（吉隆坡21日讯）亚洲生化（ASIABIO，0150，创业板）截至4月杪首季净利挫79.11%，报48万9000令吉，或每股0.12仙。

相比上财年同期，亚洲生化净利报234万1000令吉。

亚洲生化营业额则从5万2000令吉，上扬155.76%至13万3000令吉。

该公司表示，在首季末完成的附加股活动所产生费用及Graphene Nanochem股份减值，拖累获利能力。

亞洲生物能源冀轉盈

（吉隆坡23日訊）亞洲生物能源（ASIABIO,0150,創業板貿服組）積極重組，未來將重點開發綠色科技業務，希望2015財政年可以轉虧為盈。

亞洲生物能源執行董事陳石義今日在股東大會後表示，早前以1配1發行附加股所籌獲的4千200萬令吉，將會用以開發木屑及木料再生能源、微生物菌培皿、太陽能及循環能源等綠色項目。

談及公司2015年的展望時，陳石義表示，近期與大馬油棕局在柔佛共同開發的油棕木料再生計劃以及在彭亨建設的微生物菌培養科技計劃，有望能夠在年內增長，希望藉此增加2015財政年收益。

陳石義指出，亞洲生物能源做為一家科技孵化基金公司，通常貫徹中長期投資方針，從尋找項目到開發至少用上3年的時間，至於投資的回酬則可能會是5年或以上。

不過，他接著說，目前公司不排除會尋找或直接投資中短期項目，比如回酬較快的經濟作物業務等。

詢及未來的業務，他表示，亞洲生物能源會注重綠色及環保業務，投資重心會放在大馬，並考慮投資海外市場。

至今，亞洲生物能源投資項目總值為1千500萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡1日讯）亚洲生化（ASIABIO，0150，创业板）通过私下配售方式，以307万4940令吉，认购VSolar集团（VSOLAR，0066，创业板）9.09%股权。

亚洲生化向马交所报备，子公司亚洲生化资本公司，以每股12仙认购VSolar集团的2562万4500股。

亚洲生化指出，认购VSolar集团股权，是配合亚洲生化要投资再生能源业务的决定。

公司相信，太阳能将成为全球最快速增长的再生能源，而且我国政府把再生能源加入产电原料中，意味领域长期展望良好。

VSolar集团的前身为捷径方案（FASTRAK）。

（吉隆坡25日讯）玛拉投资（Pelaburan Mara）增持亚洲生化（ASIABIO，0150，创业板）股权至6.94%，晋升为公司大股东。

次季净亏216万公司今日向大马交易所报备，玛拉投资在上周三收购公司的1832万3900股或2.18%股权，持股权因而增至5832万3900股，或6.94%股权。

此外，亚洲生化截至7月31日次季净亏扩大至216万1000令吉或每股0.51仙，上财年同期为134万7000令吉或每股亏损0.32仙。

虽然次季营业额按年激增29倍，达1841万4000令吉。
