Ambank loan BLR -1.7 变 BLR + 4

去年签了Ambank的Full Zero Cost loan，BLR -1.7 for whole tenure (30 yrs)

前几个月，刚开始来MRTA的利息，第一次几块钱，没还被罚late payment RM5
第二次来，十几块，没来得及在dead line前还（GIRO几次失败，打去问才知道要通过ATM/Counter换才行），再被罚RM5

然后，我online查看我的loan户口，发现我的利息变 BLR +4
email去问，银行说因为两个月没还钱，所以把利息变 BLR +4，要等联系6个月准时还钱，才能写信去要求酱利息

有这样的事？？？
我的Loan Agreement 找不到这一条T&C啊！
迟还钱我已经被罚Late Payment charge了，怎么还把利息变 BLR +4

是不是被银行欺负了？？？

是有可能的，也很普遍。

example ：
4.3        Additional Interest - If you default on any two (2) cumulative payment of interest before full disbursement or default on any two (2) cumulative monthly instalments, during the duration of the Facilities, the Bank shall at its discretion be entitled to vary the prescribed interest rates to 2.5% per annum above the BLR on daily rests or such other rate as the Bank may prescribed on the balance outstanding without any prior notice to you.  The variation of the prescribed interest rates shall continue to apply notwithstanding that you may at any time after such variation remedied such default and/or regularise your account.

建议楼主看回去你的 offer letter...一般上会写出来的 。。。

还有 ： 银行说因为两个月没还钱，所以把利息变 BLR +4
迟还钱（几天内） 不等于 没还钱
假如楼主只是迟还钱的话，银行已经charge 了 late payment interest.
那么楼主绝对可以 跟银行讨回。。。

假如不果，写信给国家银行。。。
在这段非常时期，银行不应该干榨人民。。。。
