我手上有10 lot，向趁低价买来average.

我在一个月前买了0.22， 过后就掉到0.1X,还好现在又爬回来了。。。。 价钱不错啦，但可以买一些股息的，赚赚利息。。。。 |

此股在去年九月分发$0.008红利,但本人至今还未收到支票.我的SGX settlement已注明我该得到的红利...那我该怎么办,该到那里询问呢?如果可以的话,请提供email & tel no.

它的起伏不大，必须以大量的买进方式来赚差价。不然S$29的 broker fee 会不划算。建议以15-20 lot 的方式买进卖出，0.25 买进价，0.30卖出，利润S$940 (20 lots)，回酬~18%。
但要小心，因为国际油棕需求量少，很难看到100%以上的价钱进展。如果不小心在高价时买进，就收长期吧。 |

这股跌得好厉害。。。
昨天跌破 0.10 （最低点）。。。
看来有问题。。。。。。 |

还蛮能挺的，看好继续跌。但是国际油价 (WTI Crude: $44.20) 继续挺高，target price 近期还是不容易达到。 |

Golden Agri (S$0.29) – 4Q08 results - Lower 4Q08 harvest
Broadly in line. FY08 core net profit (excluding biological gains and negative goodwill) of US$377m is 3% short of our estimate and 35% below consensus because of lower FFB production and higher operating costs. Reported net profit of US$1.38bn is significantly above our forecast as it includes a US$1.4bn gain in biological assets. No dividends were declared for 4Q08 to help preserve cash balances. As a result, full-year dividend was S$0.01 short of our full-year forecast of S$0.09. Golden Agri declared a 1- for-25 bonus issue to reward loyal shareholders and as partial compensation for the
absence of a final dividend.
Key surprises. 4Q08 core net profit declined 56% yoy and 44% qoq on lower selling prices, reduced crops and higher production costs. FFB production from its nucleus estates declined 24% yoy to 1.2m tonnes. This was below our forecast, as a result of biological tree stress and harvesting delays as some of the roads in Kalimantan were damaged by adverse weather. Golden Agri also had to renegotiate up to 20-25% of its forward contracts in 4Q08, leading to lower CPO prices achieved. In 4Q, it booked a biological asset gain of US$151m, bringing biological gains for the full year to US$1.45bn.The gain was due to the adoption of a higher CPO price assumption of US$670/tonne. The group plans to change its current practice of revaluing biological assets on a quarterly basis to annually.
Maintain Neutral with higher target price. We are raising our earnings estimates by 14% for FY09 and 10% for FY10 to account for lower fertiliser and fuel costs. We understand it plans to reduce fertiliser application on its older palm trees to optimise fertiliser usage. This, coupled with current lower fertiliser prices, should help to reduce operating costs at its estates from 2Q09 onwards. In line with our earnings upgrade, we raise our target price, based on an unchanged 10x forward P/E, to S$0.33 from S$0.29. Our neutral rating is intact as the group’s attractive P/E valuations and strong liquidity are offset by our bearish view on CPO prices

这只股也起疯了。刚刚受到每25 Lot 送 1 Lot 的花红。现在都要起到将近~0.40了。大家进货了吗？ |

到了0.36我都还没进货。。。

自从他进入STI index 就一直被大众追，从最近的起伏应该是STI冲的原因。
不建议现在进仓。 |

短期内应该会下调至 0.325 的缺口，如整体市场不好应该会去 0.3-0.305 了。
买空？？ contra？？
卖空=shortsell。先卖，再买回。如早上卖 0.30，下午闭市时买回 0.28，对敲盈利0.20 乘卖空的票数就是你的盈利。 |
