（吉隆坡13日讯）朝圣基金局（Lembaga Tabung Haji）新任集团董事经理兼总执行长（CEO）拿督斯里祖克里沙末（Zukri Samat）将担任TH种植（TH Plantations Bhd）非独立执行主席。

现年60岁的祖克里是取代于5月14日退休的Tan Sri Ab Aziz Kasim。

TH种植今日向大马交易所报备，祖克里目前也是非上市公司MTD Capital Bhd的执行副主席。他曾是BIMB控股（BIMB Holdings Bhd）的集团总执行长，且曾分别任国库控股（Khazanah Nasional Bhd）和Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd的董事经理。

朝圣基金局是TH种植的控股股东，直接持有73.84%股权。

自第14届全国大选以来，该种植公司对董事部进行改革，11名董事部成员中有5名于5月14日至7月27日期间辞职。

（吉隆坡26日讯）截至今年9月杪第三季（2018财年第三季），TH种植（TH Plantations Bhd）净亏1980万令吉或每股2.24仙，上财年同季则净赚1500万令吉或每股1.7仙，主要是原棕油与棕榈仁价格下滑所致。

这是该集团在两年半以来，首次面对季度亏损。

季度营业额按年滑落25.57%至1亿4091万令吉，2017财年第三季为1亿8931万令吉。

累积现财年首9个月（2018财年第三季），该集团净亏1637万令吉或每股1.85仙，上财年同期则净赚5068万令吉或每股5.73仙，营业额则从5亿1027万令吉，按年下挫21.47%至4亿70万令吉。

该集团总财长Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak说：“不幸的是，我们看到两、三年前困扰这个行业的挑战性营运条件在重演。不利的市场动态拉低了价格走势，而高库存则加剧了低价环境。”

他补充说：“除此之外，这个行业继续努力解决劳工问题和更高的工资、环境压力以及来自其他植物油的激烈竞争。TH种植作为一个纯粹的上游业者，明显受到当前挑战的影响。”

展望未来，TH种植表示，产量增加和整个行业的出口疲软，导致国内的原棕油库存水平激增，这可能推迟棕油产品价格的回升。

“预计价格将在近期维持窄幅波动，导致整个行业的盈利赚幅持续受压，尤其是2018年11月和12月库存水平达到峰值时。”

然而，由于对中国的出口增加，市场预计2019年需求将回暖。
