held on behalf of any political organisations or persons; 3) On 25 July 2019, it was disclosed that Dato’ Dr Norraesah had ceased to be an indirect substantial shareholder of MYEG. As per the disclosure filings, her cessation as indirect substantial shareholder was due to the cessation of her interests in AIHSB. As at to date. AIHSB remains a 23.25% shareholder of MYEG, representing Mr Wong's solely-held indirect interest in MYEG. At no point in time were there any disclosure filings indicating any direct transaction of MYEG shares amounting to 1 billion shares valued RM1.7 billion whether by Dato’ Dr Norraesah or by AIHSB. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its associate company in Indonesia, PT Cartenz Inti Utama (“Cartenz Group”), has secured additional mandates from various provincial governments in the Republic of Indonesia, to roll-out its tax monitoring system to 30 more cities on a pilot basis, marking an expansion to the Tax Monitoring Programme that is actively underway in Jakarta (“the Projects”). The Projects’ tenure ranges from 1 year to 3 years and it is renewable upon expiry. The Projects have no fixed value as it is dependent on the number of installations to be undertaken by the Cartenz Group. Nonetheless, the Board of Directors is of the view that the Projects are in the best interest of the Company and are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2020. （吉隆坡14日讯）印尼联号公司PT Cartenz Inti Utama获得额外的政府授权，将税收监测系统推广到另外30个城市后，MyEG服务（My E.G. Services Bhd）今早升达8仙或7.14%。

截至11时45分，该股起2仙或1.79%，报1.14令吉，成交量有6014万2400股。市值为39亿4400万令吉。

MyEG昨日向大马交易所报备，在雅加达成功开始实施之后，该集团最近与印尼其他7个省的政府签订了合约，按收费部署税收监测系统，覆盖30个城市。

“这些项目为期一年至三年不等，期满后可续期。”

“这些项目也没有固定价值，因为将取决于Cartenz将要负责的安装数量。”

尽管如此，MyEG董事部表示，上述项目符合公司的最佳利益，预计将为截至12月杪2020财政年的盈利作出贡献。

董事经理黄天顺指出：“这已经超过了我们最初的目标。我们在印尼的推出将快过先前的预期，所需的资本开销也更低。”
